Lovely rooms in immaculate condition, and very comfortable. It was very close to the station, and an easy walk to the Promenade des Anglais (with a small supermarket on the way) and to the old town. The only incovenience was the poor WiFi which only works properly on the ground floor. I was warned about this at reception, but it should really be mentioned on the website. However, there is a Starbucks with good WiFi at the station, and no doubt elsewhere.

Great little hotel in a great location. Room was very clean and the staff always friendly. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach. The main train station for Nice is one street over from the hotel. Tram stop to the airport is a 3 minute walk. Highly recommended.

A nice hotel 3 mins from train station and a 10 min walk to the seafront. Shops and restaurants all near by. 4 stars given and not 5 for these reasons. The room was lovely and clean, a decent bed. A fridge and safe included. No kettle or tea making facility. The bathroom door was missing a handle and the shower rail was missing some clips which let the head slip up and down. No big deal but should have been easily fixed. Would happily stay there again.

Very nice modern room attractively decorated with comfortable mattresses and a modern bathroom. Cleaning of the room was excellent. Breakfast was good, basic continental breakfast . Excellent location within walking distance to some good restaurants, a laundry mat and the train station and public transportation. I would stay here again.

I love staying here, the location is great if you wish to use the train station to travel to other towns. The staff are also incredibly helpful, they let us check in 5 hours early (free of charge) and helped with anything we asked for. The cleaners were also lovely any very efficient in cleaning the rooms. The beds were comfortable and shower pressure strong. This was my second stay here and I would certainly book this hotel again.

Perfect location, near the station and a short walk into town. Aircon was excellent. My gripes were firstly apart from a small shelving unit there was no-where to put anything. A tiny table, tiny bedside table, no shelving at all in the bathroom/wet room (do you put your clean clothes and towel on the floor or the toilet?), toiletry bags on the floor. Next was we had no real window (small one opened onto staff area so we kept it closed). Lastly we were disturbed during the night by staff moving service trolleys around and talking. Other than that it was good, room a decent size, hotel felt safe.

Staff at front desk are very helpful. We had the family suite for 4 with 2 teenagers. Room was spacious. Not used to separate toilet room with no sink for hand washing. Hôtel does need updating.

The room was relatively clean & quiet. The bathroom basin doesn’t drain properly so dirty water remains in after use. The room is too small only fits the bed, not enough space to move around. A renovation is due as everything passed its life cycle. The carpet looked old and unpleasant.

The property is clearly old and out dated. The rooms are very small and carpet is dirty. Bed is small and bathroom seems dirty and old. It’s very noisy as the walls are thin. The original room we were placed in had a door that didn’t fully close all the way, however the staff was quick to fix it which is appreciated. Definitely not in the best area of town but the bright side is that it’s right next to the train station which makes day trips easy and convenient.

Perfectly nice hotel, great connection from the train station and not far walk into the centre. Rooms were clean and modern. Customer service was great always friendly and said hello. The lift is rather small if you are travelling with large suitcases. Hairdryer the room was equipped with wasn’t the best but pretty typical things for older buildings. Would stay again

It was in a convenient location, close to many restaurants and 5 min walking to parking. Breaksfast was great! The layout of room we stayed in for a family of 4 was a little weird. It had 2 bathrooms but one had the shower and a sink, and the other only the toilet. So once you used the toilet you had to go to the other bathroom on the other side of the room to wash your hands, which was very inconvenient. The elevator is tiny so if you have a lot of suitcases you have to do more trips. Everything else was good!

The hotel location is within minutes to nice ville station. As a solo traveller I had a small but comfortable room. The walls were so thin that you could hear your neighbours talking, laughing and showering which was very annoying. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Good location close to train station, decent size room with basics. The walls seem a bit thin and could hear the traffic outside as well as some of the neighbors but overall a nice experience. Very close to some grocery shops, restaurants, and the main Massena / Jean-Medecin areas. We did not purchase the breakfast but rather went to some of the cafes and restaurants for breakfast each day. Would stay here again!

Good location to the train station. Honest review, I've traveled a lot for both work airline industry and pleasure. The rooms need updating and are very small, carpet needs to be replaced. We had single beds, comfy, very soft the bedding was good. The area is super noisey with loud screams, yelling, banging and garbage trucks, so you need to keep the window closed. Good for maybe a one night stay but no.more

This is a very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. There are many good restaurants in the area. If you plan to make day trips by train, the Nice Ville station is a very short 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The main shopping area, Avenue Jean Medecin, is also about a four-minute walk away.

Nice hotel very close to the rail station. We left early on our last day and it only took 3 minutes to get to the station. Room was good size. The only problem was an odor that came from the bathroom. It seemed as if was coming from a drain. As long as we kept the bathroom door closed it was not noticeable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Paganini is a great hotel, it is very clean and has friendly staff. The hotel is literally around the corner from Nice Ville where you can catch the train to many amazing places such as Èze, Monaco and Ventimiglia. The hotel room we had was quite small which wasnt ideal with a toddler whose learning to walk but for a couple or solo traveller is fine. The lift is also small so if you have many large suite cases you may have to do multiple trips. Amd if you have a large buggy it would not fit without folding it up. Just something to keep in mind if travelling with a baby. But again, it is a lovely hotel very close to lots of shops, restaurants etc.
