Nice place slightly further out of town than I thought but great overall.
3.0 / 5.0
Overall experience was good. The accommodation was clean but walls very dirty with remnants of mosquitoes that were killed on walls. This did not make it pleasant to sleep in. Towels should be replaced more frequently as we had to use towels on floor in bathroom due to poor drainage/overflow. Shower was therefore not very relaxing after a day at beach or pool. Otherwise good for the price we paid.

Nice place but you need to have a car when staying there. The buffet was very bad would not recommend going all inclusive. And the restaurant at location is really bad, they should really look at improving the food options.

I’m been trying to find fault with our stay but couldn’t, enjoyed everything, we were self catering, had our own villa, front garden and everything supplied inside.
There’s free transport links to port or local villages or hire a car like we did, it’s in the middle of nowhere that’s its attraction.
Thanks to everyone involved, from the reception, the pool guards, the cleaning ladies, gardeners and maintenance men, very helpful, polite, will different go back in January again
Cheers Philip & Elisabeth x

AVOID AT ALL COST
Restaurant is mediocre. So poor that we had to get out for lunch and diner everyday instead of using the all inclusive food we paid for
Cocktails at the different bars are just a joke. Disgusting, they use a machine instead of making them (like a coffee machine but for cocktails)
It smells like sh..t everywhere in the club. I suppose it’s because you’re not supposed to use toilet papers in the… toilets. Welcome back to year 1023
Service is a joke. I asked to keep the room later on our last day. One person said “yes you can pay 35€ to keep it until 4pm” and then the next person, Paulina at reception said “it’s 1pm only even if there is no family in that room the following day” while being really rude and not helpful at all. Officially, you can keep the room until 6pm if you pay for it but thanks to Paulina, this option isn’t available to clients.
Ants invasion. Thousands of ants in the living room. They sent someone to take care of it but what actually happened is that they left a spray (“raid”) by the kitchen and I had to use it myself. The spray did work but did smell very very strong and didn’t feel good to seep inside with a baby
The club is in the middle of absolutely nowhere north of island. 30 minutes drive from anything, with no beach around
We spent the whole week avoiding the club and paying extras everywhere instead.
Completely rubbish
Special mention again to “Paulina” at reception who is insolent and never tries to help clients

We found ants in the house and the receptionist send the HK and she comes back with a spray to give us to spray the aria.i was thinking this is a bad joke.
I call the reception again and she said they dont have another room available.
We went to reception and they ofer us another one.dont ask from where.
The bathrobs and the towels were damage.
No water in the room. No coffee. No soap.
The staff members dont provide 4star customer service. Nothing that we ask /report was done.
The 4 star for the place is a joke.
The walls are dirty, the sofa was damage.
The door fid not closed.
The £19dinner all inclusive is a rabish. Apart of some salad we did not have anything to eat.
They had some kids food and some payelia with pasta and vegetables - never hear this in my life.
Drinks: wine and beer cheep
The place is fool of family witb lots of kids very noise and lots of drunk people around

We didn"t get there due to my Mother passing away, the treatment from them has been appalling.

Great weather. Adults pool area was really nice, very quiet and peaceful (the water was a bit cold though but didn’t stop us swimming).
All inclusive food was ok! A bit cold and not lots of choice but you only get what you pay for and it’s not a 5* hotel.
Villa was spacious and had everything you need, but could do with a bit of tlc.
Water park looked good but we didn’t go as we didn’t have little kids with us, but everyone seemed happy with it and lots going on their.
There was a daily bus into Corralejo free which you needed to book - we didn’t use it though. It was about 25 euros into a taxi.
The resort is in the middle of nowhere but you know that when you book it.
We went in the sports bar most nights which was nice, but they needed to put some sports on the tv instead of the same video every night and fix the pool table.
Overall we had a lovely break for a cheap holiday

We had a lovely stay, foor was great and plentiful, and good choice of food even for fussy kids. The water park was good fun, but i wish the kids pools were heated. The slides and kids club kept the kids entertained. The villas themselves were excellent but, as i had read previously the pathways were broken up all over the place and it was a shame. I would definitley return, but i would always advise a car, driving on the island is very easy.

The water park is great for kids and the staff were friendly and helpful. The property didn’t feel very clean though, the beds were clean, but the villa smelt and the floors felt like they needed to be moped

Unfortunately we were bitten and found bed bugs. We changed to another villa after that. That was ok

This hotel is excellent for families. The restaurant, reception, and adults pool areas are spotlessly clean, and very pleasant. The waterpark is great for the kids, although as many other reviews have pointed out the pools are pretty cold (particularly the deeper wave pool).
The accomodation has everything you need for your stay. But I would recommend staying on an all inclusive basis as there are no other shops or restaurants nearby.

Like: Spaciousness of the Villa, full kitchen
Dislike: Poor property condition. Red tape to use amenities such as tennis courts and adult pool. "Adult" pool had children and families all over it, even thought the children's pool was adjacent. When concerns were voiced to management we were immediately dismissed and told they never had anyone complain about the property, and that it was our fault for choosing the hotel poorly, there was never an effort made to resolve our concerns. The general look and appearance lends to something akin to an apocalyptic landscape 200 years in the future after a nuclear war, where everything (street signs included) was rusted and in disrepair, totally disappointing.

It was very clean, but too far out of the way, €120 on taxi getting there and back from the airport

Second stay here. Very family friendly, nice, well.apppinted and spacious accommodation but starting to show its age with a few things getting a bit worn. Food fairly decent for large hotel buffet but can get busy. Water park a bonus for families and just by world class surfing spots! But dont come for a beach on your doorstep.

Very friendly check in, lovely resort, clean and welcoming. Crater Park was fab for my kids aged 6 and 5.
Evening meal was very average, breakfast was fab.
Entertainment was as expected!
It is an isolated spot so be aware of that.
The beds were awful. The sofa bed was an instrument of torture and noisy too. The twin beds were also uncomfortable.

Fantastic water park, very clean and good service. Recommend the VIP villas, or superior villas as these are in a good area next to a quiet pool. Hire a car to see the local towns and have flexibility to visit the beaches.

Lovely hotel and great for family vacations. In a very remote ares so car hire is advised. We went self catering and we're glad we did so. I would not recommend the all inclusive. Overall a very good hotel with plenty of activities for the family.

Everything fantastic. Second visit but sadly would not come again as pools are literally freezing. I have 2 tough boys age 11 and 16 and they hardly went in as it was unbearable. Lots of other families all saying the same. The hotel should realise that this is losing them many returning guests.

The villa and complex was lovely, had plenty of facilities. However we visited in Feb, and a lot of the bars/ restaurants were not open, so if you are not all inclusive it was difficult to get lunch. There is a supermarket in site, but it was very expensive. We also hired a car, as the complete is in a very remote location. A good 20 minute drive to Corralejo. The swimming pools were very cold, so the kids didn’t play in them too much. There is a wet suit hire place onsite, however we still saw children in wet suit shivering at the side of the pool. The gardens of the complex and some of the villas are starting to look a bit weathered. So starting to look a bit run down in some areas.

The rooney was clean and attended to on a daily basis however, they did not even provide tea bags or coffee for hot drinks. Drinking water is essential but there non available in the room
. The food was poor so I did not bother to go to the dining ingredients room. The only thing good about this venue was the accommodation
2.0 / 5.0
Quiet place that offers a nice water park for the kids and other good facilities for all.
The downside is it is a car ride to any where else and although the sea is quite close there is no useable beach to speak of which is a shame.

The bedroom was a bit cold at night but I could imagine during a warmer part of the year, it would be excellent but unfortunately this was a cold week. Need a car to get around (or away) from the resort.Staff was very helpful.

The villa village is a brilliant idea, not as daunting as a big hotel, we had our privacy and perfect comfort in our villa yet with all the facilities of a big hotel. Our daughter lived the nightly mini disco, the breakfast buffet though not cheap has an excellent variety, great choice of fresh fruit and even soya products too! The pools were a bit cold, therefore I haven’t tried them but the pool area is also very pleasant with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. I would recommend renting a car due to the remote location, we had one and it was very useful.

We randomly stumbled across this resort and decided to book half board for 10 nights. The travelling party included my wife, my 6 year old son and my 4 year old daughter. I have to admit we had a real blast. One of our best holidays in years. We paid an extra €50 to select our villa, which was about 5 minutes walk from the main hotel complex, this is a good idea otherwise you could be put miles away.
The villa itself was fine with a decent kitchen to stock up on lunch and some ice lollies (they're uber expensive on site), a sofa bed for the kids and a nice room for the adults. My only real criticism of the villa is the bathroom, as it seemed to lack a decent vanity unit, i.e. somewhere to put your toothbrush and other bits.
Within each set of villas or 'Oasis' there is a lovely pool, which has toilet facilities and a lifeguard. This pool area is relatively relaxing. Dotted around the Oasis are sports courts and so on, so there is lots to do.
The main resort has the most amazing water park, that kids and adults alike will absolutely love. We spent hours here. There is a wave pool, loads of slides for the kids, slides for kids and adults and a rock climbing wall - when you fall off you fall safely into the pool. We loved the kids evening entertainment but found the kids clubs were a little on the poor side., which was a shame as they had excellent facilities.
The food in the hotel was distinctly average but there was always something to eat and keep you satisfied.

Love 3 bed villa. Very spacious and clean. In a kitchen everything you need. Quite family time. Food could be better but is actually fine. And of course lovely adults swimming pool. Animators need a bit more practise.
