Very nice stay! We needed a safe quiet place for our pets and ourselves. The neighborhood was nice and for as many houses there were all around it was a very quiet place! We enjoyed it.

House is not as large as stated and wasn't clean. Food on walls in kitchen, fridge dirty. Dog hair on couch. Showerheads duct taped to wall. Dishwasher and ice maker don't work. Kitchen sink duct taped in counter. Only 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1/2 of a roll of paper towels. No backups of either. One bottle of hand soap in kitchen, nothing in bathrooms. The only trash bag was the one in the can. Master bath is so tiny your knees hit the vanity when sitting on the toilet. Shower is smaller than one in my travel trailer. Mold in showers and woodwork. I was supposed to be there for 2 1/2 weeks. After 2 days kitchen was full of ants. Contact doesn't respond unless he actually answers phone. They brought me 2 small ant bait traps that don't work. After 4 days spare bath had ants in it as well. No screens on windows so you have to rely on air condition to keep house cool. Most vents don't work or are blocked/broken/duct taped to the floor. A week before I was due to leave it got really hot and air condition is incapable of keeping house cool. I contacted my contact after the 2nd scorching day and was told nothing could be done until next day so I had to sleep in my vehicle that night because it was 20 degrees cooler outside. Next morning I received a terse text that there is no air condition and to use fans to keep cool. 2 inadequate fans and no way to open windows for air flow. VRBO said to leave as it was unsafe. Still waiting on refund for that time.

We had a nice stay in Bremerton while visiting our son in the Navy. Place was close to everything we needed. Neighborhood is quiet. Place is not fancy but we didn't need it to be. It was clean and had the necessary amenities.

• The windows were not opening.
• There was mold in both bathrooms.
• The backyard and front yard were not managed.
• The stairs leading up to the house were not stable.
• The dishwasher and ice maker were not working.
• The temperature in the house was not adjusting properly, and it was around 80 degrees during our stay.
• The internet was not working.
And a strong smell of pet odors
These issues significantly affected our experience,

We needed a place to stay for a couple nights. This property fit what we were looking for. It was close to our event and it was a decent value. The exterior was a little neglected, but we weren't there for the views. All in all, I'd say our stay was a success.

Worked well for us , would stay here again

I hate to write these reviews but this place honestly wasn't acceptable and should have a bunch of maintenance done before being rented again. Here's a list of issues I can recall. The master had no hot water in the shower. The master toilet runs constantly unless you take the top off the toilet and fiddle with it. This makes the water pump run which is very loud especially in the 2nd bedroom making it very hard to sleep. The yard has not been maintained and we couldn't use the back yard as we hoped. There were tiny ants in the house mostly in the 2nd bathroom but they were all over. Before I showered I washed about 20 down the drain. The front steps and front deck seem unsafe. The fan switch in the main bathroom was broken. One of our people turned the fan off then the switch basically fell apart. The fan was very loud and the only way I could get the thing to turn off was to take the plate off the wall and disconnect the switch. The dishwasher and ice maker were broken. There was no ducting vent in dining room so one of our people covered it with a step stool so nobody would step in the open hole. One or two of these things I can see but this is the list as I remember it and it's unacceptable. I'm sure there's more.I’ve emailed Evolve and I haven’t even received a response.

My husband, 15 yo daughter and I stayed here while visiting our son who is in the military and stationed there. It is a good location and has comfortable beds. The host communicated well when we had an issue with the check in code. However, we would not stay here again due to the following- overwhelming old musty house smell, ants in the kitchen all over the counters and food we just purchased, pet hair on furniture (we did not bring a pet), cold when we arrived (temp set at 62 and took over 6 hours to heat up to 70), TINY master bath (you had to skootch sideways while sitting on the toilet so your knees didn’t hit the counter and the shower was the size of an RV shower), poorly stocked kitchen with dirty dishes in cupboard (no toaster and only 3 forks in the entire house) and only 2 dining room chairs so one of us had to eat standing up. While we were stilll able to enjoy our visit with our son, we would not recommend staying here again.

Nice area, convenient. Comfortable

I was a little worried because of the things I've heard about the area, but no one bothered me. The place was clean and quiet. I didn't really need it, but the dishwasher didn't work, so if that's something you care about then I'd probably pick another place. I didn't take any stars off for that because I didn't stay long and I mostly ate out while I was there. What you see in the pictures is pretty much what you get.

Very good location for my needs. Pet friendly made this optoon much better then a hotel. Back yard is large for pet walks but way over grown ( needs a good weed wacking ).

The place was clean and had a good deal of space. Some things were not exactly pleasing to the eye, but all in all I would say I got what I paid for.

Stayed for a short time, but the price was good for the area in short notice.

-Simple Check-in/Check-Out
-The neighborhood was quiet
Very tidy and lovely House equipped with what I needed. A good comfortable King Size bed and attached bathroom (the shower was kind of small, but that's fine because there is another bathroom). Great host. I had a great stay!

I spent almost a month here and accidentally stayed past my check-out time. The owner was very understanding and gave me time to pack up.
The house was clean and my check-in/check-out was pretty easy with the keypad. Definitely worth the stay!

While there were some issues during my stay, the owner communicated well with us to make sure the issues were handled in a timely fashion. The home was nice and clean, and I had no issues checking in or out. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. I would definitely stay here again.

Rented this for 2 nights for work. New kitchen sink and faucet sealed with duct tape doesn't drain through a tripped new disposal or the p trap made from duct tape. Cabinet doors for sink were cut down and falling apart when opened. Snap together flooring was apart in several places throughout the house. Shower in master bath sprays on the ceiling and over the door. Large boogers, dirt and grime smeared on walls in guest bedroom so gross I slept on TOP of the comforter under my dogs blanket I had in the truck. I will not recommend this.
