We really enjoyed our stay. It was equipped with everything we needed. We utilized the bicycle storage and laundry. We walked to restaurants and a grocery store was close by. It was surprisingly quiet at night and we really enjoyed sitting in the courtyard. The place looked just like the pictures and the decor is super cute. We enjoyed reading the history of the place that was incorporated into art work.

This beautiful charming historic home is by far one of our favorite homes we have stayed at. It is a perfect location (2 blocks) from Whiskey Row/downtown Prescott. We will definitely be back for another weekend, maybe several! Peggy was an amazing host and very easy to communicate with during our stay. On the property is a apple tree with edible and delicious apples. We brought some home (with permission from Peggy) to make a yummy homemade apple pie. 5 star rating! Thank you again Peggy for your hospitality.

Adorable and spotless historic home walking distance to Whiskey row. Perfect for a family of 4. I wish we knew about this place my son's freshman year!

We were presently surprised with this rental property. The house has a lot of fun history, and it's in a great location. Easy walking distance to downtown Prescott. The house was updated well, but also preserved it's historical attributes. There was no hiccups and the host was communicated well. We will be back next year!

Peggy and Dave have created a wonderful space. From the quaint welcome note, to the notebook which features information on the history of Aubrey House and all the local musts, this house has it all. Each space is thoughtfully designed and functional. We loved our time staying here and will recommend it to friends and family in the future. Thanks Peggy and Dave!

The house itself is so beautiful, and the hosts are very kind and helpful. It’s a great stop while not being too far from downtown. It’s your home away from home.

Very cozy house. Clean and comfy beds. Only recommendation is for better TP, and maybe some microwave plates/containers. But otherwise great! We would definitely stay again!

I took my wife and 2 kids (7 and 10) to Prescott for the annual Christmas parade and lights ceremony. We stayed at this beautiful historic home that is just minus from the downtown area. Everything in the property is as described. The house was very nice and cleaned when we arrived and all the amenities available make you feel like you are right at home. We decided to cook breakfast both days that we stayed there to avoid the morning rush and the kitchen has everything to make some great gourmet meals, just bring your own food.
We needed a place to store our bikes since we wanted to ride our bikes around Watson Lake and this property has a small laundry room with enough space for our 4 bikes.
Everything from the house, the courtyard, the parking, and the distance was perfect, and we would love to stay here again.
My only suggestion would be to have tower space heaters for the rooms. There is a small split unit in the living room which is perfect for the size of the house but that also means that you will need to keep the doors open to let the heat circulate all through the house. It was not a major issue and even with the doors open everyone slept with no issues.
Thanks again for letting us stay at your property!
