Everything was perfect except the pool towels. They look like they were bought at a garage sale - terribly worn out and about to shred, also really small. A four-star hotel should and can do better. I also wish there were some sugar free foods to purchase in restaurant and Starbucks store. Don’t forget all your toiletries, I didn’t see anyplace on site to buy them. Book your spa well in advance. It fills up quickly.

The hotel has a very good shuttle to the parks which goes every 20 minutes or so. The pool is nice and there are plenty of umbrellas.

All hotel facilities were good , the only problem was the customer service : this time was not as great as last time. The check in people didn’t give me a room ( even though I told them I drove long way to come here and have a baby trying to sleep and the hotel didn’t look that full . And then I tried to do a late check in ( I explain them I was in gatlinburg ( over mountain ) and I could be a little bit late ! But they told no , just 30 minutes late check out . So those thing were not nice for a person who paid more than 4 0 0 in one night

Great stay- the parking and shuttle to the parks are fantastic. Room with bunk beds was very convenient for traveling with two teenage kids.

We only stayed one night since we were just passing through. The room decor was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff was courteous. The property is very well maintained and clean. The pool was refreshening after a hot day. Only complaint would be the amount of food at Song and Hearth that was thrown away because we couldn’t eat it all or take the leftovers to go. That seemed very wasteful.

Nice but there are better places to stay in Pigeon Forge for a cheaper price such as Margaritaville . DreamMore is kinda dated, for the price. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly.

We loved staying here. Priority time savers included on Dollywood rides and transportation to and from the park, it was a great stay. The pool stays open late which is awesome too! Don’t forget your loaf of Grist Mill Cinnamon Bread!

This resort was fantastic for our family of 4. We knew we were going to Dollywood, so it only made sense to stay at the resort. The room had a bunk bed that was perfect for our two kids. The pool was great, and the restaurant had a bomb breakfast buffet.

We loved the resort. It was our first time for being at Dollywood in June usually in Oct or December We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness of our room. First our cooler was not cool and they quickly replaced it. No problem Then we discovered our bedding was not clean That grosses my wife out especially. This trip was to celebrate her retirement. Colin in housekeeping came up promptly and changed our bedding. He was so nice and we had a nice moment to get to know him a little We did not report the food crumbs on the floor or the semi dirty sink in our bathroom Otherwise it was a wonderful time at the dreammore resort and park

Staying there and having transportation to the parks is excellent. Everyone is friendly and nice. One negative was, we would leave in the morning and be back around 4 pm. and our garbage and towels were not replenished. On day 3, we asked to have something done, and it was. Not sure if this is an understaffing issue, but it seemed like they always started on the opposite end of the hall, so they never got to our room while we were gone.
