Great location and easy parking. Comfortable room and great a/c and good balcony. No fridge and coffee machine didn't work properly. Rigid check in time of 3pm which was a bit late for us. Wonderful swimming pool.

The hotel is clean and staff is helpful. The room was great but unfortunately our room was a corner room so we had 2 other rooms close by and could hear everything. Other than that our stay was perfect. I would stay there again

I sent message to hotel days before checkin and they wrote back the evening before I was checking out. It took them 2 days and me asking 4 times to get a mini fridge in my room (storage of medication that I requested via email days before checkin). We ran out of toilet paper at one point and the dirty glasses were not taken on a daily basis. The balcony door didn't latch/close and there were a ton of bugs everywhere including pool and balconies (also balcony light is on a timer and the curtains aren't the best).

Lovely hotel with a fantastic view of the water. Pool is very cold in a refreshing way. The staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms spacious and clean and quiet. I think they all have water views. Breakfast is a buffet and reasonably priced but I think you may be able to order from the menu too. Unknowingly I came on the final weekend of Carnival so I could watch the nightly parades right in front of hotel. In the other direction, a 3 minute walk to the historical centre. Lots of restoration work going on and when this is finished it will be even more beautiful - bright coloured buildings, narrow cobble stone streets. And lots of restaurants with many different type of food. I had a great visit and would recommend the hotel - the best location in Campeche at a reasonable cost.

So VERY MUCH Appreciated! thanks, Misael, in particular, was so helpful in every way. It was great to know that 'he was taking care of us' no matter how difficult our requests... Thanks Misael and all the other Staff. You truly should have an award for Customer Service!

Really appreciated the doorman letting me park my motorcycle right at the entrance. The pool was closed for maintenance but other than that all was great.

Its the perfect location, ocean views from room with balcony and walking distance to town center plaza and right across the street from the broad walk malecon, coffee shop right outside hotel and walking distance to great food area. Unfortunately food at hotel was just ok,and leadwaiter we got twice was just outright rude, unlike the staff at the entrance very friendly. Hotel really needs a remodel, but for location i would stay there again.

Had a great stay - excellent location and hotel. Just one small frustration with the in room coffee machine - really dislike the nespresso machines, especially when the pods don't work properly.

Nice view from room we had of gulf and CAMPECHE sign. Easy walk to Centro and an OXXO right around the corner. Had onsite parking, though packed. WIFI was kind of flaky so I would not use for work.

Nice hotel across the street from the malecón. No beach nearby but very nice walking area in both directions along the coast. The hotel is not new and the furniture and closets, etc. are worn. However, the beds are comfortable, A/C worked great. Restaurant and pool area were both quite nice.

The hotel was modern and very clean. The staff and personnel were delightful. But one of the elevators was out of order and did not get repaired in the two weeks I was there. Food was average; location was excellent..only 5 min. from the ZONA CENTRO.

Very nice well maintained hotel, professional staff bilingual check in staff, two minute walk to fort walls and and colonial central. Directly across from malecón and a police station, which is directly across from hotel parking. Showers were hot good pressure and bathroom facilities worked perfectly.

The location is perfect, sea front and pretty close to downtown, the room is nice and clean, the pool was clean and nice, the spaces are good, and the food is delicious, and the most important thing is you always feel welcomed, the people is amazing, the best place tu stay in Campeche.
