The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and customer service orientated. We purchased the breakfast from the restaurant when booking the hotel. Very well worth the small additional fee. Hotel was kept up well considering its age. Not quite as clean as I would have liked. Very well worth the low price.

Great room, but air and heat wouldn’t turn off

My stay was is always nice.
There is always something happening with my credit card for my "incidental charge".
My fee is "still pending" and its been almost 30 days.

They didn’t have a room at all. They literally gave out room away.

If you’re looking for a safe place to stay close to the Bass Pro Pyramid…stay here! We were driving through from Kentucky and wanted to stop at Bass Pro Pyramid. We wanted a safe place to sleep before getting on the road the next morning. This cute hotel was very close and very safe.

Everything was well worth it

Check in took about 35 minutes and this was after a long day of traveling. There was a computer issue as well as once we were given or key, we were sent to an occupied room.
I was traveling with my brother and we asked for the hotel to split the bill but they said they could not do that.
Hotel was very nice and workers were nice but I suggest you work on getting check in done much faster, We were exhauseted and it was late at night.

Between the front desk and the workers they have terrible customer service and I will never stay there again

Close to walk to Beale street and close to Graceland

Stayed for a couple of nights. Great location, close to everything. Comfortable, well appointed room. Would stay again. Thank you.

Good location and friendly staff!
The only inconveniences were a lamp that didn’t work properly and a really weird bathroom door that didn’t allow basically any privacy at all.
2.5
Very nice hotel, terrific staff. Good location, close to Beale Street and the Civil Rights Museum. Good dining options in walking distance or a short drive.

Great stay particularly for the awesome breakfast and service levels of the employees. Good value for the $ paid

We loved the restaurant and the gym. Friendly and quick service. Immediately remedied small imperfections. Would stay again.

Air conditioner leaked all over our floor, water coming out from behind closet. Hotel authorized another night during the night audit reaulting in an additional 224 fee to be held against my account when i had my 3 day reservation in place. Manager was excellent front desk was excellent.

Very good gummisnodd.
A bit to cold water in the pool

Nice place. But simple

Recently refurbished motel style accommodation, close enough to downtown but on the edge of the busy area, so quiet enough to sleep. Staff were helpful, everything was modern and clean.

Great communication, nice pool, great location

The retro decor was nice. It appears to be an older hotel that was redone/semi renovated. The bathroom definitely had a more modern look. We did not care for the sliding door to the bathroom. More outlets would have been helpful. It was quiet and had good mattress and pillows. There was no free breakfast.

Staff was very helpful and it was lovely to stay there

Pool doesn't open until 9am. No chance of a swim before breakfast. Other than that ok. Breakfast across the way from hotel testy ,but service is slow.

From our first interaction to our last, the team at Hotel Indigo kept us comfortable and made us feel valued!
What a cute place! The decor is period early 1960's Memphis music and created such a fun vibe! The restaurant next door, Biscuits & Jams, was an extra treat and served delicious meals & drinks!
Would definitely go back!

They never had enough towels, the carpet was dirty, the furniture was dirty.

Our room looked out on the pool area which was quite noisy. Not as nice as other indigo hotels I’ve stayed in.

Was in town for one night to settle personal business. I read recent reviews ahead of time so I pretty much knew what I was in for. I agree that the shower pressure is horribly weak, but it did the job. The abandoned buildings surrounding the hotel were a bit jarring to see in person and I was a little nervous at first. After a 10-hour drive I was able to check in around 2:30pm, located a BBQ restaurant nearby (not walking distance) and returned to my room for the rest of the night around 3:45pm without issue. I purchased BBQ to bring home to family and placed it in the refrigerator. Sadly, I did not realize the refrigerator was broken - temperature was not cold enough so I had to toss $25 worth of food. Definitely check refrigerator if you plan to use it. The air is loud but effective. Fellow guests allow their doors to slam throughout the night for some odd reason. The room was clean and the bed was amazing so zero complaints. Jasmyne at the welcome desk was really personable, knowledgeable and very professional. I give top stars for the service she provided. I actually felt really safe - you need a keycard to access the higher floors where the guest rooms are located and I felt safe in the garage as well. My room overlooked the pool and I was grateful for the blackout shades - was able to fall asleep without issue around 6pm. Check out was easy, price wasn't bad either. I did not observe the nightlife but if I were to return to Memphis I would stay again.

I love the Hotel Indigo brand and this one did not disappoint as far as its Memphis music history based aesthetic!!! Didn’t get to enjoy the pool but was a nice bonus. Staff was attentive and friendly. Nice diner downstairs, Biscuit and Jams.

I love the Hotel Indigo brand and this one did not disappoint with its Memphis music history aesthetic!! Didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it was a nice bonus with a cool design and rooftop location! I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Our room had a great view of the city and my mom recorded the sunrise the next morning. Love the hospitality from both the young ladies at the reception counter, who were very welcoming natives.

we were satisfied with the overnight stay, although we had no soap in the shower

Wonderful hotel, centrally located to Beal street and several major attractions. The staff was absolutely fantastic. The adjacent restaurant has phenomenal food and great service. This hotel is a whole vibe. Our family loved it!!

Average hotel.
But I dont know who in their right mind would think a barn door is adequate for a bathroom. Seriously! Nevermind you have to hold the door closed so it doesn’t slide back.
Housekeeping obviously doesn’t check any supplies in the room, because the shampoo and body wash containers in the shower remained empty the entire time we were there.

Great for your overnight in Memphis. Right down from the Rum-Boogie.

Hotel is a good spot.to downtown
Easy walk to Beale street. Issue with billing rhat i ended up being charged twice for room. Got call saying credit card was not on file even though i had scaned it and given room key. There are currently 3 charges on my cc. 2 from the first two scans and the file bill charge. Hope the first two go away! Also did not receive any body wash for.the shower. It was empty when we first arrived. Asked three times at the front desk and one through text but none was ever brought to our room.

Nice staff and clean rooms

This property needs better front desk phone etiquette. Don’t answer the phone and place a person on hold for 30 minutes or more.
Refills for bathroom products.
