No drinking water, specially unacceptable. Also quit cold in the room, and no heating. Lastly, there is no individual bathroom in double room, it’s shared bathroom on the floor.

Very lovely old building
Good food and ambience

Quiet place with very enthusiastic and polite staffs. Not all of them speak English but they try their best to answer our queries. We had the cheese fondue with tomatoes - something unique to the Valais canton - for dinner (strongly recommended by the staff) and it was just fantastic. The dessert was apricot sorbet with apricot liquor, both produced locally, the combination was just perfect. It’s a good place right in the alps with no other disturbance from the surroundings. Very peaceful environment, and near to various hiking trails.
There’s towel provided, hot water shower, comfortable beds. It’s an old property but very well maintained, and very clean.
We got lost looking for the property by following the Google map gps. It brought us further in towards a campsite instead. Just try to remember how it looks like in the photo and you will see it along the route. It’s the only property on this street actually.

Great location, good + enough food, very friendly staff. The owners are familiar with the mountains and know about snow + ice conditions etc.
No breakfast available before 8AM

Enjoyed the dinner and breakfast we ate. Comfortable room, and the shower was excellent! Friendly staff, good end to our holiday before the trip back to the UK.
Shared bathroom/toilet was not ideal but the facilities were always free when I needed them

Comfy room, located directly on the Walkers Haute Route, excellent restaurant!

Great location, close to 2,000m altitude, you don't need a cable car to get really high up. Very nice family running the place, simple but good breakfast and dinner.
Switzerland is expensive, even for a simply accommodation like this. Prices go up with the altitude. A weekend in the alps - family of 4 - for around 850CHF incl. breakfast & dinner, it's all about the location.

Nice Pizza
The breakfast buffet was poor. Some of it was in a fridge but nobody knew if we were supposed to help ourselves so left hungry and disappointed.

I find it expensive for the offer

very friendly and convenient location and parking, little area downstairs for storing and drying off skis overnight and we had a nice fondu with our half board package
it’s a lovely old building but beware the walls are thin and the floors creepy so if your a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs

The double bedroom with bathroom had nice views, and was confortable.
Staff was really unwelcoming, didn’t made us feel at ease. (Maybe because we were foreigners)

Charming property, wonderful views, clean & comfortable. Electric vehicle charging point. Good breakfast.
Shared Bathroom on 1st floor - toilet too close to washbasin. No lift to 3rd floor. No kettle in room.
