Komfortable Übernachtung ohne viel Schnickschnack

Klassisches Hotelzimmer im westlichen Stil. Nicht viel Schinckschnack, dafür sauber und mit allem Notwendigen. Gute Lage an der Otsuka Station.

フロントマンの笑顔に癒された！！

フロントのスタッフさんが、どの方も最高の笑顔で接してくださいました。早く着いてしまったので、チェックインまで荷物だけフロントさんが預かってくれたり、部屋のゴミ箱がいっぱいになってしまって、ゴミ袋を変えてほしいなどのお願いにもすぐに対応していただけたので感じが良かったです。それから、子供が受験している間+ 1000円で12時までホテルに滞在できた点が本当に助かりました！ホテルの隣の1階がまいばすけっとなので、そこでお弁当などを買って、部屋の中の電子レンジで温めて食べられるので、朝ご飯はついていませんでしたが、それで充分でした。

子供の中学受験のために宿泊したのですが、机の上がすごい埃で清掃しているのか不安になりました。ただ机以外はきれいだったので、机だけ掃除し忘れたのかなという感じでした。お部屋がかなり狭いので、とにかく勉強に集中して寝るだけのために泊まると言うのだったらいいホテルだと思います。

Very uneasy , almost cancelled and went elsewhere

The location is amazing

The room smelt of dirty cigarettes and was very uncomfortable to sleep in

There was a used towel in the room and the cups for brushing teeth were not cleaned, it obviously looked used by the previous customer.

It’s close enough to the main areas but far enough away from where there are crowds

Convinient and confortable hotel

The hotel is near the yamanote line which is convinient for tourist like me.there also restaurants and convinience store nearby.

a bit pricey but I think it's common for most business hotels in Tokyo

The location was close to Jr Otsuka station which had a lot of shops nearby.

The cleaning rule and the room (I could smell the cigarette smoke of the person staying at the next door)

Good location and price, but small and slightly dirty.

Showers were good. Location was excellent! It was just a 5 minute walk to the Otsuka station. Neighborhood was nice and quiet with a few convenient stores nearby.

Though it was already mentioned during booking, we were still surprised that the room was very small with not much space to even open our luggage. The room was slightly dirty with some leftover objects from previous guests.

Avoid it by any means.

Nothing, except perhaps the proximity with the station.

We don’t even know where to begin. When we arrived, we just dropped our suitcases before coming back again late at night, only to notice the unsanitary conditions of the room: mold everywhere in the bathroom, mold on the shower curtains, multiple stains on the towels, dust on the table and on the microwave, unpleasant smell in the bed. We also got rashes in the morning from sleeping in the bedding. There wasn’t even a “clean room” card to stick to the door for the next morning. When we went out the next day to complain, nobody at the reception. We asked the cleaning lady who was working next door if she could add our room to the cleaning list, because of the lack of tag, and we showed her the issues mentioned above. When we came back later (around noon), nothing had been done and she wasn’t there anymore. We went to the receptionist to complain about all the horrible things we noticed the previous night. He told us that if we wanted the room cleaned, we would have to pay. We were very clear that the room situation was clearly unsanitary and it was far from being ok, and that we wanted another room. This request was directly rejected, not from a lack of available room, but simply because this is not how it works. After negotiating for some time, he finally agreed to get our room cleaned, get the curtains changed, etc. Needless to say that when we came back, despite the room being indeed “cleaner”, some issues remained. I think they don’t even change the bed sheets when asked to, and just tidy the bed. This incident has been reported to booking.com. Out of the 7 hotels we stayed at during our trip here, we had absolutely nothing to complain about for 6 out of the 7. This hotel however shouldn’t even be called a hotel, this is an absolute shame.

The water pressure for the shower was good.

The toilet seat was dirty. It had pee dropped and dried after kind of stain.
