There’s no elevator from the lower level. If you have heavy suitcase or you have limited mobility, accessing the elevator at the top of a set of stairs won’t be easy. I recommended at least coffee capsules and paper towel being standard, but was told that they can’t offer food. I don’t get why… but, it’s their call. The staff was very friendly, via WhatsApp, when I wanted to check in.

Really nice place in Madrid Centro, my family had a really good stay for one night. Clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to make our own breakfast. I would come back next time in Madrid.

Close and convenient. Basic standard. Reception at the opposite side of the street was not very clear during booking, but details shared by email after booking. Apartment was quite large and authentic. Only Spanish channels on TV - but all basic kitchen materials were present. Supermarket open to 11pm only 70m from door. 2 beds in one room and 1 extra bed in living room.

Great location, close to Gran Via and downtown core. Apartment was big, quiet, bright and clean, with all amenities. Only issue we had was with the apartment key, that was not working properly to unlock the door.

We got there and to get to our room we had to go through workers painting the hallway towards the room, so there was a smell of paint. Once in the studio, it was clean and spacious, however the shower faucet was broken so we couldn't start the water running, we went to front desk and it was closed and there was a aign that said back in 15 min, however no one ever came back (and it wasnt that late, it was around 7pm), we called a number left on the sign and they said they would come, but no one ever did. Then, when we were finally going to sleep, we realized there was mo curtain on one of the windows, and it was the one that faced straight to the beds.

The location was great. Good eats, groceries, and public transportation nearby making it easy to get to anywhere we needed to go. There was a smell that seemed like plumbing issues that was there the entire stay. I addressed it but nothing was done. It was nice to have access to a full kitchen and the ability to wash clothes since we stayed nearly 2 weeks.

The interior apartment its old and dirty. The pictures show that the apartments have a terraza. Ours didn’t have any, either balcony or view. Very disappointed. The location is convenient though.

Room was clean, but the service was not the best. I was charged double and have yet to recieve my refund. It has been over a week that I checked out of the hotel and no staff has been able to provide me with the status of my refund or any updates for that matter. I was overcharged by over 400$ and the staff "cannot find the charges" despite the fact that I provided them with a copy of my bank statement. I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel was also smaller than expected for the price I paid.

Very nice Apartment although a total lack of signage. No parking was available and expensive when we found it. Excellent location and walkable to all areas of historic significance. Room was large and comfortable with great Balcony, Beds and Kitchen.

The apartment was just as nice as the picture. Only downfall was that the elevator did not go all the way up to our apartment which was on the last floor but stopped a floor before. The staff member helped us with the luggage. Overall, had a great stay.

Staff and especially the owner of this place are very rude and arrogant and don't know what they are doing. They are not part of a chain and don't speak very much English which increases the problem. Bad communications, unhelpful and quite obnoxious. Don't waste your time here. Expedia should drop them from their list of hotels to avoid other customer frustrations and disappointments.
