Ideal location for access to events and railway stations

Very friendly staff, great size for the hotel room for a solo traveler. Clean bathrooms and it's 2 minute walk to king's cross station which is perfect location.

Quite good place so close to St Pancras. Clean and well run and value for money

Tiny room and shared bathroom.

The Princess was perfect for me!! Starting with the great communication before I arrived, then continued great service throughout my stay, and a helpful goodbye as I left. It is spotlessly clean, quiet and safe and always had a smiling helper nearby. This is an outstanding hotel and I recommend it highly!!

The hotel is well kept and clean, the staff helpful and the location very convenient (Bloomsbury is a pleasant place and it's very close to three train stations). Good for value.

Small clean room under the roof. Bathroom just outside the room in the hallway. Great location.

Very friendly receptionist, helped with moving bags and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is conveniently located right by Kings Cross Station and the surrounding areas are lovely to walk through. Bathrooms and rooms were clean and comfortable.

the picture does not give it justice as it is much better and my room did not look like this. it had a fan and wardrobe an a seat and the bed was good and a sink and a selection of tea and it had coffee - the room was not on-suite and the toilets was separate and not on the same floor . noise of other rooms were at 6 in the morning was annoying but I would stay there again the housekeeping forgot my extra tea and sugar I asked for

Close to public transport, quiet

The property is in a good location near Kings Cross train station, and near a walkable dining and shopping area. Very convenient, and the staff were friendly and flexible with checkout times. Great stay in London!

Good place to stay - central location and comfortable room. My room had a shared bathroom on a different floor but the room itself was perfectly adequate for a solo traveller. Bed was comfortable and looks recently decorated

For an overnight before early Eurostar check-in, ideal.

This is a good choice for an overnight stay. Reasonably priced in comparison to other hotels in the area, you get what you pay for. My room is on the top floor with no elevator. Thankfully, the Night manager carried my bags upstairs, but I’ll have to carry them down this morning when I leave. I had a shared bathroom, which thankfully was across the hall. Good area, clean rooms, narrow beds.

Exactly as advertised. Immaculate, nothing fancy, but perfect for a quick and inexpensive overnight in London

This was my first time staying in London alone and as soon as I arrived at the hotel I was at ease. The hotel itself was amazing, the room had everything I needed and more and the staff were suberp! Cannot recommend this lovely hotel enough. I was able to drop my bags before check in and they even allowed me to leave my suitcase after I'd checked out so I could enjoy the day before my train.

It is a small and cozy hotel. We chose it because of it's proximity to the St. Pancras Station, we were traveling to Partis the next day. We flew in from the States and got to the hotel around noon. The staff was extremely helpful with recommending what to do before we could check in at 3 pm. We left our luggage (securely), walked around, and ate brunch. We returned to the lobby about i.5 hours before check-in. We were tired. The staff let us check into our room before 3 pm because they recognized that we were tired. The room was small with two twin beds, a sink, and a small counter for the coffee pod. The bathrooms/toilets are communal, with the biggest bathroom in the level below reception. No worries all locations were supper clean. We would stay again in the future.

Very clean and close to station

Good location just across the street from kings cross station. Receptionists very nice and helpful. Room was bit small but for sleeping it was fine and had everything I needed. First time I stayed in shared bathroom but it was very clean and other guests were quiet. It is a small quiet street but as it’s quiet can sometimes hear some noises from the street.

Acceptable quality hotel for the price. Separate bathroom and showers, the shower surprisingly nice downstairs. Very close to king's Cross train station.

Positives: staff were great- really nice, really knowledgeable. location is ideal. rooms and bathrooms were cleaned very well each day by staff.
Negatives: The people I was sharing the bathroom with were disgusting- we're talking pubic hair all over the bathroom after one shower, leaving the toilet in unimaginable states, nail clippings etc. I've lived in uni halls and shared bathrooms with 15+ people- sharing with these 4 people was much worse. I appreciate that this wasn't the hotels fault at all and they did clean it really well each day but it definitely ruined the hotel for me. Just something to keep in mind when choosing a room with a shared bathroom. They did also randomly and without warning take the bedside table from my room and magically return it the next day. That was weird especially mid stay.

The room was a little small but for the location and price i think it was rather worth it

We were travelling on Eurostar but train strike and had to travel down night before. Princess hotel had late check in and very close to station. Just needed somewhere to sleep. Basic but clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom but good value for this location.

This hotel cancelled my payment through Expedia to make it paid at the property. I asked several times for a receipt, and I never got it. May be they are trying to avoid feeds through the application but I founded really dodgy and I had to go and check all my payment records to check I was not double charged. I moved hotels the next morning, you can find better places in the same area. Avoid.

Was very happy with the place and service. Very close to Eurostar and 24 hour front desk was a good feature.

Travelling solo and having to make last minute changes to my travel plans I decided to explore London on the cheap. I read the reviews for several hotels. This one caught my attention as the reviews seemed almost too good to be true. Yet some were very low. What really stood out was the thoughtful responses from the hotel staff. The low reviews were most likely from people who did not read the hotel disclosures about shared bathrooms. That was not a problem for me. The hotel is clean the staff is friendly and welcoming and I could not have been happier with my choice. I look forward to staying again for my next trip to London.

Lovely staff and enjoyed my stay. Great location. It’s good for what it is, my room didn’t have a bathroom in but it was clear in the ad so it’s not a problem at all.
