Comfortable Bed , very close to Train station , friendly staff , basic room , large room , large bathroom , clean . if your from the united states then ...its more like a Nicer Motel than a hotel ! The T.V's don't work at all ...but who watches t.v while traveling ??

Very nice location. Staff were all very friendly and I like the breakfast. However, the bed is probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on and I felt like things were biting me. Sure enough, I Woke up with bites all down my legs. It’s very bad. If the room had not caused me to be bitten up so badly I would have rated this a 4/5. But the bites make it a hard pass until the bed situation is resolved.

Gaining access was a nitemare. Electronic access has its challenges. We recd no call or email giving instructions and had to call. The operator was exceptional and patiently and humorously walked us thru … providing us with 2 codes, 1 being a backup code which was the one that eventually got us into the bldg and suite. A 40 minute process! The suite was most comfortable and had cooking / kitchen features we didn’t require . HOWEVER THERE WASNT ANYWHERE TO HANG CLOTHES … cuz the closet had an armoire filled with pillows and comforters but no railing or hangers or hooks to hang clothes. In the shower there weren’t any ledges to put the beautiful bottles that were kept on the floor. Attn to details and decor missed a couple of practical basic amenities. Great location with easy access to all touristic features .

Hotel is centrally located and spotlessly clean. Incredibly quiet given its location, had a great night’s sleep (although we had friends staying on another floor who were disturbed by loud music at night, presumably on the opposite side of the building). Parking spaces are very limited so would suggest to call ahead to book. Breakfast was good, service also very helpful. Would stay again.

Good, central location close to central train and bus station, only 15 min from Zurich airport. The only negative thing was no air condition which made necessary the window to be open at night. Therefore disturbing noice from nearby night club.

Helpful staff. Hotel in good condition, clean, everything is fairly new and works well. Hotel close to the train station. But the single bed is to small and the mattress of poor quality, very cheap bedding. I didn't have a good sleep. The shower works well, but as it's only partially protected from waters splinters, when you get out of the shower, you can have a lots of water on the floor and drying your hair with your feet in the water is very insecure. I didn't like that feeling. So for me it's a bit to expensive for what you get.

flexible to check in earlier, thanks to COO, big size room, and very good kitchen to cook, Coop city supermarket with all we need nearby, just 5 minute walking to train and bus station, so warm to stay there. zhighly recommend. Mr.Law

I reserved with free parking and paid for breakfast. They charged me $30 for parking as there was no free self parking and the morning of the breakfast, the breakfast room was closed and no breakfast was offered. The receptionist didn't care about it.

This is a nice hotel in Winterthur centrally located to shopping, restaurants and Old Towne. Our triple room was large enough for our family, had a clean bathroom and comfortable beds. The shower door is strange only offering half an opening which causes water to leak out into the rest of the bathroom. The other major faux pas was the lack of air conditioning which was a frequent complaint amongst guests according to staff. Our room was located next to a very busy street so you could hear traffic at all hours of the night. At least it had mechanized blinds that you could open and close with a push of a button. The breakfast in the morning is pleasing although they serve the exact same thing every day.
