We enjoyed our stay in this clean and updated bungalow. The kitchen had everything needed with newer appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. Only suggestion is to add an ice cream scoop. 😊 The downstairs bath and shower was great. Off street parking was good. This was a comfortable place to stay for our visit to SLC.

We were in Salt Lake City to see "Hamilton" We were comfortable and grateful for air conditioning. Older home that has been updated nicely. Comfortable home.

Very clean, well stocked, great area

Updated bungalow in a good location for what we wanted to do. Did find upstairs bathroom to be very small. Tub/shower doesn’t have easy access. Showered downstairs. Two living areas was handy; room for a family to spread out. Good communication with owners when power went out. Was out in the valley and not a house issue.

The Bungalow accommodated our family of 5 perfectly while we were in town for our daughters’ soccer tournaments. It is older, but very well updated and comfortable! The bathrooms are tight which is common character of an older home. Everyone had a bed and the separate living spaces upstairs and down were nice to spread out when the kids were tired. The hosts were responsive to questions before our arrival. It is in a quiet neighborhood that we felt comfortable walking around. The driveway is very narrow, but nice to have an off street parking option. It would have been nice to have a grill outside, but the kitchen had all we needed to cook our meals. Having access to the laundry was also very helpful with uniforms throughout the weekend. Would highly recommend this place to others!

We fell in love with this home during our stay for the NASB Archery National Tournament. It is very convenient to ANYTHING you may need. The owner, Jason, responded to any questions I had and even had a "book" on the counter that explained everything about the home as well as local attractions and fun things to do. The bedrooms are the perfect size. There are two living room areas so that adults can converse while the younger kids are downstairs with their ever-present electronics. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable setting for a getaway.

Haven’t ever done this before, but it worked out great. I might’ve missed it, but vrbo might be a little more clear if the properties are handicap friendly. This little house worked well for our family (just the stairs and smaller bathrooms were difficult for grandma and her walker), and close to a great little coffee shop. Overall it was a great first experience for us.

Really good location for us to get our grandsons to school and very central for us. We’ll stocked kitchen and linens. We felt at home there for the week we stayed. Lots of room and the grandsons loved the bunk beds. There were toys and a play and pack bed available which worked for our 2 yr old granddaughter. You really thought of everything.

4 adult women reconnecting on a yearly trip. We had a lovely stay with enough room and close drive to Park City and hikes in the area. Thank you!

Great location close to my daughter's house and liberty park for her wedding. We donated a drip coffee maker to "upgrade" from the Keurig. Enjoy! Great place. Also a mirror in the upstairs bedroom would be helpful for sure.

Booked the bungalow back in July for 4 adults in September and our 4th couldn’t make it. We stayed three nights and were in SLC for a wedding. We didn’t cook meals here, but they appear to have several pots and pans and a really nice gas stove. Beds upstairs comfy. Enjoyed coffee on the quiet front porch each morning. Downstairs family room has tv and big sofa. House was clean and inviting. Great location. Nice to have off street parking.

This was the perfect location for me and my friends while visiting Salt Lake for the first time.
Loved the neighborhood and how many restaurants were within walking distance. Was a great perk on how close it was to the airport as well! Would stay again if ever in the area!

We flew into SLC and decided to stay 2 nights before heading up to the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. The rental was very clean, comfortable bedding and nice towels, spacious for my family. The house is over 100 years old so it is a little quirky but that is to be expected. Most of the rooms had been renovated, the kitchen is very nice, but the downstairs bedroom could use a little TLC. We had some issues with the keypad working but the owner was responsive in getting that issue figured out. Overall it suited our needs for a quick stay.

Lovely house to stay in for a family, close to restaurants, cafes and local attractions. Would stay again!

Comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood. Pictures were accurate. Owner responded quickly to requests. Easy/quick drive to downtown.. Only “complaint” would be that AC worked too well downstairs and not enough in main upstairs bedroom.
Overall excellent experience! Would definitely come back again!!!

This bungalow is cute, homey, clean well decorated! The house rules binder is full of eating and entertaining suggestions, some within walking distance. The three star rating for check in, is due to VRBO not sending the routine email a day or two prior to our arrival. I’d definitely book this house again, just contact VRBO if an email for check in doesn’t arrive a day or two earlier. Host had great and prompt communication! Highly recommend staying here and plan on staying here on our next Salt Lake visit!
