Authentic and super chill!

Very unique since it was a guesthouse and family run which made it more authentic and comfortable. I’ve been running around thailand so it felt like a super chill spot to just relax and rest. The couple is so sweet and really made me feel welcome especially as a solo woman travelling.

Exceptional

This is a wonderful guesthouse, very neat and properly taken care of by owners. The hosts were very kind and nice to us, we were given a room on the 2nd floor facing the street. The room was spacious, well-furnished, wth mini-kitchen. Cleaning was regular, bed sheets and towels were changed properly. 2 bottles of water were provided every day. We were absolutely satisfied with choosing this place to stay.

I would book this room every time I come here.

what is not to like. Sabina is the sweetest. My room is adorable, functional and has a beautiful view with a lovely deck, hot shower, good AC, fridge, kettle…everything you could need. breakfast was delicious and not too simple, plus good coffee. and a two minute walk to beach as well as 7/11.

Great stay

The owners were very gracious, really wonderful people! Helped with places and restaurants to check out. My father stayed here for two nights and liked it very much. Inexpensive, clean, easy walk to restaurants and beach.

nice and comfortable

the property is close to the beach (3 mins walk), restaurants and 7-Eleven the room was clean and the owner professional in crisis situation ( he didn’t let us down when we had to deal with an unexpected problem)

Nice location, small quiet street, not far from Camala beach. The building and facilities are quite old, but vibes and old couple (hotel's host) make your stay enjoyable and cosy. Great value for money in high season

There was only bedsheet instead of blanket, don't hesitate to ask for it on the reception

My hosts at Sabina Guesthouse were very hospitable, kind, and helpful. The room had a great view of the river with a private balcony and was kept in clean condition. For the amenities that are provided I think it's a great value for a solo traveler of couple. *They also gave me a free upgrade and allowed me to extend my stay! Any questions or concerns I had they were more than happy to assist me. I'm grateful for my time spent there and would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect just 5 minutes away from the beach and just about the same for any other facility you might require

the stairs to have access to the upper floors are quite dangerous for a foreigner that is used to conventional stairs not narrow spiral stairs and then the bed was just too firm for my back and caused me to use back muscles relaxant

The room was very cute and the owners and their daughter are lovely and really helpful! The beach is just around the corner, also the next 7/11

It can be noisy from the street, but it’s ok with ear plugs. The wifi is not great for remote work, but definitely ok for holiday stays!

It was great

For the price this hotel was a real bargain. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Although it’s not a 5 star hotel, it’s a really charming place - a family owned business and we definitely felt treated like family members. We also booked breakfast each morning which was freshly made and definitely worth it. Room was relatively big, clean and cleaned everyday by hotel staff. All amenities worked great. There was a fridge in hallway. Location is good - close to the beach and restaurants. it’s located on a relatively small street, there was a bit of a noise, but it was very minimal.

Power outlets near bed would be great.

cost-effective, 1 minute walk from beach, staff are AMAZING.

amazing location & great value for money. perfect for young backpackers looking for a cost-effective place to stay. cheapest place by far in Kamala & great facilities. Private room with private bathroom, fridge, kettle, sink, cupboard, table & chair & even a decking area with a nice view. What made this place 10/10 was the staff though. family run place & they are all super kind & helpful. if you are looking to do excursions, go through them & they will get you a good price. They also told me good places to see (like the night market) & were super flexible in allowing me to extend my stay. For anyone wanting to see Phuket with a budget (& avoid Pattong) this is the place to go!

Wonderful and helpful people. I stayed an extra few days beyond the time booked.

Everything about the guesthouse is great. The street it's on can be a little noisy,especially if you've just come from somewhere really quiet like Yao Noi! Hey, it's Phuket!
