The interior is bright and airy. The decor mimics the natural surroundings. And the spacious layout allows all your guests to enjoy quality time throughout the home. Gather in the living room for a movie night. On chilly nights, stay warm with the help of the fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and plenty of gadgets for whipping up delicious meals. Dine together at the table fit for four. What a great little cabin for a weekend escape. Very well kept and homelike feel.

We loved our time at your cabin. The decor was cozy, the kitchen well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the deck and view were just what we had anticipated. It was all good except the weather. You know, April in Oregon.

We stayed at the property and would absolutely stay again. It was just what we needed :)

Nice cozy cabin. Had a lot of kitchen ware which was good.

Cozy, quiet, comfortable, and surrounded by Oregon trees. Nice little getaway. Several different different lighting options so that you can find the best fit for you. Nice big deck and cute (steep) walk way to the creek. I would recommend.

Great stay! Everything was clean and so homey. We enjoyed every aspect of our vacation. Quick trip to Timberline lodge for sledding and lunch, then back to the cabin for puzzles, dinner and movies. So fun.

The house is well stocked and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Location is wonderful for any activity at Mt. Hood. Easy drive to ski areas.

Nice woodsy place to get away. Kitchen is stock with appliances and utensils, living room was comfortable, and the beds were also comfortable.

Thanks for the clean and comfortable cabin getaway.

The beds were very warm and comfortable. Kitchen was adequate. I enjoyed the home, but it was a little disappointing that there wasn't any television with cable to watch. It was possible to sign in to Netflix and Prime, but the tv was a little wonky to turn off and on with the power strip in back of the tv.

A destination worth travelling to, the Lookout Lair is a convienent location with a wonderful, welcoming feeling. It was extremely dog friendly, and very clear on rules and expectations. Well appointed kitchen and even a nice grill on the deck. Will be booking this location again.

Amazing stay! My friends and I rented this cabin for a quiet, lazy weekend in the woods. There were a lot of cozy features such as extra wool blankets, fireplace, great lighting, rungs, fire pit, nice deck, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and the beds were really comfortable. Everything was very clean and comfy, we would stay again.

I absolutely loved the place, I did not want to leave!

Beautiful cabin with every convenience you can think of, plus much artwork and interesting photos.
The only real negative is the horrible one lane pot holed gravel roads leading to the cabin.

Liked the house and location overall, but wished the living room had more comfortable furniture and for that reason we won’t stay here again. Beds were very comfortable but pillows were heavy and thick. Nice deck out back, lovely woodsy neighborhood, pretty quiet. Easy access to area recreation.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Lookout Lair. The online description of this rental is so accurate that I would just be repeating what was written.
Very clean, nicely decorated and all furnishings are in excellent condition. Bed was very comfortable and great pillows.
The location is excellent. Don't hesitate to book!

Felt very clean and spacious. Gorgeous deck to sit with view of woods. Gorgeous master bedroom. We cooked, hung out, it was great. I would want firmer beds, fans, and screens on the windows. I hope to stay again next year. Hopefully it won’t be so hot that we need more air. The view out every window is beautiful sun in the woods.

Staying with our dogs at lookout lair was perfect for a long weekend. The house is well stocked and in an excellent location. The view from the deck was amazing and it was so pleasant to listen to the rain. Highly recommend this cabin!

The location and layout of the place is great! Only downside is couch is very uncomfortable and we found a little mouse in the place the first day. Luckily still alive so we chased it out the door. Other than that the place was great

It was a quiet stay and clean. It has all the necessary accommodations for me and I would recommend. Only downside was finding the location, a little difficult.

Super cute and clean cabin! We loved the mountain decor and the comfortable beds. We had a wonderful stay! Would definitely rent again.

We had two small children so we had to babyproof a bit but was overall a safe location without a lot of stuff they could brake like other locations. Family friendly. Overall a great spot for a weekend to relax listening to rain on the roof and close to Mt hood for outdoor snow activities.

We enjoyed relaxing in the woods for a few days. Took short drives up to Mt Hood recreation spots to play in the snow. The cabin feels like a cozy spot in the Pacific NW rainforest with all of the mossy trees and greenery. We loved sitting by the fire and listening to the rain on the roof. Gorgeous big deck

House was very clean, liked the layout, balcony and fireplaces were nice. Area was nice, tall trees everywhere, a little path down to a creek in the backyard. Best part was the decor and the thought put in to the interior of the house. Would stay again.

This place is beautiful! The deck! WOW the deck! Such a peaceful place on the deck surrounded by the marvelous old trees and the sound of the babbling creek just steps below. It’s the place for morning coffee, afternoon reading, and an evening gazing at the stars.
The cabin is equally amazing. Cozy, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The decor is fun to explore and the beds are fabulous. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need.
Take the pups with you, my buddy Buddy had a blast! Lots of space to explore, so much to see from the deck, and very cozy inside after a big walk in the woods.
Finally, so close to everything even though you feel like you’re far away in the woods. I hope to return again and again.

Amazing week of beautiful weather and trees turning colors at Lookout Lair.
Everything to keep you comfortable but reminded not to lounge as you have the Oregon Forest at your feet.
All the amenities to create a great meal in the cozy kitchen. What better way to enjoy that meal, but with a glass of wine on lovely deck.
Nice added extras for the dog in your life 🐾
Very close to shopping and dining.
Will stay again❣️
