Amazing location value for money
3.2
low budget, very good value
3.2
Good value for the price. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Would not recommend to couples because of the size of the room. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE CLAUSTROPHOBIC - or at least get a window room.
Also there is no room for luggage so if you have anything bigger than a carry on don’t stay here.
3.2
Room had stained walls and graffiti and it stunk of smoke. Thin walls so could hear other guests. Very basic - not even a shelf/table. Floor had no carpet. Room was cold. Felt like a prison cell.
3.2
Worst hotel room ive ever stayed in, four foot wide and in really poor condition
3.2
Hotel was fine in context, somewhere to sleep at night. Bare bones room, but ok for my short term need; tho being a basement room, I couldn’t get a phone or 4G signal and their paid WiFi wasn’t working. Water pressure and cleanliness top-notch.
3.2
The hotel is very convenient for visiting central London and in particular the main museums.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and it's cheap compared to the other options.
The area around the hotel is safe and relatively quiet and there are a number of good restaurants nearby.
The room was clean but very small and there is nowhere to store any valuables.
I didn't have any hot water in the shower which made for a refreshing experience!
3.2
The bathroom was just dirty, I couldn't face showering in it so checked out early and got showered at work.
Also place advertises as air-conditioning in the rooms, there is but you can't control the temperature- what is the point !!!!!

I booked this as a very last minute, change of plans stay in London and was pleasantly surprised.
For just having somewhere to dump your stuff, go out and about, come back, get clean , sleep and repeat it's great. I did miss the lack of window or a smaller light as you only have main lights or the bathroom ones so once they were off you were in the pitch black.
For being near the main road and in London the only noise i could hear was movement and voices from people in the building which was nice.
The rooms/ pods are small (there was only me which was good) and might struggle with more than 1 person and luggage in room but for what I paid, I'll take it.
Would definitely stay there again as it was easy to get to (between 2 stations), multiple train lines available, sainsburys near by for food, Earl's Court rd for coffee and good value for money
3.2
Easy access, friendly staff, good location.
3.2
You get what you pay for, room wasn’t the cleanest and staff weren’t the friendliest but did the job for one night.
3.2
Al good
3.2
Nice hotel comfortable room. Have used this hotel before
3.2
Simple frills free spot in the heart of London.
3.2
Arrived late no problems very pleasant staff and helpful
3.2
The staff wasn't very nice this time but the place it's ok
3.2
Very basic but good price for the area

Staff were friendly. However, the room was the size of the bed and about 1m squared. No shelves or anywhere to put luggage so there wasn’t anywhere to stand/ get ready which made the experience really difficult. No windows which made it feel extra enclosed and the air con is controlled from the desk three floors down, which wasn’t ideal either. The bathroom had old hairs in, so overall it was quite disappointing unfortunately.
3.2
Having enjoyed stays at other EasyHotel locations, I expected the South Kensington branch to maintain similar standards. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The overall ambiance was old and worn, which was a stark contrast to the clean and modern facilities I've encountered elsewhere within the brand. The value for money was notably poor, with other budget accommodations offering much better conditions for the same price. This branch urgently needs a renovation to uphold the EasyHotel reputation for quality, affordable lodging.
3.2
Terrible hotel. Do not entertain staying here in order to save a bit of money, spend a little extra and go somewhere else.
Tiny room with hardly any room to even walk around the bed! 3 hooks on the wall instead of a wardrobe, one power point, toilet & shower combo which didn’t actually have regulated heated water for showering, or any towels. Dirty, hard, shower area style waterproof, cheap flooring. Uncomfortable 3/4 size bed, dirty linen and pillows. Noisy due to the number of small double bed units alongside. Avoid avoid avoid

Clean hotel in a great location. Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was small but absolutely ok for 1 person.
3.2
We had an absolutely amazing stay. The staff were brilliant, friendly and really went out of there way for us. The rooms were very clean and quiet. We will definitely be staying there again.
3.2
For 1-2 people it is okay for a very short stay. The location is near a major underground line which is convenient. Would recommend if you’re on a tight budget and don’t mind having no extra space.
3.2
You got for what you paid
3.2
Dont book these rooms if two people travelling.
3.2
Nice comfy bed in a simple room. Alls i needed
3.2
Good location, very basic but it’s just a place to sleep and nothing else.
3.2
Cheap and did the job.
Good wattsapp communications re check-in and receipt.

Stayed in Easyhotels before in Liverpool and it is modern and comfortable. Unfortunately this one isn’t. It was a really small double room with the bed crammed into a corner, so all night long my wife had to climb over me if she wanted to use the toilet, which was exactly what you would find in an old caravan. The receptionist Isreal was very friendly and offered to give us a late checkout for free, however he obviously didn’t tell the cleaner who woke us up at 10am to tell us we should have left. Great area though, but you couldn’t spend more than one night in the room. We stayed in a Premier Inn the night before which was £40 for a huge ultra modern room, were this one was £90.

Good safe location. Just a few mins from Kensington High St. Tubes and buses close by. Hotel has a lot of steps to access the building so good knee joints are a must. Room has a comfortable small UK double bed. And thats it. No furniture, just two hooks. At best, this double room is ok for one person. For two, ok only if you have no luggage (as there is no space for luggage) and packed lightly. We were a couple and did only sleep in room. Out at 8am and back about 11pm. This is a very basic room and you can only move one step before banging into the bed or the wall. Tiny, Tiny, Tiny. For about £20 more you can get a Hub-Premier Inn room and its a million times better than this. Try a Hub-Premier Inn room before booking here. This is a last resort hotel. Having said that, it was clean. Staff were friendly. We were also advised about Breakfast for £6 each in hotel next door. It was actually £7+ service charge and I wouldnt recommend it. McDonalds breakfast is quicker and cheaper.

Wonderful hotel. Have stayed many times before
3.2
Mould on windows, hair on towels and tiny space
3.2
Bed sheets had hair that was not mine. Bathroom shower curtain had mold. Dusty floors and air.
3.2
Close to the train station and pilipino restaurant,
3.2
Convenient to walk to Thai Embassy from here.
3.2
Perfectly fine for a night's stop. I have stayed here before.
3.2
Good

Pros: The hotel is in a good neighborhood close to nice restaurants and the tube is walking distance (0.3 miles to earl's ct, gloucester road)
Cons: no elevator and if your room is on the 4th story you have to walk up with your luggage. The guy at the front desk was kind enough to help me though. The room was pretty much a capsule hotel room with room for just the bed. The bathroom was tiny and the shower drain wasn;t working.
Next time I will just pay a 100 quid extra and get a proper hotel room
3.2
Well we can't complain about the size of the rooms as we knew what we were going for. But the state if the bedding was disgusting. Especially when we stripped the top sheet off in the morning. Please see stains and black mould on pillows.
3.2
Really nice place to stay. Served us well for our 2 day trip. the bed was so comfy. staff really lovely and helpful especially Andres and George. Definitely be back again :)
