We’ve stayed at this location multiple times because it’s clean and quiet and all across the board perfect for us.

My favorite place to stay when in Sedona! With a kitchen, fireplace, giant jetted tub, it’s a home away from home!

Room was nice but walls a bit thin. Could hear neighbors conversations

We have stayed before and that is why we returned however this time the rooms are feeling out dated, sheets had stains and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

The Villas at Diablo were just what I needed after a long solo road trip and a five-day music festival. I drove down to Sedona for one night and stayed in a lovely suite with a private back patio overlooking the red mountains and a golf course—a stunning, peaceful view.
The suite was cozy and well-appointed with a couch, kitchen, and a super comfortable king-sized bed. But the real highlight was the large Jacuzzi tub with eight powerful jets. After nine days on the road, it was the perfect way to unwind and recharge.
In my 19 hours there, I slept deeply for 12, and took a couple of relaxing baths just to make the most of that fantastic tub. I’d absolutely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back for a longer visit!

Amazing room and great value for the area! Would definitely stay again.

The property was older, but fairly well-maintained. There was only a live person for info, check in and out from 9-6, leaving a group of 4 couples waiting and unsure how to access our rooms after 6:00pm. A good deal of mold was prevalent in the shower/tub area and the air conditioning was quite loud and ran continuously.

I had not stayed here before, but I would stay here again. The room was very well appointed for a lengthy stay. It had a fully furnished kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave oven, dishwasher, etc. Plus smaller appliances like a blender and toaster. There was a full size couch, a reclining chair, fireplace, dining table for four, and a very nice bathroom with a jetted tub. Also in the room was a King size bed which was very comfortable. They have wi-fi, which is critical, just in case you want to stream entertainment. The cell service is not good. You can set up wi-fi calling, if your phone does that. There is a land line, which I did utilize for incoming calls. The room that I stayed in (315) backed up to the golf course and was very quiet and nice in the evening. Also some great views of the mountains and buttes from the patio. On the other side of the complex, there is a creek that you can walk to. Check-in time is 4:00 pm. I showed up at 3:30 pm and my room was not ready yet, so don't show up early. I also had the cleaning crew show up at my door at 8:00 am. When I answered the door, she said that she thought that I had already checked out. That was strange. No communication between the front desk and the maintenance people. So, keep your door bolted or you may have the cleaning crew come in unannounced. Other than that, I had a great one night there. Next time, I will go to the grocery store and get some food to cook there. By the way, they have a BBQ area available,

We have stayed about 5 times here . We stayed in a suite and it was nice, only thing we missed was having a music system of some form. Thank you another great stay.

Beautiful property, loved being so close to the creek, and the room was cozy.

View of mountains and grassy area. Other common sitting area near creek. Easy parking. High ceilings. Comfortable bedding/bed. Couch/sitting chair furniture could use updating but all worked for us. Liked the mini kitchen and use of hotel amenities.

There was no hot water in the shower. We reported it at 7 AM. Went to breakfast came back. Still no hot water. Talk to the person at the front desk at 8:45. He said I should be patient maintenance. Staff doesn’t even start working until 8 o’clock. I don’t think he realize what time it was. I told him we were checking out and needed showers by 10:30.
Still wasn’t fixed by 10 o’clock. We had to ask for a shower, a different unit unit and walked down to it and use it and then go back to our unit unit.
Partial refund and they said no

Our villa was very nice, all soaps, d/w detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were supplied. Kitchen was well equipped with essential dishes, etc. as well as paper towels, dish soap, coffee packs, etc. Bed was very comfy, towels were ample, there was even a nightlight which was appreciated. The TV sound wavered in and out and there weren't enough electrical outlets in the room. How can a 20+ ft. wall not have a single outlet?

We stayed for 2 nights. We were arriving after check in time and Tracey at the front desk was very detailed with the instructions for how to check in later that night. The property and rooms are very nice. Our room was very clean and organized. The bathroom as well. It was nice the room had a jetted tub, however its connected to the shower, which we didnt see in the pictures. So just know its not a separate tub from the shower. The kitchenette was very well equipped and organized with all the essentials. The outdoor patio area was also very clean and the chairs are comfortable. Our room also had a fireplace, however it didnt work. The TV is not a smart TV, but they do have cable. They also dont have blackout curtains or blinds. The overall stay was awesome though and we would definitely come back and stay again.

There’s only one regret I have to say and that is bring your own pillows if you wanna sleep at night because they had hard pillows and that didn’t work well for sleeping. They were literally rocks.

It’s a great location and nice view. We wish it was cleaner. The room smelled awful and furniture was so dirty and gross. We didn’t even sit on any couches…

Strongly don’t recommend. Potential security risks. Someone breaks into the room before dawn and runs away when my brother in law saw and heard something. We were terrified in the morning and will never book this hotel again.

My wife and I have stayed at the Villas at Diablo annually. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is quiet, which we like.

It was a great place to stay for a weekend getaway in Sedona. Off the beaten path, but at the same time close to everything--quiet but centrally located. We were there for the weekend and mostly ate out but if we had stayed longer we would have taken advange of all tghe kitchen amenities. Everything was comfortable and nice.

The villas were spacious, clean, and relaxing.

The room was ok, furniture in good shape but very dated. If this were the only complaint then I would've still given a good review because the room rate was good...but unfortunately I can't. We noticed the first night that there was a pile of javelina poop in the grass about 5 feet away from our back patio door, looks a lot like a pile of dog poop. The first morning we asked about it and was assured by the management that it'd be cleaned up, but they never did. It was there our entire stay (3 nights). That cost them a good review! I mean who want's a pile of poop outside of your hotel door and worse, management that just lies to you about it?

My grandkids had a wonderful time play along side of the stream, family time at the pool. Walking around the beautiful views. Want to go back and spend more days

This resort was beautiful! The view from our villa was breathtaking, easy parking, friendly ataff, easy to find, very clean, stocked kitchen, amazing pressure from the shower. Very accomodating from booking to check out with late check in. We booked 2 rooms with 6 people, one child, and everyone had plenty of space and comfort. We will definitely recommend staying here and we will be back.

Wonderful location right on Oak Creek. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio with the sound of the babbling creek. Tracy called us while we were on route to let us know our room was ready early. Lots of room in the villa to soread out and get comfy.
