Lovely big house, perfect for a family holiday. We enjoyed being able to easily access the beach, sea pool, coastal walks and town facilities. The view very much appreciated too!

A charming property in a fabulous location. Everything was very clean but I can see why previous reviews have said that it is a little tired and would benefit from an uplift.

Fab location, great room sizes. Plentu of bathrooms, if a little old fashioned. Would be even better if the dated stair carpet was updated, would give it a real facelift

We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend the house. It’s super close to the beach which makes it very easy with children and fully loaded beach bags. The house was fully equipped with loads of space as we were 2 families with 6 kids. The dining room was wonderful for big meals and the kitchen was great and had everything you needed. All in all, it was fabulous.

Excellent layout and location of property, family all loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, great property just needed a bit of updating and cleaning. We had a few problems with the shower in one of the bathrooms but it was dealt with within a day. Would definitely recommend for a large group or family

Despite the major construction works being carried out next door, we enjoyed a good holiday in this spacious and excellently positioned house.
Comfortably furnished and well equipped for our party of 10.
Minor niggles included the cooking range with the fan oven not working and the en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom lacks shelving and towel rail.
A broken shower door was promptly repaired by John and the cleaners were very obliging.

Pendragon house is very conveniently located to the beach which was literally less than a minute away. Great location and within an easy(ish) walk into Bude town centre.
The house itself is well equipped but our comment would be to have more up to date bathrooms and kitchen appliances! We had a few teething problems with the dishwasher and also found it quite hard to understand how to navigate the range oven!
It would also be beneficial if the beds were a little more comfortable as we found them all to be quite hard. A mattress topper would be an easy solution for this and an inexpensive investment for a little bit of comfort.
Despite the weather, very wet and windy - we all had an great break and would love to come back again - maybe in the Summer. Thanks again to Chris the Property Manager, very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and flexible.

The property is spacious and warm. The beds were very comfortable. The view of the sea is spectacular. The position is convenient for food shopping and the high street has some lovely individual shops. These are all within walking distance. I would recommend this property for families with small children. There are plenty of bathrooms and 2 showers, also sinks in the bedrooms. The weather was pretty bad but we were warm and cosy. The only downside was that the washer/dryer didn't dry the clothes.

Overall, a great house in a good place - close to a beach and other amenities. It is well equipped and was very comfortable. Our only problem was that not every bathroom had a shower in it and it would have been better if they had as it makes it easier to get ready as a bigger group. Beach was excellent, cleaned every morning and there is plenty to do in Bude and the surrounding areas

Wonderful holiday in an excellent location - so close to beaches and the coast path yet away from the crowds. Great amenities. Comfortable house with plenty of room for us all and a secure garden. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a great holiday stay. The house is very close to the sea but set back. A short enough walk for 3 year old legs to the nearest beach. Summerleaze and the Bude seapool is a little further but still manageable.
The house is bug enough that had we had wet weather there is plenty of space to accommodate people wanting to do different things.
There are plenty of bathrooms and shower rooms and toilet rooms to meet the needs of the maximum 10 guests.
Overall a great stay with every chance that we will be booking again next year once the families have sorted out their plans for next year.
2.5
Perfect for a beach holiday - the house is very spacious and clean. Some of the decor is rather old fashioned (this is not a problem, just an observation) but I appreciated it as it results in a relaxed, unfussy feel (no polished wooden floors to worry about scratching!). Well equipped. The showers are quite small but there are a couple of baths as well. Great view.

We stayed at Pendragon house for a family weekend away with my parents and my brothers family. The house is in a great location over looking Crooklets Bay and is the perfect size for a family gathering. We never felt like we were getting under each others feet! The kitchen is well equipped for catering for a large group and there’s plenty of showers to make sure there isn’t a queue in the morning! I would definitely stay here again.

Hi, we had a great week here, location is amazing, we could pop to the beach to walk the dog, rock pool, scramble, surf or hike the coastal path.House is lovely, spacious and very well equipped. Only complaints (which we emailed the housekeeper with no response) was that there was no hot water in one bathroom, the one with the spa bath. Also the knobs on the hob just turned round and round, did not click off, one fell off frequently, therefore gas was sometimes left on. I'd like to know if this passed the gas safety test?
