Definitely recommend this place for large groups. Very clean, so much to do, and great communication with host. Very private location

Overall, the stay was okay. The property was nice and spacious for a good size group and both houses were great. However, there were some issues. First, the freezer in the kitchen was filled with mold so it could not be used; the tub upstairs leaked and it took 20 minutes to speak with the property management company who was overly accusatory that one of us broke something or did something incorrectly. If it was not for the broken pipe or plumbing issue everything would have been great, but it was the interaction with the property management company why I would not use this property again.

Large property with multiple houses. Main house had plenty of room for our group of 14, and the guest house was a bonus area to hang out at night! The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The host was unresponsive until a few days before check-in and did not respond to a question submitted months prior to the stay when I originally booked the property. Instructions were not provided until the day before check-in and TV remotes were missing that made it difficult to use the TV. The home was large and spacious but the arrangement of the bedrooms between the two properties was difficult to decipher until we were physically in the home. It was nice to have a hot tub, but the path to the hot tub was not cleared so you would need to walk outside through the snow to access it. We found the house to be quite chilly and were not able to get the dishwasher to close and turn on. Many of the beds are quite small and perhaps better suited for children then full-grown adults.

I took my nursery school staff to Northern Quarters for a weekend staff retreat. We had sooo much fun!! I inquired about a chef for our first night dinner and Sofi was recommended to us. She cooked an absolutely delicious meal. Everything was fantastic and she accommodated all of our many dietary restrictions. We also hired Sofi, who is actually a nutritional coach and personal trainer, to provide us with an exercise class the next morning. The class was adaptable to everyone's personal fitness levels and was tons of fun! We utilized both the main and guest houses. Both were full of charm and very unique. There were enough beds for all 11 of us and then some. The living room was very spacious and comfy to accommodate our group. Even with a very rainy weekend, we were able to utilize a number of the great amenities the house provided. We used the hot tub and the sauna despite the rain but were unable to use the pool (closed for the season) or the fire pit due to the weather. Inside there was a pool table and a game room with a number of video games. We attempted to use the Big Green Egg to grill however, the charcoal was not protected from the rain and was too wet to start. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the house and the surrounding area. Despite the weather, we hiked around the property and the neighborhood and some of the group went to Wilmington for a little shopping. We definitely hope to return to Northern Quarters again!!
