This cozy 3BR/2BA contemporary Cape home boasts a (seasonally heated) in-ground pool and patio, complete with a fire pit. It's uniquely situated near highways, shops, beaches (just an 8 minute drive) and lakes. You'll be walking distance to the Cape Cod Canal, where you can stroll, bike, and even fish! You'll also be 10 minutes away from a couple of local beaches. The open concept floor plan features a wood fireplace, skylights, and a sun room.

FAMILY ROOM

As you enter the house, the family room welcomes you with an extra long, cozy, sectional. Behind it, from floor to ceiling, is a brick wood burning fireplace. Skylights allow you to see the stars as you enjoy movie night on the 65" flat screen tv.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you need to cook and eat in with the family. Four can dine at the kitchen counter while they enjoy the movies! Prefer a formal sit-down dinner? You'll have two choices for location: a six seat dining table in the sun room or a six seat dining table out on the patio!

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This two story house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can sleep 10. The bedding formations are: One king, one queen, two fulls (one with a pull-out twin trundle), and a pull-out sofa bed. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. While the downstairs bedroom has direct access to the first floor bathroom.

OUTDOOR

The fenced in back yard invites you to swim, lounge, and relax every minute of your stay! The heated pool is open from Memorial Day to October (New England weather permitting). Grab some pool noodles and floats from the pool house for the kids and throw some steak on the 2-in-1 charcoal/propane BBQ grill. In the evening, gaze at the stars while you relax with your family by the fire pit.

Plenty of parking available in the driveway with enough room for an RV, camper, or boat. Complimentary washer/dryer, high speed internet with wi-fi throughout the property, and Xbox One gaming.

Surrounded by many different recreational activities, such as fishing, kayaking, boating, bicycling, running, rollerblading, jogging, swimming, museums, parks, boardwalk, beaches and restaurants. Boston is just 50 miles west, so you're not too far away from a major city. The tip of Cape Cod, Provincetown, is 50 miles east.. Just bring yourself and your love ones and enjoy your stay!

We had a great time at this home, located not far from the bridge. House was spotless, fenced in back yard with pool was great. Great grill to cook with and nice fire pit in the back yard. The owner was very responsive and communicated frequently. Lots of restaurants and things to nearby. Plenty of room in the house, with an enclosed porch and a great tv in the family room. Bedrooms were spacious. Highly recommend!

The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how clean the house was. For being a dog friendly rent, you’d never know that dogs ever stayed there! It was spotless! We did have torrential downpours for two days, which unfortunately caused major leaking over a sliding glass door into a bedroom. We used towels and bowls to do our best to soak and catch the water, at the request of the owner. I’d imagine there will be a decent amount of water damage and possibly mold in the walls and floorboards.

We loved the pool and backyard! The convenience of not having to leave the house was key to a relaxing vacation. The open floor plan inside was great for hanging out, cooking, and eating. Plenty of room for both families.

During our July vacation there was a heat wave, so the pool was amazing- everyone enjoyed it. Close proximity to canal for biking was a plus and of course super close to Market Basket for all the vacation essentials. Driveway is a bit steep so beware if driving a small to midsize vehicle as going up can be tough on the undercarriage of your car.

We just stayed here with our kids, grandchildren and two dogs. The house was impeccably clean and ready when we arrived. It was a very hot week but the pool and AC kept everyone comfortable and cool. It was so warm we never had to turn on the pool heater. Everyone slept very well in the comfortable beds and we had several family dinners grilling and cooking. The back yard offered plenty of privacy and we enjoyed using the fire pit and making stores. Thank you for a great vacation.

We had an amazing time! The property was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed for the week. Our grandson loved the heated in ground pool. The host was very responsive to to any questions that we had. I would highly recommend. Looking forward to returning.

We had a party of 10 stay here for a girls weekend away. This property was everything we wanted and more. My family & I absolutely loved this home. It was so clean and everything was in pristine condition. We absolutely loved the pool and the home is close to so many fun things to do! Great ice cream shop called Shipwreck Ice Cream!!! And so many great restaurants within 15-30 min drive. The owner was so kind & responded to any questions we had immediately. We can’t wait to come back next spring/summer. Beautiful home!!!! We didn’t want to leave

We were a group of 10 including 2 toddlers and this home was great for everyone! Plenty of spaces to hang out, eat and relax. Pool and outdoor area were fantastic! Washer/dryer and kitchen had everything we needed. John was very responsive. We enjoyed our week!

Joao and his family were excellent hosts for our family vacation. The communication was top notch. Responded in a very timely manner. Extremely accommodating, allowing for an early check in. Cleanliness of home and pool area were above satisfactory. The home was equipped with all necessities, such as wifi, linens, kitchen utensils, dishes, cookware, etc. The home has a private pool area and the lot offers plenty of parking. Based off of all the above mentioned, I would highly recommend this vacation home.

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! Close to the beaches, grocery stores and Plymouth. The house had everything we would need. The pool was amazing and enjoyed everyday we were there. Loved having the firepit for night time s’mores and drinks. This will be our go to home for our next vacay to the Cape in a couple of years! My family really enjoyed our stay at this Bourne location. The house has many great features, including the heated pool, grass area in front for outdoor games, new appliances, an open floor plan, and privacy as the last house on a dead end street. We loved being able to bike a very short distance to the Cape Cod Canal where we biked on the beautiful trail. There are many great restaurants and ice cream places in the local area. The host was helpful and responsive before and during the stay. I highly recommend this rental.

Had a wonderful vacation at the Sagamore house. Had a blast playing cards in the air conditioned 3 season room. Everyone had a blast in the pool. Fire pit was a huge bonus as well. Thanks Joao for the great experience. Tons of memories made!

Our stay was for two family with kids and despite bad weather, we still were able to enjoy our stay making a wonderful family trip. Heated pool was the best where kids spent most of their time and the house was overall very clean. Owner, John was always very prompt on any communication and helpful.

We had a nice relaxing stay with family! The house is exactly as the listing pictured/detailed, very clean. The owner was extremely kind and even allowed us to delay a Thanksgiving trip due to the state of the pandemic... we were then able to enjoy the heated pool this month!
