Sensation d'enfermement.

It is beautifully decorated and has the rustic feel despite your in the middle of town.
I would have liked to have not seen the neon lights during the night, sitting on balcony, listening to the water, the view of trees, cabins, water, fish and neon lights.

It was really a cool experience
Everything including the sky tower closed at 7 and no one let us know. Only one plug in our room worked. We had light bulbs burnt out.

Whirlpool tub. Shower. Room.
Ordered food from wahlburgers. We went to the restaurant and ordered ourselves. It was 8:30 pm they closed at 9pm. The restaurant had people still be sat to order and eat. We ordered shakes the employee stated that they can’t make shakes because they already cleaned the machine and won’t dirty it again. We then ordered one bbq burger, salad, onion rings and 2 fries plus 4 ranch. We received the order and brought it back to our room. When opened there was no ranch, no fries and no silverware the eat the salad. I called the room service number, it rang long with no answer. I then called the for t desk she put me through to room service and again no answer. I then called back to the front desk and she connected me from her side to the restaurant. I told the employee what we were missing and she said she would talk to her manager to see what they could do. Within seconds the front desk called me back and said she spoke to the manager and she told her that they had no fries left to make. *Silence* I
Then asked so they don’t have anything ?? What about the ranch and utensils and I already paid for it?? She then said she could give us a comp on breakfast for the fry cost and I needed to tell the restaurant manager tm when I go to the restaurant. 1) I wasnt going to breakfast the next morning 2) why do I need to do THEIR job? I told her no that wasn’t going to work and she then said she would just take the amount of the fries off my bill. And I asked, so they aren’t even going to come up with the ranch or utensils?? And she said hurriedly, no they aren’t.
I ate my salad dry with my fingers and my sons onion rings were crumbs from the bottom of the bag is my guess. It was the most horrible meal experience I’ve had at this hotel.
We stayed here again this year for 2 NIGHTS because last year we loved it so much we wanted more time.

The style of the property is amazing, giving you that outdoor feeling on the inside. The jet tub was AMAZING! Being able to get a drink in the lobby at night was a nice touch.
I only wish the rooms were slightly more affordable so that I could afford to stay longer!

Decor is fun and creative, good for families and couples
Location is fine - on outskirts of Memphis but easy to get places by car
Free shuttle service (albeit we did not use this)
Huge, spacious rooms
Nice observation deck on rooftop of hotel
Parking was cheap and convenient
Welcome basket with snacks provided
Free coffee in mornings
Fun whirlpool bath
Staff were mixed - some were pleasant but we experienced really poor attitude from a couple of different staff members
The theme is cool, but most of the lobby/entertainment area was taken up by a fishing and hunting shop which appeals to a small niche of hotel customers
The descriptions of the hotel were deceptive - the arcade is one single machine, the bowling alley is tiny
Music playing in bar area by our room until 11pm. We did call down to reception and eventually got this sorted but it took a couple of attempts and some poor attitude. This wasn't what we expected in a family hotel
TV wasn't great - not a smart TV and cut out a lot
A power cut meant that we were trapped in building for an hour with no way out without going outside in a storm. Some people were stuck in the huge freestanding lift for this whole period until fire department arrived as there was no backup power
No additional bottled water provided after first day
We travelled around for a couple of weeks and this was this most expensive hotel we stayed in - service was leagues better everywhere else we stayed

Great property for a couple. The bar area is very nice. The outside patio was closed due to it being cold out but would be super nice if it was summer. Room was great for adults. If it was just me and my husband staying we would have had a good time.
Property says it is kid friendly, however, my one year old could reach the door handle and lock to the room and he is short for his age. We had to be very careful he didn’t get out. Also the bathroom had no lock on it which was not a huge issue but with a toddler it isn’t easy to keep them out. Balcony door handles were low as well which could be a falling hazard for little ones. Also, there was a hair in the bathtub and Mildew or something on the grout in the shower.

The day of arrival my car was broken into and windows were bust! Management had no clue and security did not do a good job at informing me. This hotel is in a very dangerous place! Management didn't even want to over a refund! Do not waste your time here!!!!

My partner and I relayed loved the outdoor patio with rocking chairs and the bathroom with the rain head shower and huge tub. During our stay we were also given tickets to go up the elevator to the outlook up top and tickets to get a free glass of champagne. The decor and furniture really adds to the experience, making it cozy.
My only two complaints are 1) the TVs being small and outdated (cannot access apps like Netflix or Hulu like a smart TV). and 2) the fire place is fake and lets off no heat which I feel is completely false advertising. It is a nice stay if you are going during the week when it is cheaper but I would not recommend paying more than $300 per night!

It was very welcoming and so much to do there and to see also. The location was conveniently located close to everything and downtown.
the only thing I’d suggest would be early check ins especially for those driving in out of state due to the time it closes.
