Bed was comfy and room was clean, the view was beautiful. We really appreciated the bath after our long days ! Breakfast was nice

The hotel is in a hard to reach location between Sorrento and Castellmare. They offer a shuttle to the train station but infrequently and it must be booked in advance. And, sometimes when you try to book, it is not available with no explanation offered. The reception staff seem bothered when asked questions. The food is ok, but the pizza is good. The views are beautiful though!

Over all stay was great! I Will recommend this Hotel to our friends and will definitely come back.

Beautiful location with a nice view of mount vesuvius. Right off the coast as well with a private beach and pool. The food was delicious. Having breakfast included was nice with many options. The hotel offers numerous excursions that we booked in advance and it was very much worth it with a personal driver that drove us around the amalfi coast.

beautiful and clean very friendly staff. Further out from Sorrento than we would have liked. Only 2 dining options but overall beautiful rooms and best views

Hotel was lovely but not much around the area of the hotel should you want to walk anywhere.

The worst place I stayed due to my fist and last impression. It was a mission to get there and to leave. They seems to pass the information just forgetting to pass all information so you will miss your transport which may lead you missing connection. Stay was ok by because of the bad first and last impression I just do not recommend this place. I have stayed in other places and I never had so much troubles to get to it.

The stuff were horrible. Worst customer service. I had to speak to the manager who was very nice. Everyone aside from her and one of the bartenders were absolutely terrible. Don’t recommend and would never come back.

This hotel was the best decision we made for this vacation! For anyone renting a car - It had plenty of parking (real parking) in an underground parking garage for our vehicle. The property was gorgeous. Beautiful pool, private beach, and all with the view of Mount Vesuvius in the background. The restaurant on site was also incredible. Beautiful view of the volcano and had the best food from all of the Italian places we went during the trip. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and the breakfast included in the morning was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area!

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and would absolutely stay here again. Our room was amazing, well kept, with great air conditioning and a decently comfortable bed. The views from this hotel are unreal, and there is a private beach on the property where you can swim. The bar was amazing, as well the complimentary breakfast buffet every morning and the hotel restaurant for dinner. The staff is very friendly and the parking garage is so convenient.

Clean room and friendly staff. Nice restaurant on site. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of food options. Beach area is a decent size and large pool area. (towels provided)
Shuttle for 6 Euros pp to Vico Equense Station for easy transport to Sorrento. (would suggest adding a shuttle time at 7:00am for guests who are trying to connect for earlier tours in the morning.) Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

The resort itself was clean and well kept. The food and drink access was very limited, room service was limited to two hours in the evening when the restaurant was open for dinner, and there was very limited transportation to leave the resort, and the closest town to stores was two miles away. I would feel more positively about my experience if there were was more accessible shuttle/taxi service, and more food options through the day. At the least, a warning that the food options were limited as we arrived starving after a long travel day and it was hours till the restaurant was open, and hours till the shuttle was available to take us to town for other dining options.
The bar did offer snacks, however, they were still limited options and the lack of room service was disappointing. I wouldn’t go back.

Gorgeous setting for a hotel. The LM bus takes you from Castellammare town to hotel or approx €15 in a taxi. Don’t try to walk it.
Lovely pool with magnificent views. Nice private beach with Vesuvius as a view.
The hotel offers tours etc to neighbouring locations or just relax in the great surroundings.

I was absolutely stunned by this property with our view of Mount Vesuvius from the room and the world class dining in the restaurant. We arrived by train without a car and had to ask the station attendant to call a taxi to get there, so I recommend arranging transport ahead of time if you don’t have a car. Once there, they have a shuttle to a nearby station which will get you to the historical sites.

Such a great and relaxing stay. Not very commercialized at all. No one is around asking you to buy anything. Laura at reception was so helpful.

This is a beautiful hotel and location! Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend they open a small store for snacks and drinks, etc. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner. They do have a very reasonably priced shuttle for areas near by. Some staff should learn to communicate better to improve customer service. Recommend checking prices if using the laundry service, it’s very expensive. Mario the pool manager/ lifeguard has exceptional customer service and was a highlight of our stay!! Thank you so much Mario!!

This hotel was fantastic. I booked with the intention of proposing to my girlfriend and I'd book this hotel again.
The staff were extremely friendly and kind, they all spoke excellent English which isn't a requirement or expectation from me when traveling (after all, I am a guest in their country) but is very appreciative!
We were a little restricted due to our vegetarian diet choice, but we always assume this will be the case anywhere. The restaurant in the hotel itself is fantastic! The staff there were amazing and there was one waiter in particular who made us feel very cared for.
The beach, the bar and the swimming pool are all fantastic. We didn't make use of the spa as it doesn't interest us personally and the price was high enough that we didn't think "Eh let's give it a shot, why not.".
The sea view room we stayed in was well furnished, clean and the view of Vesuvius was gorgeous.
My only criticisms of the hotel are that it's location isn't fantastic (there's not much they can do about it - they offer shuttles from Vico Equense train station for €3 pp) and I wish there were more shaded common areas to sit. Most of the sitting areas serve a specific function such as the bar. There are benches but they're not in a shaded area and it gets very hot.
Also if the hotel considered opening a little shop to buy drinks, snacks, etc, this would be much more appreciated as the vending machines leave much to be desired between meals.

Wonderful

Although the property itself was lovely, it is really inconveniently located. If you want to go to Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Amalfi…. or indeed any other town, you must take a shuttle bus and then also a train!!
The shuttle bus offered by the hotel only runs in the morning and late afternoon…. so you must leave by noon and cannot return later than six or so. In this way you cannot stay in Sorrento for dinner unless you take a cab back from the train station which is a costly 25 euro for a very short taxi ride. You also have to call the hotel to send a taxi there as they are not typically at that station snd one night the hotel didn’t answer so we almost got stuck at the train station but luckily met a lively local who agreed to drive us to the hotel for 20 euro.
There is also only one restaurant at the property with a very limited menu. Having eaten there our first night there was no way we would consider doing so again except for breakfast.
The room itself was lovely and we had a lovely balcony with a great water view but overall I would not suggest staying here as it is too isolated…. I even think it would be difficult if you had a car!

Room was as advertised. Great views. One bottle of water upon arrival then was not stocked again. Maid service: room not thoroughly cleaned as I dropped a chip beside my bed which stayed there the entire week, coffee spoon appeared to be wiped but not cleaned or exchanged. Complimentary breakfast was nice however restaurant overpriced. $8 for a glass of wine in Italy? I bought a bottle at grocery store for $6. Hotel is very secluded and shuttle service stopped at 6:10pm so taxi.

The hotel is in a wonderful location with great views of the sea and Mt Vesuvius. It’s a bit out of the way. Parking is super with a large garage. There’s a shuttle bus to the train station that you need to make a reservation and pay extra, but its worth the money to save parking into Pompeii, Naples or Sorento. The rooms are spacious and clean but definitely need updating. The furniture is older which is okay but the head cushions on the bed need to replaced as they were scratched up and well used. The beds were newer and comfortable. The staff was friendlyThe restaurant on the premise was very good as well as breakfast.
