Great location but cramped and this is probably the dirtiest street I encountered while in Tokyo
6.0
So the room was fine. But the front door was broken so they were opening it with a clamp, clearly dont do maintenence. Having the rooms on a different street to the entrance was annoying.

Was tidy and large enough for us, very convenient location for public transport and local restaurants. I was grateful that they took a booking last minute, but was taken by surprise when they asked for a 10000 yen cash deposit on arrival as this was not made clear to us when booking, so none of us had cash and I had to give them my passport instead.

Convenient area for train station

Location is so good
Decent size wish we could use loft with ladder though
Not much soundproofing
And pillows very bad had to buy pillows to counter it

The hotel itself was very nice and clean, but the surrounding alleyway was dirty with trash. The service was very nice but we had to walk around the block to get our key before walking back to the actual hotel, which has no front desk. The room itself was small and comfortable with plenty of great amenities.

You get what you pay for. Good location, access to JR

Yes I would stay here again. Very comfortable with A/C , microwave, fridge and a very good shower.
Nice and quiet. Soft bed. Free umbrella

This place is not a regular hotel setup. It’s more like a small Japanese apartment situation. Small clean room in a quiet little side street neighborhood. Tons of restaurants and entertainment 1block away. I’ll definitely stay here again.

pricing a bit high

Looked a lot different from the pictures. Separate from the main building. But great walkable neighborhood, steps away from a JR line that we used pretty often.

The reception is one block away from the hotel room. It was annoying that I have to find another place to check in.

Small room, apart from that it works fine, was clean.

The location of this hotel is pretty good, and that is the olny good thing I can say about this place. You have to check in and then walk a around the building to get to your rooms. The path to your room is like a garbage dump. The AC in our room wasn't working. We had to talk to the clerk multiple times before they are willing to check the AC for us.

Pretty nice and convenient place! Located near the JR lines so it wasn’t too far of a walk.

As an apartment, we were comfortable, really appreciated having two showers, two toilets, two sinks as we’re a family of four.
However, the photos and description provided by the hotel are misleading. One of the pictures shows a hotel tower… the description says the hotel is ‘connected’ to the train station. Neither is true. The ‘hotel’ is a small group of repurposed apartments. The apartments are clean and of good size. Things are in good condition. What is a bit shocking and unexpected is getting to an old small back street, having to go to their other ‘hotel’ to get checked in, having to leave an ID or a 10,000 yen deposit, etc, etc. If they were honest about what the property actually is I think the apartments would be well appreciated.

Great stay for the price. Perfect location. The only con is the smell of the room, smelled like sewer all the time.

The bed is too soft. May be room is small and no chair. Guest sit on bed side and make them soft
No glass or plastic cup for hot water. Only paper cup. Unbelievable
Check-in counter different. Map should indicate check-in location. Search for a long while with luggages

Hole on the wall was surprise.

The space is enough for 2 persons. Very comfortable and the room has everything that we need. When we came in it was spotless clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again and recommend to friends. It is just minutes of walk to 2 train stations and very near to shopping centers, 7-eleven and restaurants. One thing that we didn’t like is that they don’t change bed covers and sheets. And the dusts that we left were still there even if they have cleaned the room. But aside from that, we really had a good stay.

Sensational. Almost brand new property - it's still a building site on Google Maps. We booked the family room which was incredibly spacious and provided 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us staying there. Great central location to Shinjuku and a short walk from Shin-Okubu train station. Lots of restaurants close by. Kids loved the loft beds. Staff were very helpful, stored our bags when we arrived early, spoke great english and even provided umbrellas when it started raining. The room was very clean and the provided house slippers kept it that way. 5 stars !!!!

New and petit apartment with loft. It was like experiencing a Tokyo life for a few days. You need to give ¥10,000 cash for a deposit to a check-in counter in separate building.

Took ten minutes to check out because the clerk needed to check the room before clearing our credit card deposit. Clerk who did check-in was very good. Very convenient location.

Very neat and clean hotel in a quiet area near a station. Walking distance to the Shinjuku hub. Check-in is around the corner at another hotel but they provided clear instructions for this process. There is no lift to level 2 so be mindful. They also require a Y10,000 cash deposit or surrender your passport at check-in. I would have preferred a credit card security payment with a charge-back after check-out. We had a two bed loft which provided more space as we found beds in Japan are very small for two people, by Australian standards. Good value hotel overall.

The room was a good-sized room with a small kitchenette. I like that the toilet is separate from the shower room. I hated the fabrics of the small and large throw pillows and the runner mat, the fabric is filled with sequences which if rubbed to the skin can be irritating. The property owner should replace them with simple or plain fabric. They’re are not functional, useless and tacky looking.
