We never got to check in. There was no one at the front seat. When calling the hotel # nobody answered so I called the corporate # and they said that the lobby was still “open” so someone SHOULD be there and that was it. We waited from 11:45-12:15am and still no one came to check us in. I didn’t pay for the insurance because I thought we will be there in 45 min and should not have a problem! Boy was I wrong. We ended up staying in our car for the night!

My room was clean and in good condition. The hotel overall is clean but is a little outdated. At appears that it used to be a place for conventions. Unfortunately, the center area with a pool, mini golf and other activities was empty and no longer functional. Thats why it only gets 4 stars. A very positive thing is it’s dog friendly and it’s quiet. I recommend for economical lodging and people traveling with pets.

It’s a great deal. The arrangements for long term parking are incredibly generous . Easy transport to & from airport . Helpful desk reception . It is a big weird looking old fashioned motel, but we don’t stay anywhere else when we fly out of ICT

Do not recommend they only place 2 sets of towels in the room only seen 2 employees sitting around playing on their phones. There has been some upgrades but not enough the pool is closed and doesn’t appear to be any work on it. Very poorly maintained.

Smelled like weed, the rooms were dirty, missing tiles in the bathroom, broken box spring on ine of the beds. A bag over the smoke detector (probably because the smoked too much weed in the room). Wont go back.

I booked this hotel over a week ago. Tried to cancel my room because I had a change of travel plans. Expedia was willing to refund me but Red Roof would not. I’m never staying with you again, and will not recommend you to anyone. Very unsatisfied!!

This place is literally a dog pound smh...dogs barking in the hotel and the smell of piss. I even got my vehicle vandalized. My window was busted and the staff was no help and showed no concern. When asked for the general manager the staff pretended he wasn't the general manager even though another staff member told me he was. I had to make police report and they wouldn't let me observe what footage they may had on camera . BEWARE!

The curtains were torn up the paint was peeling the toilet seat was literally falling off, hair in the bathtub, the socket seems like its had a fire in thw past, stains on the sheets. Usually this place is awesome this time i got what looked like a before renovation picture

When the cleaning crew goes through each room, they should clean out the air filter for the air conditioning units. Mine was absolutely atrocious. I also had trouble with the drain in the shower, as the water was slow to drain. I also did not like how there was no breakfast available in the morning. Also the parking lot had lots of potholes in the back. But the staff was very nice and helpful.

I only stayed one night but when I walked into the room it smelled like I was back home. Everything was immaculately clean and it smelled great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. I wish I had the money to leave a tip to the housekeeping because they did an amazing job. Thank you for a wonderful night stay!

Decent stay. Property needs updated. There were splatter stains on the wall and the bathroom needed the exhaust fan replaced. The bathroom also needs repainted since the moisture had ruined the paint.

Regrettable stay. Hit at check in for a $100 deposit in case I trashed the room, no mention of that when I made reservation. Room was dirty; refrigerator had been unplugged to thaw and left a large water puddle on the floor as well as a jug of spoiled milk in the refrigerator. But at least I got my security deposit back.

Enjoyed the stay. Was a good deal for what we paid. Stayed a week. The pool was being serviced, there was no exercise room, and the washers and dryers had issues. Kids did not get refunded for the air hockey… there was no puck. Other than that, the staff was extremely nice. Pet friendly. Other than the laundry room and the areas being served… the hotel was clean. As long as the price is right, I’d stay again. There’s nothing really within walking distance. The restaurant is closed. The freeway separates the hotel from accessing the mall on the other side

FOR THE MONEY I FEEL THAT IT COULD HAVE BEEN A BETTER QUALITY HOTEL THE FIRST ROOM NO AC THE SECOND ROOM THEY PUT US IN THE TV REMOTE DIDNT WORK THE BED WAS SQEAKY ALL NIGHT AND NO BREAKFAST SO I FEEL FOR THE $90 WE PAID WE COULD HAVE GOT A LOT BETTER HOTEL

On the website it sai they have a pool but the pool looked like it was being redone. That was one of the reasons we stayed here so we could swim. Then our fridge stopped working and ruined all of our food.

Check in went great My kids and I were kind of sad their pool was broken; however they installed a pony ride, along with some game machines and some toy claw games. We were disappointed there was no breakfast but we worked around it. We were close to many different food chains and across the street from a Walmart. Huge conference room that my kids loved to run around everyone was very kind. Room was huge! my kids had a huge area to play and not be in the way along with a great air conditioner. Would stay here again!

Main light didn’t work upon entering and the toilet was running very loudly. They gave me another room that was much better though. They didn’t have sidewalks so walking to the nearby Texas Roadhouse was a little unsafe. Cops patrolled the parking lot which is a bad sign as well. Room window overlooked the conference area which was a little strange.
