Loved the large and comfortable room and the great view. I took some really fun pictures from our bedroom window! We enjoyed the pool and were happy to be in such a great location. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel was professional and friendly and spoke great English. I’d absolutely stay here again. I also appreciated that they watched our bags before we were able to check in! My only complaints are that the room was always super hot, the comforter on the bed was too small for the actual bed, the tv has not a great channel selection and they have a dvd player in every room but don’t have dvds (who travels with dvds in 2024? entertainment options could definitely be updated), they don’t provide any coffee or water, and the elevator system using your key/entering your floor on a touch screen is bizarrely complicated and very glitchy! Basically every elevator ride ended up with confused guests in the elevator going to the wrong floor. I also found it interesting that there is a sign at the desk listing all of the things they do not do- We do NOT give umbrellas. We do NOT call taxis. Etc.- if these are things guests are asking for frequently enough to need to put out a sign saying you don’t offer these basic services… why not just start offering them? It felt strangely inflexible and a bit scoldy. Again, I would absolutely stay here again, but I feel like there are some very basic things they could change that would turn my 4 star rating into a solid 5.

I am satisfied with everything, but it was uncomfortable because the card key malfunctioned once in a while. I think it would be good to change the key system for customers to spread it out. Anyway, the rest was good, and I use it often.

We stayed on the 5th floor, so it can be a little nosy from the street but it all gets quiet when it is time to sleep. We were given a 3 bedroom apartment even though I booked 2, so it was super spacious. We used the washing machine and dryer, cooked meals using the kitchen. I was able to request an iron from reception. There is a safe in the room. The showers worked perfectly. It is super convenient to shops and there is a couple of shopping streets (insadong and ikseondong) nearby. The coffee at Alto bar coffee opposite the apartment is very good. There is a mini 7-Eleven also across the street. Residents can use the pool, sauna and gym. We ate at this great restaurant only 6mins walk away called Insadong Manuel Bossam (they specialise in pork wrap and chive pancake). Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Is a wonderful place. My family loved staying here! Very clean and spacious. Right in the heart of the Insadong tourist area with places to eat and shop right outside the door. Grocery stores are right a across the street. Can walk a few minutes to two of the great palaces in Seoul. The help desk was awesome and cleaning was impeccable. I strongly recommend this place. We will be back again!

The location of the property was perfect. The subway station or bus station was not next to hotel, but those were within 3-5 min walking distance. The rooms need to be renovated little bit. Wall paper were coming down little bit, shower door has a little gap.. minor things to touch up.

For a long term family stay at a serviced residence this is one of the best options, with great spacious rooms and superb restaurants and eateries around. The only possible downside is the Pagoda Park nearby is unkempt and occasionally populated by drunken old men, although the police is quite nearby and it does not get too loud or unruly.

Our family of 4 booked a 3 bedroom but they didn’t have one available at the time of check in so they upgraded us to the 4 bedroom. When they say bedroom, they are referring to the number of beds and not the number of separate bedrooms. Place was very spacious and we were very happy with our stay. Having 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer inside the room was a huge plus. Location of the hotel was close to multiple convenience stores, coffee shops, and many restaurants. It’s very lively at night. Can become a little dirty on the side streets.

Unbeatable location. Walk to Places and great restaurants around the corner. Can also walk to Myeondong or the very easy to use subway is minutes away. Spacious and friendly. Best area for tourists to see the best of Seoul. Great decision.

This apartment hotel is the best one I’ve been to so far! Perfectly central location, comfortably spacious unit with good sized rooms and good beds. Very clean kitchen facility with nicely working washer/dryer combo to do all the dirty clothes washing. And 7 Eleven is right across the street for any items you may need or forgot to pack. And the restaurant downstairs on 1st floor was pretty good too. I wish I could rate this place beyond excellent!! It is the best all around hotel apartment I’ve been to in Seoul. Reasonably priced too.

The location is extremely convenient and makes it an optimal place to stay. Overall my stay at Orakai Insadong Suites was good. However, the hotel can benefit from updates to the rooms (furniture was worn, walls needed repainting etc). Some of the newer rooms were clean, older rooms were not. The AC was also patchy in the older room i spent my first night. switched rooms twice for that reason. Despite this initial disappointing start of my stay, the hotel staff was extremely responsive and the next day offered a selection of rooms for me to choose from. Other small requests were immediately attended to and made the rest of my stay pleasant. I would like to acknowledge that the super service from the hotel staff was a huge factor in my pleasant stay. I would gladly return to the hotel on the condition that I am guaranteed a thoroughly clean room on the newer part of the building (>=15th floor).
