I’ve stayed at this hotel about 13 just this year and have booked the Suite with 2 bedrooms, and have visited it since 2017. On this last stay there was no cold water in the shower. I had to leave the room by 9am for a meeting. I was given access to a bathroom in a different room on a different floor. I asked the supervisor to contact me because that was NOT what I had paid for (given there are other hotels with more accessible prices and I had booked the suite with two separate rooms which is a bit pricier). Until now, I’ve gotten no call, no apology and no sort of compensation for not receiving what I paid for. It is unfortunate that I will NO longer be staying here.

The staff was great, the place was clean and neat.

Screens on the windows would have appreciated.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Really nice place and safe

Definitely not a place to relax or have a good night sleep
Right outside is a police station and they make a lot of noise at all times definitely worth the convenience if you going for any immigration because everything is at least 5-8 minutes walking

Stuff was great and very friendly, would definitely stay there again

Location was awesome. Staff was polite and knowledgeable of the area. Room was spacious and clean.

Loud music from nearby clubs can be heard all night. Check-in time is 3pm and they would not let us have the room earlier.
on the plus side we got a 2 room suite for a great price. Had a full kitchen too

Amazing place really centric and clean , above my expectations

I enjoyed my stay and found the room very comfortable. In addition, the staff were warm and friendly. As well, the location was conveniently located to the Reforma. This provides easy access to many restaurants & bars. Lastly, there were always plenty of taxis or Uber drivers around to take me to other parts of the city.

Suites Berna 12 is tucked away on a small street but just steps away from the bustling Zona Rosa, The street is a bit dark at night but the police station is next door so it always felt safe. There is also a 24 hour convenience store steps away where you can easily buy some refreshments on your arrival or coffee in the morning. But you are also very short walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and shopping and a walkable distance to the archaeology museum (about a mile).
The suite was clean and comfortable with a fairly large sitting/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is not well lit but this was not an issue for us as we did not do any cooking. The beds were comfortable and though there was some street noise on Friday and Saturday night it did not bother me.
There is daily maid service so the apartment was always clean. The wifi did not work at all in the room - only in the lobby. The website mentions concierge service but I didn't find the desk attendants to be too helpful. We had no problems with the room other than the wifi. We did ask them to call a taxi on the morning we left. They somehow could not manage this but it was easy enough to go out to the main road and hail one. Overall I would stay here again if we needed accommodations with 2 separate bedrooms.

Check-in was easy and staff is very friendly. Easy access to main street and to Zona Rosa.

Great location, close to major sights and great food. The property is very nice, spacious, well furnished, and good looking. Staff are very responsive and friendly. I only wished it had been a bit warmer, and that I had been able to talk to them before check in (somehow phone calls did not go through). Overall, a very nice place.

The location was ideal because it was located an iconic place, lots of restrauntes and transportion options. The only thing, we didn't like the stove didn't work, but sent a single burner. They were very friendly and helpful. There wasn't a heater in place.

We Stayed here for a week. The room was nice, a 2 bedroom suite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is very safe as there is a police station literally about 100 feet from the front door. We had six people and everyone seemed to be comfortable. The area also has plenty of restaurants and bars, etc. within walking distance of the hotel. I would stay here again if traveling with a large group

Location, location location, close to Condesa, Roma, next to the Angel de la Independencia, with a lot of things to do, service was great, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

We stayed for 5 nights at the Berna Doca Suites. The actual apartment itself was great - nice décor, good kitchen, 2 bedrooms and separate lounge/dining area. However it was quite cold in the apartments and no heating. The stone floors were particularly cold. The shower was a dribble as was the bathroom tap. The reception staff live in the apartments but were not up early. We wanted to go out at 7.15am on the first morning but the staff were not up and the door is locked so you cannot leave. We had to wait until 8am until they appeared to let us out and we were starving by then! They also weren't around every evening so you couldn't get back into the apartments. Due to these reasons I wouldn't recommend staying here. It was a good location in Zona Rosa but there are other options around which I will be choosing next time we visit CDMX.

Nice staff, clean room, comfortable beds, good location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice, spacious, and clean. The location of the hotel is just down a street that connects with Paseo de la Reforma so it pretty close to many of the monuments and other attractions in the city. I would certainly book this hotel again for any future travel to the city.

I full recommend this hotel, have a great location in a best area in CDMX near to the angel and the best place to eat and shopping. The suite are comfortable and clear.

We had a last minute trip to Mexico City and needed to be close to the U.S. Embassy. This hotel is less than a 5 minute walk and suited our purposes. The hotel was fine - not above average. Wifi was very poor.
4.2
The suite was cold and did not have a heater available. They gave us the run around about providing a space heater. I received a call this morning advising me I took the shampoo and conditioner from the room and wanted to charge me 80 dollars and if I refused to pay it I would be charged 200 dollars on my credit card. They were accusing me of stealing something I did not even use. Be careful about scams like this. Do not provide them with any information on your credit card to avoid any scams like this from happening.

Mostly comfortable except for air-conditioning (AC) systems. It was cold in late November, so it would be better to be equipped with AC systems in the rooms. The room had enough space to be relaxed to stay with two cats.

The room is very conformable & very nice

Clean. Great location. Safe. Perfect!

Great location, one minute walk from Angel de la independencia monument. We stayed there for 3 nights. Comfortable beds but no air conditioning, which was not a problem at that time since nights were cool during our stay. Super friendly staff

Just the basics. The breakfast included is coffe and granola bars on the lobby reception desk. Good for a long term stay as there is a kitchen, living and dining area in each room. No temp control in the room. Construction in the adjacent building starts at 5a. The bed shook.

Great location, great price, and huge comfortable rooms. Basically a big one bedroom apartment. Only downside was the breakfast was pretty weak, just some boxes of cereal and mini-muffins.

Very close to US embassy. Very kind staff. The rooms are really comfortable and clean. The only thing I did not enjoy was the breakfast since it's very poor. Otherwise, really nice stay.

Perfect location, poor internet service and hot water some time is not there........when you need a shower...
