Limpieza desastrosa

La terraza

Para empezar la limpieza fue un desastre, tras 4 sin limpiarnos nos tocó quejarnos de que no se estaba realizando la limpieza. Una limpiadora tras el aviso de que no se estaba limpiando comenzó a las 10 de la mañana a tocar la puerta y a abrirla con nosotros durmiendo dentro.

Odlicna lokacija , preporucam hotel !

Nismo doručkovali u hotelu već na tržnici koja je 5 min hoda udaljena sto preporucam . Soba dovoljno velika kreveti udobni . Gospodična na recepciji jako draga , profesionalna i pristupačna i komunikativna , sve nam Je lijepo objasnila uključujući i razgled grada . Odlicna sigurna garaža nasuprot hotela . Hotel na savršenoj lokaciji za pješački razgled starog i novog dijela grada .

Nemam primjedbi , možda da hotel investira u novi fen .

Découvrir Bilbao toujours un plaisir !

L’emplacement est juste idéal. Les chambres côté rue sont plus bruyantes que côté rivière mais dans l’ensemble la rue. Est calme.

Le voisin de chambre qui est rentré d’une soirée un peu trop arrosée. Il parlait fort !

Very nice 👍

Very clean hotel. Everyday change towels and clean the room. Near by the historical city's center.

The area right of the hotel is not good.. But ok, don't go there. City center and all the things you must indresting is from the other area, the left one!

Exceptional

Great location - 10/15 mins walk into the old town with loads of bars/restaurants/food market Really friendly helpful staff - we arrived late, and they gave us a great dinner recommendation just 5 minutes walk away. Reception open all night, so you can arrive late. Room really well designed with loads of plug sockets, space to put cases and bags, blackout shutters and good, but quiet, air conditioning. Comfy bed. Large powerful shower. Safe secure parking right opposite - easy to access.

why not a second time!

we loved the location in the old town away from the tourists. the places around are super interesting and we had the best time out in the bars close to the hotel. i would highly recommend as it was such a great experience. we loved the staff. they were all very kind and helpful and extremely child friendly.

i would have loved a breakfast service at the hotel. there is a vending machine for coffee but breakfast would have been great. very little prior information regarding the available parking.

Works great for a quick stop in Bilbao, which it was for me.

Close to the main market. Clean. AC works.

Not the closest to public transit. You have to walk down a street with prostitutes to get to the bus or nearest renfe train.

Amazing reception staff. Some things that the hotel needs to take into consideration.

Staff was always very nice and helpful.

The curtain! sun light going through the white and thin curtain from very early morning! we didn’t have a good sleep. single plastic use body gel, no shampoo and two paper cups covered by plastic. No plastic please!

Street light right outside my window ....only gauze curtains did not block light No problem for us but some may not like the steep climb from Cadco Viejo to the hotel

Superb

The location was fantastic, just across the river from the old town. Everything was walking distance. As for food, there were few bars in the vicinity if you didn´t want to venture anywhere. The hotel is dog friendly, although you do have to pay a bit extra.

Although I didn´t have any problem, there were two things that could be improved - the shower head - it was just a streak,; and pillows - they were non-existant. Even with two pillows, I felt like something is missing. They were very thin.

Bilbao weekend.

The location for the Seven Streets area was excellent. Flora, Blanco y Negro and Bihotz bars were within minutes. Firm beds, decent shower and quiet.

Some people might be uneasy being close to the San Francisco area. I wasn't but a note for other travellers might help.

Basic hotel in a great location and lovely staff.

Basic hotel in great location, close to the old town which is well worth a visit. Also good proximity to the train station which is why I chose to stay here. Miguel and the other staff who I met were very helpful and friendly. My room as I say was basic but comfortable with lovely views of the city.

No kettle in the room but the drinks available in the lobby were very good and reasonably priced so this made up for it.

good location being near the old town but also right next door to the red light dodgy area… very tired Hotel, should be

There was no A/C because it’s October and winter apparently? even though it was 28/29 degrees when we stayed… so hot in the rooms! rooms were so basic, not a hotel should be called a hostel. in need of a massive referb, it was knackered. our terrace door wouldn’t even shut properly.
