The staff was especially helpful, cooperative and friendly. Check-in was accomplished efficiently and helpfully. We were able to add another day to our initial reservation with ease. Housekeeping staff was praiseworthy and amenable. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you! Good job!
We have no suggestions to make regarding improvements, since we think everything went very well.

Location is excellent fir our trip.
Breakfast could be improved and even though there is a coffee maker in the room you had to go to lobby to get the coffee. Very strange.

It was clean and comfortable
We didn't have a heavy blanket on our bed

Great rooms good breakfast. Surprisingly good.
No issues

I liked the camaraderie of the staff. I liked the decor in the check-in desk.
The breakfast was poor. Nothing hot (eggs, bacon, hot cereal...). Not even cocoa mix or other powdered hot drinks. The cold cereal was all sweetened, nothing healthy, whole grain. And every day it was the same--never varied. No protein. Most of my stay I skipped breakfast as a result.

Clean room, nice staff
The breakfast sucked! You'd think they could have milk or creamer in the fridge for coffee instead of powdered creamer!! The light in bathroom was not working right & the breakfast area too small...nowhere for us to sit.

Breakfast was fair had most of what wanted to eat

There was new carpet in the room and new flooring in the bathroom.
The lady at the front desk vocally verified almost my entire address, my entire phone number, then said my room number out loud. All while a man in the tiny lobby stood there & listened. I was traveling with my 2 underage daughters. After he walked away when I asked if he worked there she was confused. I said you just gave him ALL my info. AND told him what room we are in. She said that's how she was trained and the owner is 75. Missing the point completely she then told me the guy in the lobby has been there for "2wks, is really nice, and is in room 203"
Now the room-The door to the room did not close on it's own we had to physically push or pull it closed. There was no baseboard (I am guessing because of the new flooring) The window had a broken lock (it looked right out to the parking lot) the tv was about 2 ft left of lining up with the bed. The fridge that sits on the floor, my daughter could hardly open because of the new carpet. Breakfast was very skimpy. I am glad we were only there one night. Barely slept because of the unsafe feeling.

Simple breakfast, but the choices were good.
Bathrooms need a major overhaul or update.

It was quiet, considering you're next to the train and semi's coming and going from the gas station next door. I worked over nights and didn't hear a thing when sleeping during the day. The manager, Mary, was so nice and pleasant, she was awesome to work with!

The location was perfect. When I booked, I’m booking.com. I was under the impression I could have my cat however, upon checking, I learned that I could not. Therefore, I had to spend extra money and board her. Then after for five days of being there actually maybe that was closer to Seven the Wi-Fi did not work for the last three or four days that I was there when I asked at the desk, they inquired with IT but told me it was my problem not theirs. However, each router in the hallway on the second floor had red lights instead of green lights And everything I did on my computer according to what they told me I needed to do did not work. Breakfast was fine I supplied mostly my own since I had an 11 day stay. The bed was uncomfortable had obvious dips in it where it had been utilized for a long time , meaning that it needs to be retired. On the plus side, the staff was friendly most of them knew me by my first name inquired about how my day was going and wish me luck on my future apartment rental. I would give your staff a rating of an A+.

Yor app said my stay was 119 for this trip but it was 116 a room. The rooms were very old and smelled like it. The beds were old and caved in the middle. We were on the bottom floor and the people above ue were up all night so very thin ceilings. The lady at the front desk I think was the one was very noise and rude. She hate using a third party to do billing. Just not a great place at all
