The hotel room was quite dirty, food offered at the restaurant nothing special but ok.

The place and staff are amazing and hard working, our problem was the shower was not working properly, the water kept cutting out while using it and the bed was too soft. Amazing place for an emergency crash.

All good. Cheers.

Room was ok not the cleanest (rubbish left in bedside cabinet) very noisy out side on Sunday night untill almost midnight. other nights quiet. 2 basins in bathroom one plug missing other plug not attached to chain making it difficult to remove when emptying basin.

The hotel was closed and no one came to open it. I had to sleep in the van even though I had a paid room. The worst experience, I do not recommend

Property was very dated.
Room comfortable enough but there was no keeping at all. We booked for five nights but there was only enough tea/coffee etc for one night so we had to keep going down to ask for more. We asked for room to be made up after two nights and was told in nO u certain terms "NO".i could understand if we were staying for two nights but as we had booked and prepared for five I think it not unreasonable to ask for new towels etc

Area is nice, bed was comfortable, but the room itself was very tired. There was mould in the room and the bathroom was very old, paint peeling off, shower not working properly and too short to stand underneath.
Would have expected better for the price.

The location in Winchcombe is beautiful. Cotswold Old with cottages draped in climbing roses. Our room for the price was as described. Clean but a bit rickety. Everything creaked. The food was stunning and it was a very nice pub with a very good choice of beers and ales on tap. We were a tad put out there was no breakfast option on Expedia. Only available if you book direct.

Good experience but be careful what room you get. Our friends had a very poor room but both were “standard”.

We had a lovely last minute stop and had a fantastic sleep and breakfast, very good staff and the dogs were happy! Room is basic and could do with TLC but it’s very reasonable and comfortable so can’t complain.

I had a nice bedroom but THE FIRE EXIT FOR THE BUILDING WAS THROUGH MY BEDROOM!!!!! and I found it very uncomfortable knowing that anyone COULD ENTER MY ROOM (while I was asleep!) BY BREAKING THE PLASTIC COVER ON THE DOOR HANDLE OUTSIDE IN THE CORRIDOR!!

There was no onsite parking (although it was stated that there was, on hotels.com). Staff were friendly. Room was basic but ok. Disturbed by someone using the bathroom next door at 4 a.m.!!

Excellent stay. Dog friendly and just what we were looking for. Not spoilt by bad weather

Basic rooms which was cold and bare. Basic bed which was only just acceptable. The noise was the main issue . Very noisy accomodation which carried on till 2am. Noisy vents outside room 10 continued all night with a monotonous flapping sound. Good quality food but very expensive. I doubt I would return.

Enjoyed our stay, in a comfortable room, with an easy check in / out process, room was well appointed and as described, I would come back.

The room was nicely updated with a great restaurant downstairs.

All was good apart from we couldn't open the window as it was stuck and was 29 degrees outside. A lot of dust in the room

Pleasant overnight stay. Quiet even though above bars. Rustic feel but very all the amenities for a good break

Really friendly and accommodating staff in a great location.

Great character to the inn and staff were great. Cost is maybe high for rooms so affected by the sounds of others (the hot water tank for two other rooms was in our closet and I could literally see the lights of the room below us through the floor).

Comfortable room, good food and great atmosphere

No Parking.

Great overnight stop if you’re walking the Cotswold Way (as we were). We had a twin room with tea and coffee making and a shared bathroom. Both very clean. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

The room was ok. Bit on the small size, but bed comfortable. Was missing an easy chair as there was only a stool. Bathroom was adequate but not a lot of power in the shower. No parking, but only a couple of minutes walk to the local car park.

This was my second time staying at the White Hart and it was just as friendly, comfortable and clean as I remembered. The food was very good. The 'walkers' room that we booked was particularly good value and we had no problem with the shared facilities.

Double with private bathroom was a good option. Great location in the center of Winchcombe. Will return when next in the area.

Very olde worldy but the room was very draughty through the windows. We had to put clothes along the windowsill to stop the draughts, no hot water out of the tap

Amazing. Wonderful room. Lovely food and the real ale was excellent.

Lovely pub, room was very nice, clean and bed very comfy. Breakfast was nice, friendy place, would recommend. Parking 2mins over the road, £1 24hrs !

We stayed here for one night mid week. It was faultless, the room was absolutely lovely and the staff were helpful and friendly, even though they were super busy downstairs in the restaurant.
Would definitely recommend and we would happily stay here again

We enjoyed our stay here , Most of the staff were very friendly & helpfull , The hotel is very clean & comfortable. Unfortunately only a ' Twin room ' with shared bathroom was left , At time of booking which we booked , & It really was excellent value , including Breakfast !
There are many great
' Eaterys ' locally , & the food on site was excellent. Thanks :)

Such a nice cozy place after a long walk. Bedroom spotless bed so comfy and warm. We shared a bathroom with two others rooms. Bath was spotless with big fluffy towels. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you

Really nice decor and great breakfast and the price was really good. I was surprised we didn't have an ensuite bathroom as the website suggested we would in my reading of it. Wasn't a huge deal for two nights and for the money I have no complaints. Room could've been a bit cleaner but it didn't feel grubby. We both really enjoyed our stay there and paying £48 for two people including breakfast felt like a real bargain. Good location in the middle of the village and great value for money as far as we were concerned. But ensuites for ever going forward!

Lovely quaint pub in the heart of Winchcombe village with great staff and really good cooked breakfast. Booking for dinner in the evening is advisable, as it gets incredibly busy. Lots of creaky stairs leading to rooms, which adds to the character of the old building!
2.5
Lovely old property charm and good staff.
Drinks & food very good.
