L'espace du studio, la piscine, le bar-restaurant, les 2 réfrigérateurs ( 1 dans la Chambre et 1 autre sur le balcon (kitchenette). La climatisation

Déception

J’ai été déçue par rapport aux autres fois, étant une habituée je ne fais que constater la régression dé l’établissement. Pas de serviettes de piscine, pas de boisson ni dans le mini bar de la chambre, ni dans le distributeur à l’accueil, pas même une bouteille d’eau ! Réceptionniste très désagréable

Ideal, um ein paar Tage zwischen Ankunft und Weiterreise zu überbrücken.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück sehr gut, weil es viele frische Produkte gibt (bitte beachten: Martinique ist eine kleine Insel und muss viel importieren).

Ein Teil der Zimmer ist schon reserviert, aber der andere Teil muss noch renoviert werden. Die Zimmerschlösser sind nicht wirklich robust - wer hinein will, hat es leicht.

1.5 miles up a hill outside the town .but facilities are ok . And supermarket 7 mins walk

Rooms were great . Clean and tidy.

Staff were a little off . We checked in at 2 pm . Room wasn’t ready until 3:30 No where to have a drink or eat as the bar and restaurant close at 2pm and opens at 6pm

Son emplacement qui est à proximité du centre ville.

Le personnel á l’accueil semblait être dérangé par mon arrivée et a été peu accueillant. Alors que nous étions en séjour pour raisons professionnelles, nous avons été placés en fond de couloir au même niveau qu’un groupe de plusieurs enfants qui ne cessaient de jouer dans le couloir et de se faire réveiller tôt par les monitrices qui les accompagnaient.

The time went to by fast I didn't get to see enough of the country.

The breakfast was good. The location is walking distance from town.

Was expecting a balcony view n the hotel close to to the beach because thats what they advertise.

Most of the staff that we met were nice however to keep your guests happy adjustments are needed.

The breakfast was not bad however the eggs were too mushy and the bread baskets were exposed to flies big turn off for my family and I. There was also one morning I asked whether my husband could take his breakfast to the room because he wasn't feeling too well and I was told no it's not allowed.

The menu is very depressing practically no variety to choose from and tasteless till we had to make our way down town for meals. The pool in terms of depth is not child friendly and you are an adult who can't swim stay on the dry side.

I wouldn’t go back unless I was stuck.

No elevator in my building. had to lug my heavy bags to 3rd floor and in my condition I shouldn’t be doing that. no assistance offered. was given smallest room in building. tiny shower. No help offered or given for transportation options or site seeing, or anything. food at restaurant was horrible. service bad. adjacent table next to me fully agreed.

good but please work on your customer service skills as it is lacking.

the water pressure in the bathroom was not strong and when we arrived to check in at 3, the room was not ready and the receptionist told me to wait for a few moments without explanation. after 15 minutes we had to go back to the reception to find out why we had to be kept waiting and finally got our room key. customer service needs to be revised and staff trained to deal with people and explain certain things, especially if my room was already paid for. plus I wasn’t the only one this was done to.

Overall I enjoyed my time here ,and the location was perfect if you want to stay close the the city

The hotel room was clean and comfortable.I loved how thoughtful they were to give an extra single bed so that my 3 year old daughter can have her own bed.

The internet was not working in the hotel room itself,only in the public areas.

We were upgraded to the suite and it exceeded our expectations. Room was large, clean and sea view. Personnel was helpful and kind.
