I called Hotel.com where I did my reservation but I just got the run around. When I was in Lake Louise Banff on my way to Jasper I was told that the whole town was evacuated due to the massive fire and we could not get in to Jasper. I called the hotel for more than an hour but I did not get an answer maybe because they are close and evacuated. I called Hotel .com that I need to cancel not that i intend to cancel but the whole town is on fire and seems they dont know the situation and was told that I will not not get the 100% refund.

We had no chances to enjoy it. The wildfire cause as to evacuates after arrival. They charge us the full amount during check-in. No refund made on request. No response back from the property owners.

large loft room with kitchenette and balcony. rooms are a bit dated. having the pool and jacuzzi onsite was night but it bleeched the color out of my bathing suit. walkable to downtown jasper

Was not widely advertised well enough that there was no AC in rooms. Our self's along with multiple other couples checking in before us were caught of gaurd in the 38 degree weather. The pool was the only source in order for anyone to cool down, it was broken with no time line on getting fixed. We were reassured that we could get a fan for our room, requested 1 twice and never did receive one. 1 fan that was in room was plugged in at a distance that did not work for cooling our self's down. We did try to move it. But other plug-in's did not work.

Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Loved our room with living/kitchen area at the front and bedroom at back. We did experience some loud rushing water sounds in pipes in the outside wall (end unit) at the head of our bed. We did communicate that to the staff upon checkout. Would definitely stay again just maybe not the end room.

The Hotel does not have air conditioning. Pls note this before booking during the summer. It is very hot in the room during the day, it cools down pretty late in the night

Our room was very large and well appointed. Even though it was quite warm outside we were comfortable without air conditioning. The oversized jacuzzi tub was especially nice. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. The staff accommodated us staying an additional night.

Everything was great except the rooms do not have AC. We were visiting in early July when it was +35 degrees and there was no air flow in the unit. Otherwise it was easy to check in and park. Another unfortunate piece was the $15 charge if you don’t wash your dishes.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It had a lot of parking and was a convenient drive or walk to all areas. They provide a laundry room, a restaurant, and a pool. The rooms were big and had a nice kitchen. Would stay again

Check in experience was less than satisfactory due to lack of organisation from staff and being overcrowded due to holiday season. Suite was spacious and mostly clean though there was a bit of an odour in the bathroom (seemed from a drainage issue). Patio with mountain view that we enjoyed. Fully equipped kitchen which was very convienient, but toaster was broken and reception staff sent over a replacement which was also broken unfortunately and we couldnt use any toaster. There was power failure in part of the suite for around 30-40 min on the last morning of our stay where we were cut off from reception as even the phone in room was not working.

When we initially checked in, we were booked into the wrong type of room - a relatively easy fix though and the staff were very pleasant and professional. The property has had some updating, but is still showing many signs of wear and tear. It’s an older property and there was just no hiding that. Worn furniture, burn marks on carpet from the fireplace, some mildewed areas in the bathroom, etc. Very nice pool and hot tub! Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants, yet in a nice quiet area of town. We had all the things we needed in the well-equipped little kitchen, closet and bathroom. The queen bed and hideabed were comfortable. Unfortunately, our room had a very strong cooking odour. It was evident as soon as we entered the room. At this point, I just wanted to get my daughter and myself settled, so I used my essential oil on tissues around the suite and we bought a nice-smelling candle. We opened the sliding door and window to air it out - all that made the strong smell somewhat bearable. For a room that cost over $400, I must admit to being a little disappointed…

A very nice option in Jasper. A few blocks away from the city center but close enough to walk to everything. The pool, jacuzzi sauna, steam room were excellent. The front desk person was very helpful and welcoming, and accommodated our request for a different room. Would definitely recommend.
