The house was in poor conition. Appliances were worn out and damaged. Bins rusty and buckled, ice box missing the ice tray, draining rack rusty, Blinds slats falling off, ironing board no padding. Carpet in master bedroom frayed and worn. Garden furniture worn out and grubby with a cigarette burn hole in the cushion. Garden itself overgrown.

We have stayed there before in a different apartment which was much nicer. This one faced the road which was very noisy to sit outside. The apartment needed a lot of TLC. A shame as it was disappointing lots of things needed repairing which we told the reception about. The little shopping center just out the gate is great with a nice variety of shops. We would stay again but make sure the apartment was up to scratch.

Did not like the fact that it was not clean .. cleaner had to bought in to clean under couch cushions, toilets and around the base of the toilet also around tiles surrounding the kitchen waste bin was not clean. Overall cleanliness standards need to be lifted.

TV didn't work - No Signal Toilet roll holder installed upside down on a downward slope so toilet roll slipped off onto the floor Garage door very dodgy remote which nearly trapped our car in the Garage. I had to use a broom handle to reach the manual button on the unit to get our car out. Some panels of vertical blinds are missing leading to lack of privacy

Good location for the northern region of the Gold Coast with easy access to and from major roads and shopping. Apartment was clean with basic kitchen and cooking facilities supplied. However apartment was in need of some maintenance. AC didn’t work, shower rose leaked and some fittings in all bathrooms were loose. Despite the issues I would consider staying there again.

Needs some attention. Sheets were so old worn and thin, not nice to sleep on. Pillows and mattresses were hard as a rock. Cooking facilities- frypans and utensils were disgusting. We ended up buying new ones from Coles so we didn’t all get food poisoning. It sleeps six, there is no where to hang 6 towels in bathrooms when used, needs some hooks atleast.

A few little touches would take this good property to great. Tissues in bathrooms, hand towel, salt n pepper, cling wrap and more dishwasher detergent in kitchen. Spare rubbish bags. The property was very clean 😊

Brand new apartment in gated community- lots of helpful communication from property managers. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Some construction but we were not disturbed by this at the time we stayed here. Could be an issue as properties on the street are all close together and there is some echoing up to the top floors.

Great destination but property very dirty. Ants lots of areas not clean bedding stained floors filthy and the list goes on and on could do with a professional spring clean. Building itself lovely .

The unit needed to be cleaned a lot better (the floors are still dirty and dusty in some areas). The beds need under-blankets, as both beds had stains, and a quilt cover, not just the quilt, should be used. The hallway must have some air freshener, as it constantly smells. Overall, the property and location are perfect. It's just this unit.

Pros: Property is similar to Quest. Quiet gated village. Walking distance to Coles. Cons: Guys not telling the truth. If I did not involve the hotels.com the guy told me they don’t have available room to transfer me because of their major floor maintenance. Dust is all over the place so I demanded to move to another room so I decided to cancel my stay and refund but suddenly they have room and they move me so quick.

We stayed for a week while our boat was being antifouled at the Gold Coast City Marina yard as it is only a short drive away. The unit was brand new and well set up with everthing we needed. ( the furniture was a wee bit spartan but served its purpose!) The Management and staff were very helpful

I loved the place. comfortable, clean, helpful staff. central location, walk to coles and restaurants in 8 mins or 4 min drive. Not as noisy as Surfers and location was perfect for my needs. stayed 3 nights.

Initially my room was not clean so I kindly asked to be moved which was accommodated. Reception staff were not professional. I did send a letter of complaint and never received an apology or response. Would not recommend.

Great location, short walk to local restaurants, Boardwalk Tavern & Supermarket. We enjoyed eating @ the Tavern, great service Patio overlooking Marina. Had 1 Bedroom Apartment that was not very inviting. Very Dark inside with noticeable cobwebs around sliding doors & Windows & No flyscreens. Gated Entry & Security for underground Carpark was good, however was unable to lock room windows & Patio doors from inside as Keys did not work. There was a lot of traffic noise from busy road as room backed onto it. Sanctuary Cove Village short drive away way worth the visit, nice relaxing vibe on the Marina.

Overall it wasnt bad but when i booked it was confusing on what room i got because all the lictures were the same i mean it was an added bonus for me rather then it sleeping 3 it slept 6 but to find the pool and to find the admin office it was very poor there were no signs to say were the pool was or maps to find it and the staff were helpfull but not helpfull enough EG drew us a map for the pool but kept the map instead of letting us use it

The area was beautiful. A lovely spot near the lake amongst very nice houses and people. A short walk to the local supermarket, very quiet and safe. Strange check in though.......If you didn't have a car this would be very inconvenient for someone coming in a taxi to go so far from one complex to another to check in. Text communication was really good but some of the housekeeping staff couldn't speak English. The lift wasn't working which was very inconvenient for a lot of people in the complex as they where all elderly people and had to walk up 2 flights of 9 stairs for each floor level with all your luggage, Not good if you're staying on level 1 or 2 from the basement/carpark. Everything we needed in the apartment. Nicely furnished and convenient. Thank you
