Rooms we're newly renovated and clean.
The Location of the Hotel was good.
Pool and the beach next to the Hotel we're also good.
Breakfast can be improved by alot. We stayed for 6 nights but only Had breakfast for 2 times since we did not like it.
The staff in general is nice but they seem to not bother If their guests have to wait for drinks or food at their hotel bar and restaurants.
Their prices for drinks and food is nuts.
Half a liter of beer was 8€ while outside the hotel in the surrounding bars you only pay half the price.
The same applies for the food.
Side-Note: there is no parking available by the hotel

Excellent in all ways. 10 yards from beach. In the centre of Stalis. Two wonderful pools next to the beach. Only had breakfast each day. Plenty of choice and good quality. Staff all excellent especcially Parvu and Alexandra in restaurant. Very friendly and nothing was a problem. If in Stalis again will definitely return to Zephyros

Zephyros Beach Hotel is in a fabulous location. It's central and on the beach. Breakfast is lovely and the staff are all helpful.
I do have a number of criticisms:
firstly there is free WiFi only in the reception area. If you want WiFi in your room there was an extra 50 euro charge.
Secondly, tea and coffee are provided free of charge, however, only paper cups are provided and our supplies were only replaced once in 2 weeks!
Also, there are only a handful of coat hangers in the wardrobes.
The pool area is lovely but, unless you're an early riser you won't get a sunbed as guests 'reserve' them with towels.
My last, small criticism is that the shower/toilet doesn't have a glass or other type of container for toothbrushes etc.
Overall, a good experience but, this is an expensive hotel and is not worth over £100 per night.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic location. Right on the beach. Prices were expensive compared to other nearby venues. A couple of beach bars just down from the hotel allowed you to use sun beds on the beach for free, if you were having a drink. To use the ones at the hotel was 10 euros. The breakfast was good but got a bit repetitive, but I suspect that was due to Covid precautions. The staff were all excellent with special mentions to the restaurant and cleaning staff. The room was cleaned daily and the cleaner never disturbed us. Great sea views and nice pool area, there are signs up telling people that they can’t reserve sun beds with towels, or they would be removed, this was never enforced. A bit of a bugbear of mine, either allow it or don’t allow it, but it’s not enough to spoil the holiday. A few external light bulbs needed replacing but again, a minute detail that is difficult to really criticise, but this is a honest appraisal, so couldn’t give an excellent for condition. If you’re thinking of booking, do it, you won’t be disappointed.
There weren't loads of other English people there but everyone (guests and staff) were really friendly and could speak good English, so don’t let that put you Brits off.

Very friendly staff and all service providers in the area. Most helpful. Food is is good and very reasonably priced. Alcohol was a bit on the expensive side compared to my country ( Malta ). The beach is nice but seems to have nortwesterly winds and make it a bit too wavy and not good to have a good swim. Also residents still have to pay for deck chairs on the beach which i never encountered when staying in hotels in other countries.

We had an excellent time at Zephyros Hotel! The staff were helpful, friendly and kind; the location was great and the proximity to the beach was superb! We had Half-board (breakfast and dinner) and the menu varied every day with lots of options (veg/non-veg).

We booked Room Breakfast.
The staf was very friendly and helpful
The rooms and area where pretty clean. Beds where good and even after 2 weeks no complaints.
Swimming pool is nice with a lot of free sunbeds.
Sunbeds at the beach are charged
Only at breakfast which was very complete the taste was sometime a bit below par.
White beans in tomato sauce was like soup.
Lots of oil n fried eggs etc.
We did not have dinner
But apart from that this was a nice hote that I can recommend.

The property is a great 3 star hotel, just as expected. We were given a beautiful suite, which was very clean and stylish with a big balcony and great sea/ mountain view. May be good to mention that the floor is tiles and not carpets. Air conditioning was in each room, free and working great.

We had a fantastic holiday at this hotel. The staff were brilliant and couldn’t fault them at all. They always had a smile on their face and were incredibly helpful. The hotel was spotless, had good amenities and good food. The rooms were smaller than portrayed in the pictures but they were a decent size. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed daily. They even gave us towels for the pool. The beach in front of the hotel was also clean and well maintained. Food was good, somewhat diversified at dinner, but lunch and breakfast were the same which made it a bit monotonous. The hotel is in a fantastic location with easy access to the capital and another beaches.
There were a couple of downsides to us: they assigned us the lower ground rooms and didn’t ask us where we want to stay, the showe cubicles were too small and we had to pay for the Internet as there isn’t any free WiFi apart from the lobby.
Other than that, we had a great stay.

The hotel is located directly at the beach and it offers a nice pool area, though the pool area could be a bit crowed (end of May). The beach itself was not the nicest I’ve seen but within the walking distance you can enjoy a wide sandy beach. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The towels and the bed sheets were changes few times during our stay. There is a kettle in the room and a complementary coffee and tea. We had half board and we did not regret taking this option (I was hesitant due to bed experience in Greece). In this hotel the food was fresh and the offer is quite wide. The only problem is the limited restaurant area. If you do not come early enough, you won't get a big table or you would have to wait a bit. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. We traveled with a 2 year old daughter and based on our experience, I could recommend this hotel to families with kids.

This was our second visit to The Zephyros and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is so convenient for the beach and local shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
If we were to make one criticism it would be that the hot food from the buffet was not hot enough. I know it is difficult to keep food hot without spoiling it but we felt improvement could be made. We would like to return again in September but it is very difficult to get a room as it is a very popular hotel.

The title on hotels.com is Zephyros Beach Boutique Hotel. It is certainly not a boutique hotel! The hotel is comprised of at least three different properties and caters for the Northern European, all inclusive, pacakge tourist. We had a wonderful room which was large and spacious, and removed a little from the huge crowds by the pools, so we very lucky. The boolking through hotels.com actually gave us free breakfast and in a nice surprise, dinners as well. However, the food in the cafeteris style restaurant was quite bland to suit the target market; so we ate out most evenings. There are some lovely restaurants close by, who have been hurt by the advent of the all inclusive hotels, which provide outstanding service and tasty food- try them instead!
Overall a nice place with wonderful people, just not what it represents itself to be.

Hotel amazing very clean, friendly and food was good. Not your typical Greek hotel at all this was up to date. Free air con was a bonus and the shower was attached to the wall not hung over the taps. Only downside was the glass shower cubical very small you couldnt move very well especially washing your hair. Pool area fab and the beach very nice. We were HB which other English couples were but everyone else All Inc. We asked to upgrade to all Inc but we werent allowed to (all Inc wasnt an option when booking either) this was a little disappointing. Lovely area around hotel and lovely resort. We would definitely go back.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxed stay in this modern hotel. Picked because it was close to the beach in the centre of Stalis. Also wanted a pool.
