Good location, staff very helpful

Nice area and very friendly people

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Right outside of the hotel there was an option to take the bus into town, to avoid trying to find parking and it was great. Their included parking was easy and safe.

Nice and clean, very friendly staff.

Our 4-night stay at Hotel Grad was an excellent experience. Very good breakfast. The room was always clean. All the staff are very helpful and very friendly. We couldn't ask for more.
4.5
The worst hotel that I've booked this far in Sarajevo!
The room is facing the road! The bed is uncomfortable, the pillows are horrible, most of the tv channels don't work , there is a crack in the bathroom mirror AND THERE IS NO SOAP IN THE SHOWER DISPENSER!!!

Great

First, pros. The room was large (one queen bed and 2 singles, in a 2 rooms suite). It was very clean, modern, the bathroom was very nice. Location was good, midway between the city center and the airport.
Cons, once we got into the room, we discovered that the AC was working only in one room. When trying to open a window to let some air in, it fell on our head. Thank God no one was seriously hurt. Very dangerous situation. Spoke to the receptionist, she came immediately and said that the AC was not working because the window is not properly closed. She tried to see what is wrong with the windows and had another one fall on top of her head. Eventually she could not properly close windows (because they were broken) and could not make the AC work because the windows were not completely shut. No resolution as they were supposedly fully booked.
Parking is very limited.
No cafe/restaurant on site (or it was not open that day).
We didn’t try breakfast because we had an early flight.
Over all definitely not worth the price of over 250km, there are much better options near by. We stayed at Ibis Styles previous and had a much better experience for half price.

Rooms very clean, the staff is amazing…
Excellent overall..
Def coming back

Very clean

Small hotel, outside of city center, good for business travels, maybe not so much for tourism as center and main attractions are not in walking distance. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast is more or less basic, could some more choice.

Great place to stay while visiting Sarajevo. The staff is friendly and assist with everything needed.
4.5
I stayed frequently for convenience reasons at this hotel since new. It is very basic in every aspect but the service is ok and so are the rooms.
4.5
Excellent hotel to stay when you visiting Sarajevo
4.5
The hotel and the service of the receptionist staff was brilliant
4.5
The hotel is literally 5-8 minutes from the center, new, large rooms with helpful personnel. Excellent for singles or couples. Transport from and to the centre is approximately 6BAM per way.
4.5
The hotel had a modern interior and nicely sized rooms. The room was cleaned by the staff every day. Breakfast was included in the price. The staff was very friendly and supportive at all times. The hotel offered an airport shuttle for 7 Euros each way. The only thing to be criticized would be the neighborhood around the hotel. The road was fairly noisy. Closing the windows eliminated the problem.
Sarajevo is definitely worth a trip, what a great city. It is a very good example how different religions live together in peace after this terrible war happened. You should definitely visit Old Town and the Bazaar.
4.5
A nice hotel, but a ways from the city center...if you don’t want to figure out transit, (which is confusing in Sarajevo) find a place closer to the city center.
4.5
New otel, above the average quality considering Bosnia I guess. We are generally happy with our stay, beds are comfortable, shower was very nice, bathroom was very large. Only missing thing was the slippers but most of the otels doesnt have them anymore
4.5
Hotel is beautiful, but not enough staff. Bad location. AC didn’t work, had to open windows. Close to airport

Really beautiful hotel and the staff are super nice and accommodating. It’s new and you can see this. The breakfast is good and simple but everything you would want. The only thing I would add to the rooms are kettles to make tea or instant coffee in the morning. Regardless, I will definitely be staying here whenever I’m in Sarajevo. Don’t worry about the location it’s not unsafe and near Grbavica, which is a nice part of town.

Excellent hotel and staff. A bit away from old town but was at the perfect location for my business meetings. Do try chevapi at a nearby restaurant called Zmaj. Breakfast can be improved.

This Hotel is super friendly and very clean. The main reason I stayed there originally is because it is a non-smoking Hotel. Sarajevo is a heavy smoking society and I had to leave my other hotel because of the cigarette smoke.
The breakfast was pretty good and the coffee was excellent. If you don't want to live in an ashtray definitely stay at Hotel Grad. I loved it.
There are non smoking restaurants in Sarajevo but hard to find. Klopa is one but a terrible place with the worst service and bad treatment from the staff. My friend got food poisoning there Look for others if you can.

One of the best hotels in Sarajevo. Nice clean rooms and very helpful and friendly stuff.
We had a good time during our two night stay and will surely be back.

Comfortable beds!!

Very nice customer service of staff.
The room is very clean

Good hotel. Very helpful staff.
Distant from the main center. 10-15 mins drive. Female travelers may want somewhere closer to the center.
Double bed is single bed joined together and hence a gap in the middle. Can be problematic for those with back problems.
Nonetheless highly recommended hotel.

Great place! Awesome service

It was a good experience, When I booked it, I chose the full board option which I was charged $89+. The room rate was $70.00 and they do not offer full board. It was on Hotels.com web site advertising next day. Just disappointed with Hotels.com. The location was very difficult to find as no GPS acknowledged the address. I would look for a different location in the future, closer to city center and activities.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in Hotel Grad from 15th May till 18th May. Although the room is small, it is very well carpeted you can actually walk bare-footed as it's thick and soft. The bed is comfortable too, the bathroom is well-fitted with good quality Grohe products. Wifi is very good and the flat tv screen is big with many cable channels. Breakfast is good too. The hotel staff are very friendly especially Biljana. Our only gripe - the house rules which states 'in the room are not allowed to consume food' which is rather ridiculous. Assuming you bought something outside and need to consume it urgently when you feel hungry. So it's forbidden? The rule should be re-looked and amended if necessary otherwise it won't sit well with the hotel guests. Nevertheless overall it's a pleasant hotel stay. Ask for a room away from the city view due to the noisy traffic. Do take note this hotel is out of the city ctr. You can take the public bus to the old city. The bus stop is within walking distance from the hotel, abt 200 metres away. The hotel can also arrange tours with a private car and a guide. We booked 2 tours over 2 days - The Prokosko Lake tour and The Boracko Lake tour with stopover at Konjic city. These tours are highly recommended for its beautiful scenery. And the guide is very friendly too.

Cozy hotel located in a safe and quiet area about 4,5 km from the old town in Sarajevo. Walking to the old town takes about an hour and is recommended if the weather is good. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included and was pretty good! The room was clean and looks new.
4.5
very nice hotel 5 mint driving to the city center and 2 mint to Sarajevo shopping center.
4.5
Room was very nice and free parking is available. Breakfast buffet was decent. Local bus stop is nearby with quick access to Old Town.

This is a superb hotel 5-10 minutes busride from Bascarsija. Everything is new, they have modern looking spacy and clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Plus, they gide you free Ride from and to AirPort. One of the best choices in Sarajevo. Thank you
