The staff was nice and the room was very clean, bed was comfortable.But,There was a few cockroaches in the bathroom, and no extra toilet paper or tissues. My husband and i went for breakfast, was disgusting, nats around the orange juice, they only had Cereal, limited milk, toast but no butter or jellies and the counter was dirty while little cockroaches traveled on it. Plus no coffee and no one around to service the breakfast area. Very dissapointing

Arrived at the hotel, sign was in disrepair, parking lot was not very well lit and there was a lot of random people just sitting around in the parking lot. Walked into the lobby, it smelled miserable. After a long day of travel, decided to go ahead and check in to hopefully get some rest. Got into elevator which smelled even worse than the lobby, entered the room and immediately turned around and checked out to find another hotel. Would not recommend.

I didn’t like this hotel. Room: were not thoroughly cleaned. There were trash on the rug that was there before we left for the day. The bedsheets was just re-done again. Trashed taken out. Towels restocked. It rained and water was coming in through the window just above the AC . Very dangerous. I called the front desk. Came and bought me several towels. Only said, “Very Sorry”.

Upon arrival the counter was empty and nobody around for 15 minutes I waited until the clerk appeared. She said she was doing laundry but looked likeI just woke her up. She put me in a room the farthest awau from the entrance andIm a disable veteran and GG ad askex fir a ground floor near entrance. The 3rd floor has no A/C in the common area and the heat index was over 100. The A/C inmy room had not been on in days. It took hoirs to make ut livable. Definately not a welcoming place at all.

The property's entrance from the main road is not well-lit. Missed the entrance and had to take a U-turn to come back. There were small insects in the passage and in the room. Paid around 90$ for the 2 queen bed room, not worth the price. Pool was not working. Staff was good and welcoming. Very less Options for breakfast who has egg allergy and very less variety too.

When we drove up to inn, i would have canceled if i could. Outside is deteriorating. Very trashy. Lobby was hot, dead and live bugs all throughout lobby. Room was clean. Never again.

By far our worst hotel stay ever. Place is run down and very dirty. There is weeds growing all around the pool area broken doors laying around in the pool area. We thought the elevator was going to fall after we heard a loud bang as we waited for the doors to open. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Under construction but it didn’t not bother us. Check-in and out was easy and fast. When we showered water was only warm. It never got hot. Beds were comfortable. Elevator needed to be mopped. Didn’t make it to breakfast. Pleasant stay would stay again

Currently undergoing a remodel that is obviously being done by the lowest bidder. Our room didn’t have towels so I went to get some and the towel my wife grabbed from the shower may or may not have been used to clean a crime scene in the past. The guy working the front seemed okay by telling me there was no issue with me canceling my second night until the next day when I reached out to hotels.com about my refund. The website needed the guys name to confirm my refund had been approved and he refused to give it to me. Hotels.com had to call the hotel themselves to confirm my second night had been canceled just adding another unnecessary step in the process. Anyone giving this place good reviews must have never stayed in a decent hotel.

The motel did not look like the pictures. It appeared as if they were remodeled and left unfinished. The bath tub was dirty, the mirror was dirty, the floor was dirty. There was no towels in the restroom, when i asked the front desk he said he only had one and would have to go check if he had more if i needed more than one towel?? Very disappointed.

The younger kids working the desk even though they do not understand English. They do their best to be polite and give good customer service on the other hand. The owner with the weird color hair is very rude and doesn’t understand English. He called me crazy and the top it off while I was trying to book a room there were cockroaches, crawling all over the desk.

The room itself was fine. There was no mention of ongoing renovations that shut down the complimentary breakfast. The building was in shambles and the elevator was sketchy, between drawings and etchings in the walls, to the knocking of the motor itself, it was less than pleasant. Again, the room was solid though. Water pressure was low for the shower, some fot and finish stuff was subpar, but the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and it fit what I needed. The service was generally untrusting, but I get that based on what appeared to be some previous vandalism. Cash deposit is required for a room as well, and they inspect the room before you leave. Overall, it was fine. I imagine the place will be much better once renovations are done.

It was fairly quiet even though it was close to the Interstate. In the room, no kleenex provided and in sugar packet, there were no stirrers provided so no way to stir the coffee. Otherwise, the room was pretty nice and clean. Thank you.

When I drove up to the hotel Icould tell something wasn't right. Their were mattress and old a/c units laying everywhere. When I walked in the front door. The construction workers had the music playing so loud I could not here the lady at the front desk. When I asked if we could get it turned down, she just looked at me and said NO! I don't even have words for the rest of the stay. I should have left then. It was late and I was tired. She said the top floor was done and it was clean and quite up there. Not really/....all the construction workers are staying there.

Property was under construction. Which is fine, but no discount for the inconvenience and dust everywhere, no lobby, no amenities. Not able to use the front doors and had to use the side doors to “scan in” but the scanners were busted so literally anyone could’ve come into the hotel. The tub had cracks and scrapes in it. The staff told my husband that they didn’t offer ice when they clearly had some. It was a place to sleep.

This location is in the midst of a MAJOR renovation and should not be receiving guests at this time. There was a ton of building materials scattered outside and in the lobby. No breakfast, because of construction materials, elevator in terrible condition. The renovated rooms on my floor were in good condition, but construction mess on other floors and in stairwells was very disappointing, so I did not stay.

Well the first room i was given had someone in it . That was a double queen room that i needed because i had my 11 year old daughter with me . So the next room was a king bed with a fold out bed the toilet seat was broken so it pinched you when you sat down the couch had awful stains on it
