Perfect location. Great mattresses on all the beds. Very spacious. Quiet neighborhood.
Needed more information about operating the A/C system.

It was in a nice area and not to far away from Main Street plus the guys and the golf course where they played.
Well if the other couple would have came I don't believe there would be enough room for them . I know it says will sleep 9 but the room where the full and bunk is at, it's so confined and no where to move plus no AC in that room plus if you needed the hide a bed it would be in the way to get into that room. Only one tv and it was in the smallest room. Not alot of setting area in that room and a lot of area in the living room but not a lot of places to set. That's the area where it should have a hide a bed. Matter of fact two of the guys slept on the couch and live seat cuz it was so hot in that other room. I don't think it should be listed to sleep 9 unless you might get a blow up mattress to use in there.

Location was great. Easy access. Wifi worked great. A great space for a weekend family getaway. Everyone had a great time and was comfortable.
There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

There was 5 in our group and we had plenty of room.
Very comfortable and clean.
Didn’t find anything we didn’t like about the property.
5.0
Cozy old house, nice touch to everything
The toilet in main bathroom was once blocked
4.5
Lots of living space
Comfortable beds
Washer and dryer
Full kitchen
Quiet neighborhood
Plenty of parking
Extra garbage bags, TP, tissues, etc. were available
Main room needs more lighting- it was dark in the evenings even with all the lights on.
No exhaust fan in the main bathroom. Updates can/should be made to keep the authentic feel but modernize the functionality.

I liked the space in 2 out of the 3 rooms. It had good location, close to the center.
A room had a bunk bed that was very uncomfortable because it didn't have any room. When we got there it was pretty dirty and it smelled very musty, the AC worked only in some places and there was cobwebs and dead cockroaches.

No breakfast, but the location was very nice. It was close to downtown.
A fenced area for the dogs would have been nice. And there were many ant hills in the yard.

We loved the convenience of the house related to nearby attractions. Downtown shopping is 5 minutes away. Plenty of items were stocked as far as amenities were concerned. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. We didn't mind there only being 1 TV in the house; we liked that actually.
If you or anyone in your party has allergies, I do not recommend it. The house is very old and very dated. The pictures are charming online, but the reality is that the house smells like mildew and is just an old structure in general. The windows and crevices of the floors were dirty. The house could use some upgrades or at least a major deep clean. I don't think there's anything the cleaning crew could do to combat the age of the home. Also, there are fragile knick-knacks all over. It's cluttered, which adds to the dust. But moreover, little hands will be curious. Luckily our son knew not to touch, but if you have little ones, it's something to consider. Lastly, the pictures show a third bedroom. Do not be deceived! This was not a workable bedroom, even for kids. The top bunk has no safety rail, and the bottom bunk didn't leave enough room to sit up. So, we overpaid for a 3 bedroom house when we only had the use of 2 bedrooms. That was frustrating.

Location
Bathroom window was open and couldn’t be closed, was very cold overnight in that bathroom.

It was too expensive.
I liked it's a 1980's home.

It was a very cozy house. It reminded me of my home growing up.

Stay was very comfortable. The house is very dated but in a cool way. Kinda like spending the night at Grandmas house. The house was very clean and the AC would freeze you out at night. Was located in a very good area and was super quiet especially in the evenings.
I would have liked to see the yard have a fence. We usually travel with our mutt and don’t mind paying extra for her but was kind of a pain not being able to let her run. On a good note there is a nice dog park in Fredericksburg so we ended up taking her there for some exercise.

No breakfast. Very clean, cute, and accommodating. Had lots of books & games. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet & peaceful. But close to everything we wanted to see & do in Fredericksburg. We would love to stay here again!
We had 3 couples, my sisters & their husbands.
So we let them have the bigger bedrooms with king & queen beds. The little room with bunk bed was fine, just kind of hard to get in & out of for us old folks, but we did it without falling off the top bunk! 🤣

We ate breakfast in and some lunches. We ate out every night. The key fit a different door than was described. Location was great, house was roomy and clean and great for the 4 young children and 3 adults. House had a very warm, homey appeal.
The grass was very long and if we were inclined to use the outdoor table it would have been a problem. Also the drain in bathroom near kitchen was very slow. Kept a spoon handy to lift up drain cover to let water out.

It was a cozy home, exactly what we were looking for to celebrate Thanksgiving. It felt like going to grandma’s house for Thanksgiving. We would stay here again for sure.

House was very clean and convenient to main street shopping.
Tub was draining slow, not a huge issue but something to address before next reservation. No laundry soap to start a load of laundry to help cleaning company out a bit.
