What we liked was how nice the staff was and our room was clean. What we didnt like was how noisy it was throughout the night. People coming in and out, the sound of the metal door opening and closing was loud! All rooms need ceiling fans! The first room didnt have one , but the 2nd one did! It helps with the humidity and hot weather.

The garden and fresh paint throughout the hotel was nice. The breakfast was a quick mini menu and the food was good quality. Service staff were kind and accommodating. However, overnight was very noisy. Walls were thin and neighbors plumbing was loud. Bugs were prevalent. No AC so room was very humid and hot.

The property is Nice and clean, staff is helpful and kind, the rooms are clean. I would definitely come back. The only thing I didn’t like is that it didn’t have air conditioning in the room or at least a fan, cause I got hot at night and that that I left the windows opened.

*Great* service! Super friendly and accommodating, and willing to help make arrangements and answer questions about getting around, etc. Beautiful garden out back, and a patio overlooking it. The one big drawback is the hotel is very echo-y. You can hear voices near and far in the hotel. Room 101 is a about 15ft from the reception desk as well as the big, heavy, metal front door which shuts really loud every time guests come through. Earplugs essential!

The staff was actually super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel is situated in an area that had some extremely loud night construction going on. In addition, there were roaches that emerged in one of our rooms - the one at the ground level. It is super close to the airport, but would not recommend.

Convenient to airport, I was able to walk to the hotel since I travel light. It’s very secure and very clean. The personnel are well trained and helpful. Bed is comfortable, nice hot shower. Pretty hotel, sitting areas, Great breakfast. There’s some road noise audible from the top floor but other rooms may be better shield from noise.

We arrived to GC late and didn’t feel comfortable travelling all the way to Antigua in the dark. We chose this hotel because of its excellent location. The hotel provided a transfer service from the airport to the hotel for $15 USD. A man had our name on a piece of paper and we quickly were escorted to the vehicle. It was maybe a 3 minute drive and we arrived at the hotel. As two young female travellers we were a bit nervous but we had no reason to be as all the hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful. As a VIP member we were offered a cold drink upon arrival. Our room was clean and bright and just what we needed after a long day of travel from Canada. The next morning we enjoyed our included breakfast in a bright and colourful dining room. Although the kitchen staff didn’t speak English we were able to get by on our limited Spanish. The breakfast menu had a small but excellent selection to choose from. There were extras that you could purchase as well. The front desk staff allowed us to stay in the garden area after checkout while we waited for our shuttle to Antigua. Unfortunately our shuttle was 40 minutes late, however the staff were incredibly helpful and contacted the company for us to find out more information. Thank you so much William!!!! Gracias!!! As well, an excellent price point for us and value for money. Would definitely stay again. Ps I do believe you can walk or uber to the hotel from the airport.

This hotel is small. The hotel is clean. It has hot water . The breakfast is very good. The price is great. The only downside I seen is that there is no air conditioner. Although, the fans we were given were more than enough
