I loved how clean and elegant the facilities looked as well as how friendly and professional the staff was upon arrival.
The ice maker near our room didn’t work but we were able to find another close by

Staff were extremely friendly, they upgraded our room for our honeymoon. It was conveniently located and I felt safe at night. Would definitely stay again.

Truly beautiful. Fantastic pool. Really nice. Super helpful staff and concierge
No food options on site.
7.0
The room was functional and well equipped in the studio kitchen. Also, everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Great shower.
The front desk staff were curt and approaching outright rude. The walls are very thin and I could hear everything from my upstairs neighbors. There are some small swimming pools but they don't open until 9, so anyone wanting to workout in one is challenged because they open late and then become flooded with kids. Concierge also isn't available early morning - think maybe 8:30 or 9 as well, which if you want to organize a tour for the same day, is too late (unless you want to be baked in heat.) Bring your own food and other consumables because there isn't anything except coffee onsite; good news is the in-room kitchenette makes that a breeze.

Staff was friendly and helpful!!!
Room was dated musty when we walked in.

The big room. Kitchen and the amenities
The toilet and the bathroom sink were not clean. Maintenance staff enter my room without permission to fix the cable TV and check smoke deteror. They just text me same day.should inform me at least 1 day ahead and wait for me when I am in my room.

Perfect for what we were looking for.
Nothing.

Nice layout of buildings, quiet and lots of pools.

Rooms were nice and clean, spacious and always great to have a kitchen option. Pools were great and views exceptional. Staff was very helpful with our needs and requests.
A couple hiccups here and there, but staff was attentive to get things corrected and repaired.

Pool and hot tubs were great. Location is beautiful.
Definitely in need of maintenance. Dishwasher wheel missing, screen door went off rails continuously and would
not close properly, very difficult to open and close sliding glass door, lotion dispenser torn off wall and sitting on counter, could not sit at the table and open the refrigerator door. Very pushy sales pitch at check in after a long drive. I reported problems, but we did not want to use our time dealing with that.

Geen bewegwijzering naar het zwembad, en vloerbedekking.

The rooms were comfortable overall. Nice to have gym and pool etc. staff were nice and helpful. Very responsive. Pretty clean. Quiet. Location pretty good.
We both had trouble sleeping and feel it was the bed. No box spring and low to the floor. Lack of comfort and support. Wifi was very weak. Water pressure of the shower was low
9.0
The space was utilized well. The kitchen had everything I needed. The staff were very friendly and responsive. I really liked the soap products stocked in the bathroom.
The dishwasher leaked and the refrigerator door had to be pushed extra to get it to shut.
7.0
Great location, nice pool area.
It felt very crowded, like the units are stacked on each other. A little more space would have been nice.
10.0
Exceeded our expectations
No complimentary breakfast

The cable tv was marginal and finally didn’t work at all. Upon checkout the attendant said the computer room had over heated and caused the outage. No offer of compensation for our inconvenience
9.0
Great for families. Large space, and it was great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Lots of pools and hot tubs around the property. It was away from all the traffic and tourist commotion.
The primary bedroom was up against some sort of machinery? Or something that would hum all night, I ended up having to get ear plugs to block out the sound.
6.0
Nice territory, beautiful view outside( not from our room unfortunately), spacious room, free laundry
Ahhh…. The very first night we came after a very long drive and I found black curly hair in the shower room in the drain even on the wall was some…
Noisy, we woke up at 6:30 as our neighbor was talking too loud behind the wall the I could hear his conversation. Loud refrigerator ( was have to switch it off) otherwise I would never fall asleep

I have no major complaints about this place, I just didn't love it - especially with such a variety of hotels in the Sedona area, I wish I would have chosen something else. But it was nice having the kitchen, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was big and clean. I did like the location as it related to the hikes we wanted to do and the restaurants we ate at. Sedona can get very congested but this property sits just outside of that traffic which was nice. I was worried they would try to sell us on a timeshare but we did not feel that pressure (but I also avoided the main lobby after we checked in).
They charged us $100 more than they were supposed to upon check-in. We returned to the reception desk shortly after double checking the reservation to confirm that we were overcharged, and they fixed the error - but it was a little strange. Our room only had decaf coffee stocked - I could have called but we just ended up getting coffee in town. The pools were sort of far away from where our room was so we didn't use them. We were right next to a playground but we don't have kids. The TV in the room wasn't very big and had a lot of connection issues with the signal going in and out. There was no laundry basket and laundry facilities (like the pools) were not close to our room.

Big hot tub was a huge hit. Room was much larger than expected and actually had a separate bedroom which was unexpected and lovely. There is access to hiking trails within walking distance of the property.
There were some missing supplies when we first checked in (no TP, no sheets for the fold out bed) but those were quickly provided after a call to the front desk

Really liked the location and views were great!
7.0
It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They had multiple pools, spas, and activities to do on property.
They did not have a restaurant/bar and an outside area that you could enjoy an evening cocktail which would have been nice to sit and enjoy the outside and views.
7.0
Location, staff, gym
Dated interior, poor TV reception, lack of on-site restaurant or bar, and lack of common lounge-style sitting area
7.0
Kitchen and location of the hotel
Staff tried to sell us on timeshares of some sort and was very adamant. To the point it made me feel uncomfortable.
5.0
Proximity to the trails, clean rooms, kitchen in every room.
Didn't respect booking.com rate (charged $440/night instead of $352 basic rate) and the bill still hasn't been fully corrected, after 2 in person conversations and emails. Lack of dining/coffee shop on premises.

Easy to find good location
A very expensive way to experience shabby construction. The walls and ceiling were incredibly thin, we could hear the next door family planning their day, and we could hear the upstairs family talking quite clearly. The connecting door to the neighbouring room did not impress us at all. We had a small patio which looked up at the car park, we had to cross the rod to see any scenery. We were invited to a presentation. the usual attempt to get us to buy a unit, we declined. The pool was very small for such a large development.

The Sedona location is prime. The size of the resort does not compare to most Marriott resorts. The amenities are nice, but should be for the value we hope to receive. The Marriott does it all better. Daily activities that include movies and bingo by the pool and mariachi and margaritas and kids club. Bicycle rentals, I could go on.
We didn’t like that the employees were not on their game for the style resort this is. We asked for small items from the front desk like ice and it was never brought to us. The front desk offered. And didn’t pull through. The keys lock you out of your room right at the 10am check-out. Who even has a 10am check-out? Oh wait…you guys do. Lame!

Did not have breakfast was not told it was included
Rooms were in need of update. Cupboard door was broken, toilet float kept falling off and we had to lift cover off tank and fix nearly every time

The resort is lovely and well maintained with plenty of pools and spas! The design of the buildings is beautiful. Gorgeous scenery, and the grounds are well-maintained. The spas were a welcome experience after a day of hiking. The location of the resort is convenient. It would have been great to be able to walk to a restaurant, but the drive to grocery and restaurants wasn't long. I liked that the kitchen in the room was well stocked with pans, a toaster, oven and coffee pot. A nice surprise was the Blender for frozen drinks! Also, we appreciated having the coffee packet. Thanks!
Our room was in bldg. 13 in the back near the highway, and the view was several broken washer dryer units lying about. I would request a room in the MESA area instead of the "standard" rooms. The spa closest to us wasn't working but the others near by were great!

nice pool and amazing staff
room was dirty ( dust everywhere, smelled of wet, stale mold) counter tops in bathroom dirty.( maybe toothpaste or dried sunscreen)

great location, nice views
the hotel overcharged the credit card, after addressing this, it was corrected. however after checkout it happened again. after that they addressed it again, only to revoke it later. still working on getting the amount resolved according to booking.com agreed price. (that included tax and resort fees)
recommend to validate payment!
