The room we booked (family) was not available so we got 2 double rooms but 1 of the room waa double booked and another guest also got given 1 of the rooms wher i was naked when they walked in, pillows on beds are bad. 1 room was freezing!
Glad we only stayed 1 night. The restaurant staff are lovely but service is not very good

Check in was slow. Gave us our room but room key did not work. We have to go back down to front desk to request another room since the door handle would not open or budge. We also had to re-key our room every day of stay. Spend the extra money and please stay elsewhere

Stay was hood. Friendly staff. Clean

Clean, confortable, convenient location at 5 km from Charles de Gaule airport
Best is we don’t hear planes from their dark room so good night of sleep!
Shuttle 5 Euros per person (taxis have a fixed price at 25 Euros; take the shuttle)
Possibility of good breakfast at the hôtel

Worth considering the low price but not for more than 1 day. the staff could be more nice

A very nice place & affordable. I reccomend it to anyone.

The front desk staff were very helpful in helping us do an early check in and organize taxis since public transit isn’t right there.

After a cruise, we stayed one night here on our way home to LAX, we were pleased with the clean, spacious & cheerful environments at the lobby. Our room that fits 6 has basic supplies for one night stay. Mr Damman at the front desk was especially kind as I forgot my European adapter, he searched high & low and finally found one that fit to charge my phone, I was so appreciative of his kind action. We were also delighted with the breakfast selections which included in our stay. Definitely recommend this place👍😊!

This is a motel not a hotel.

Clean, friendly staff, cool common area, easy transport to and from airport

Staff was very supportive, and the facility was modern and enjoyable - they had board games video games, foosball, and a bar in the main level.
The family suite is fun, with two bunk beds over the main bed.
This hotel is in a village, so (at least, in August) there is no tourism and limited restaurant and entretainment options. There is a large mall about 40 minutes walk to spend your last Euros.
But the main reason I could recommend to stay here is that it is about 15minutes by taxi, ~20Euros from the airport (there is also a shuttle to the airport in the morning) so it is a great place if your family has a lay-over.

The rooms are very small and outdated. There is no AC, so the only way for getting air in the room is leave the windows opened which is a security issue since this is motel. The restaurant only served 1 meal and it was expensive. We left after 30 minutes and went to another hotel.

the lift stop working around 6 pm on saturday and was not yet repaired on sunday morning...when your room is on the 2 nd floor andvyou have heavy luggages you cannot like itb

Room was very small but clean. Close to airport and not very soundproof. Staff were helpful in organising a van for 8 of us into the airport.

Sleeping arrangements for a family of 6 worked fine for 1 night stay. Didn’t like that the bar in restaurant closed at midnight and wouldn’t serve 2 beer at 23:55 on our last night in Paris. Thought the airport shuttle was included but it wasn’t and we had to pay for 2 taxis to get to the hotel (60E) annd another 43E to get back to the airport.

Great location to airport. A surprising walk within minutes to a cute french village with restaurants. Would be nice to get a cleaning and fresh towels without asking. A free shuttle would have been nice instead of 30 euros for a family. All in all a great place out of the city and affordable with the 6 bunk bed room style for families

Room ok but no microwave,no water ,no small fridge and no coffee in the rooms.Everything you need you have to go downstairs to get water,to heat your food and for coffee or tea.

Cramped ugly room with no curtain on window exposed to walkway.

Good location for getting to airport for early flight

Your ideal resting place for any layover at CDG. Staff were pleasant, the facilities are new and sturdy, the rooms are clean and the place is enjoyable (breakfast, bar, arcade machine) and accessible (shuttle from and to airport for a nominal fee). I would definitely plan them into a future itinerary were I passing through Paris again.

The property is excellent and the navette to Charles de Gaule Airport is amazing.
I recommend this hotel.

Be frankly, I did not like this hotel. see below,
1. It is ''open plan'' and it is really close to airport, if you have trouble sleeping, think twice! ( see my picture)
2, There is no room service ( unless you pay extra! see price list attached). I stay there 4 days and even no rubbish collection. I even need to ask for toilet paper and rubbish bag to clean myself.
3, The room is tiny!! 2.15mx 3.25m by my counting! really like a cell! and they put 2 single bed in it, the single bed is smaller than the standard. I am 170 cm, if I say small... big guys need think twice again.
4, breakfast included, not too bad, but the food is really simple.
5, After all above, it is NOT cheap, I paid £430 for 4 nights.

I enjoyed my stay with friendly staffs and orderliness. Very clean environment. My double bed room doesn’t come with wardrobe but it's okay because it's just for a short stay. Nice breakfast 😋. I recommend the hotel and give it and the starfs five stars 🌟

Service was great, room was clean, but dear God those walls are thin. I could hear loud snoring and a high pitched noise everu 4 seconds. It was like torture.

Great property so close to walking trails.
I would like glasses for drinking in my room.

Cozy, clean and convenient with a good patio and restaurant/bar

Family room was tiny - chemical smell from cleaning products. Room felt more like a prison cell than hotel room. As a quick overnight and back to airport - just ok. Breakfast was ok - limited.

In our experience, this was more of a dormitory-style accommodation than a hotel, and we would have preferred a more conventional hotel accommodation. Travelling as a family of five, we weren't eligible to book a room with a double bed two bunk beds, even though this would have suited us nicely. Instead, we were given a room with three pairs of bunk beds. The room we had for the last two nights of our stay wasn't well cleaned prior to our arrival, and some basic amenities were damaged or missing (e.g., broken garbage can, very unclean shower curtain, no hooks for hanging hand towels or bath towels anywhere in the room). The restaurant in the hotel was very good and the breakfasts were excellent, however.

Check-in was difficult: crowded area, a small part of the restaurant/bar, a lot of commotion. The desk agent was doing his best with a system that worked slowly, and fortunately he spoke English. Room was clean but noisy and VERY small. Price was considerably more than advertised.

Loved my experience. Very affordable, comfortable, and classy all in one package. Definitely would stay here again when I make another trip to Paris.

This might be stating the obvious to more seasoned travelers, but the property appears to be more of a hostel than a hotel. The shuttle from the hotel is convenient, but at five euros per person, it quickly adds up for a family of four or five people. Check-in was a bit slow, but the restaurant was fabulous. Dinner was excellent and so was breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at Eklo. The staff was lovely and our room was spacious and comfortable. Hot shower, strong wifi, and delicious food and drink at the restaurant. The hotel shuttle to the airport was super convenient as well.

Great for a quick stay before heading out. The dorms are clean, well maintained and economic. The restaurant offered delicious food and breakfast was very French but delicious and not just continental.
Not recommended for longer stays but great for a night or two! The front desk staff was very helpful.

Restaurant and common area was really nice. Design of rooms very unique, but we hit our head a few times.

We only stayed overnight and left early but it was a lovely room and friendly staff
