The location was amazing. Beautiful views, wildlife gallore! Lovely hosts who live next door - but give you your privacy. Accommodation was lovely and so peaceful. Only negative for us the double bed is very, very soft and bouncy. Aside from that we had an amazing stay and would happily come back to The Wood Shed or the other accommodation available on the same site as so many amazing places nearby - Southwold, Dunwich Beach and Walberswick.
Just the super bouncy, soft double bed!

It was a very sweet place, it felt cosy and generally clean ( a couple spiders/spiderwebs but it took us less than a minute to sort that!) We're already planning our return trip. They left us a bottle of wine and some biscuits which was so lovely of them, as we were celebrating a 30th birthday that was a nice treat! The outside is labelled so even though you think you might miss it down the little lane, it is actually fairly easy to find. It's so peaceful and the property in general was really nice!
I wish that there were instructions for the wood burner, I was nervous to use it as it's different than I've had before! A slotted spoon would be nice as my poached eggs were lifted out by a spatula 😂 and pls check bathrooms for spiders as I got a little freight. Oh and any recommendations for a laundromat nearby would be great!

Nicely thought out and presented with good quality equipment.
Charming hosts, and for us an ideal location.
A large amount of spiders and cobwebs. Please encourage your cleaners to look up and down!

Great location, very peaceful, very nice cottage, clean & well stocked, nice welcome gifts.
the double bed was too small and was too soft, no WiFi, television kept breaking up so we couldn’t use it.

The location was in deep countryside yet close to Southwold and not hard to find

Really well equipped, very easy to check in and out, hosts onsite but we didn’t need them because everything was great. Warm and cosy accommodation, lovely throughout - quiet location, brilliant weekend
