Everything amazing !!!

We usually come at Christmas but now adding a second annual trip in spring/summer. Love the resort.

Amazing!!! Love this resort.
I just wish bathrooms were updated
They are a bit out dated. Also, the carpet in the room I wish it was some sort of wood
Other than that loved it. Would definitely come back.

Very beautiful property, older but well maintained.

Beautiful, even in the winter. Views were gorgeous. Only 1 restaurant open, but it was divine. A little coffee shop was open that had great coffee. Staff was so kind.

Such a beautiful place! It’s a wonderful place to get away!

This was our 3rd stay at Jack’s Cabin and it never disappoints us. Something about having the whole mountain to yourself at night. Everything is always taking care of before you arrive and everyone is so helpful. A view like nothing else as if being steps from the green of hole number isn’t enough the view of Table Rock Lake is amazing. Everything lit up at night is wonderful. There is construction that has been going on for a few years adding an attraction but it’s quite in the late afternoon.

We have never booked here before. We booked with you guys we paid our rooms in full and there was a “resort fee” of $70. That was okay with us! But when we got here they said there was a $200 deposit. That was never displayed on ANYTHING we read through you guys. This was for my daughters birthday that turned into a disaster. Very misleading. When someone is booking through you the correct amount should be displayed. This was falsely advertised and it’s not okay.

We had dinner at Uncle Bucks in Fun Mountain. The service was poor, our orders were wrong and felt like the price was not in line for the experience we had. The property was beautiful and we loved the rooms. Just had a bad dining experience is the only negative... however; we will surely come back, and just eat somewhere in Branson perhaps.

Thought was a nice, classy lodge and was worse than a motel 6.

We loved our stay in Big Cedar's Glamping unit this weekend. It was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed using the Long Creek pool and hot tub area The outdoor bathtub and fire pit area was absolutely incredible. The only thing that would have made it better would be adults-only areas. When you finally get away from your kids for the weekend, you don't really want to hear someone else's screaming and crying. An adults-only pool would be amazing! The "tent" was amazing and so comfortable. The only reason I didn't give a full five stars was because the zippers on ours were broken. and you couldn't close it up very well. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get away for a romantic weekend.

If you want to stay at Big Cedar resort. I highly recommend you to NOT STAY at “Camp Long Creek” it’s very inconvenient. Way too far for us. It doesn’t feel like you are staying at Big Cedar.
The lady at the reception. I think her name is Tammy, was completely unhelpful to us. She definitely made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We asked her if she can point us to the infinity pool that was close to her place. And she pointed us to a completely different one. We had kids with us. And her direccional added an extra hour of waisted time. When I complained to a person in a chat line. They just gave me a phone number to call. We have come many times to Big Cedar. But this time was different. Maybe because we rented through a third party like Expedia. I don’t understand. And I don’t feel they made it right.

Absolutely beautiful camp like feel

Other than room being dated and worn, it was clean and had added amenities! The surrounding property was beautiful and there was so much to do we did not need to go off property for additional entertainment! Recommend for weekend getaway and will return!!

The doors to the rooms didnt close all the way until you pushed on them. One of the rooms we stayed in the heat didnt work. The outside was nice.

We had a fabulous time and look forward to the next trip.

Very peaceful

The room was very old and run down. Light fixtures didn’t work, an overwhelming musty smell, had not been cleaned properly… The mini fridge had opened wine bottles in it. The rooms located at Valley View are in desperate need of refurbishment. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had simply because the room was disgusting.

Wonder place to stay and excellent food!

Loved the glamping experience. Private, very comfortable.
The resort has a lot of activities available, would be great for kids. The Buffalo Ridge and Top of the Rocks golf was outstanding

We like the mini golf, pickle ball, pool, golf. Our room was comfortable and clean. The restaurants are average. Overall the scenery is beautiful and buildings and grounds well maintained.

Ours was an anniversary visit to Big Cedar Lodge. It was our first visit and did not know what to expect. The setting of the lodge was spectacular. If one is up to a good stretch of the legs, activities and restaurants are walkable. The Top of the Rock was fantastic, do take the car, it is a short beautiful drive. The room was clean, well supplied. Every staff member, we encountered, was friendly and helpful. Our next visit will be even better than our first.

Excellent property with plenty of things to do! My husband and I went for a quick weekend getaway and enjoyed the pools, hot tubs, and many other amenities onsite. Perk of going on Memorial Day weekend was the firework show!! Only thing we didn’t LOVE was the food! Was just ok!

What a fabulous spot! As a family of 5, we had more than enough room (family room, kitchen, balcony, 2 bedrooms & 2 baths)to spread out & really enjoy our stay!! BCL is beautiful & a true treasure, away from the hustle & tourist trap, aka Branson. Thank you for sharing your spot with us, we will be back!!

An excellent experience. We arrived tired and late with a horse trailer (empty). They had special parking for our trailer and great shuttle service. Security escorted us to our parking spot (with the trailer) and they were wonderful! The accommodations were fantastic! Although we were only scheduled for one night, we will be making this a vacation destination in the near future. Very impressed!

Beautiful setting and the weather was nice. Our room in the lodge was easy to get to and offered a beautiful view.
4.5
Friendly staff and beautiful property. Possibly the best golf in the Midwest.
Only complaint is the last guests body wash and shampoo were still in the shower, made me wonder if the bathroom had even been cleaned at all.

So much to do, but so relaxing at the same time!
