Summary:
Memories On Mulberry is a newly renovated house located just 1 mile from Main St. Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a private backyard, a fire pit, a screened in patio area, a game room, a brand new hot tub and yes, we're also pet friendly!

The home has three queen beds and a comfortable sectional couch. It also features two TV’s with amazon fire sticks, high speed WiFi, a washer / dryer, a full kitchen with new appliances and a grill by the patio.

Other Things to Note:
Also, please note we have routine spa maintenance scheduled midweek. Typically, maintenance will take roughly 15 minutes, and the spa will be available for use after the service is completed.

If you're considering bringing a furry friend along, kindly be aware we do have a $50 pet fee per stay for up to 2 pets. Please remember to inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

Wow, wow! We were there for my son’s 23rd birthday. The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. I had trouble turning on the fire pit but I didn’t message the owners because it was late in the evening.

We stayed for 2 nights. House is pretty, clean and cozy. Communication with the owners was excellent and fast. Property is not far from main street and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Description and pictures are very accurate. I would stay again.

A few friends and I stayed a long Weekend and loved the house! The back patio the hot tub and game room were a hit and so much fun! It was a perfect location to main St and the wineries! I would highly recommend to a small Group or family looking To experience Fredricksburg!

Perfect spot for a ladies get away! It is close to the shops but in a quiet neighborhood with sweet amenities. The management was quick to respond to any questions! We loved the cows!

Took a quick family trip and this house was nice and comfortable. Five minute drive to Main Street. Though all adults we enjoyed the game room with basketball and ping pong. Owners let us know they were available and that was appreciated.

This beautifully decorated home had everything we needed for the most comfortable stay we’ve ever had. It’s obvious the brothers put thought into providing everything we could want, and the cow mural was so fun! Our favorite spot was the screened porch. Fredericksburg is a great place to explore, and we can’t recommend this house enough. Thanks!

Memories on Mulberry definitely let us create new memories. It was perfect for our family of 5 (3 adult kids) we spent Easter Day at the house enjoying the game room, hot tub, games and a walk to downtown. Everything we need was supplied at the house. We did a short 1 night stay with family and this place was a great option. We didn’t take advantage of the cute game garage or the outdoor area and hot tub due to staying busy in town, but everything was exactly as advertised in the pictures. All of the amenities that were listed were there and everything was in working condition. Conveniently located - very short drive to Main Street and wineries. The closest wineries were only about 5-15 minutes away. If you’re visiting from out of town and want to try the wineries, we highly recommend Baron’s Creek and Becker Vineyards. Great wine and beautiful scenery. Overall great stay at an affordable price!

My mother, two teenage girls, two dogs and I all loved our stay! Even with the warm temperatures the screened in porch was a great place to relax in the mornings and evenings. The game room was fun, if you could ensure the heat (because it’s in the garage it was not climate controlled). There was plenty more space if you have a larger group of people. Overall I would stay on Mulberry again and recommend it to anyone visiting Fredericksburg!

Thanks for an amazing stay! We really enjoyed this home and everything about it. Location is close to downtown. Plenty of parking. The house was tastefully decorated; well stocked and clean. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to spread out—the game room/converted garage, the screen back patio, the front area, the fire pit and the hot tub—we didn’t get a chance to use the spa. Appreciated the firewood that was available for the fire pit. Only suggestion—maybe add fencing so that all of the back yard is totally enclosed for pets! We loved it and will be back!!

My family spent Thanksgiving week there. The house is beautifully decorated. Had everything you would ever need including an outdoor spa, beautiful outdoor sitting and a gameroom in the garage. Loved our visit and plan to be back in the spring. Host was amazing!!!

Property was just as it was listed. Very close to Fredricksburg Main Street. We chose to drive to Main Street but only because we didn’t want to be carrying a bunch of bags from daily shopping. This property had a game room that was fun to use. It also has a hot tub in the back yard. We did not use it but it looked clean and was covered for some privacy. Overall an awesome place to stay and it was pet friendly, so that made it even better.
