Beautiful hotel. A little far from the historic center but if you like to walk, you can walk for about 1 hour alongside the river in a beautiful park that the hotel has access to and get straight to the city center. Its great to burn the extra calories! We really liked it.

What an amazing gem. Tucked away in Turin, Parco Sassi is the best hotel accommodation we've experienced in many years. Beautiful decor and quality interior design, glorious open lawns and gardens, and one of the best breakfasts I can recall in a long time. I cannot recommend this place enough. Loved it!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They charged me for a double room and gave me a minor adjustment.

We really enjoyed the location in the park and convenience to any place we wanted to travel to. Several good restaurants are within walking distance although driving is easier except for parking in the neighborhoods.

In general, I liked the hotel and enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very cute. I liked its vibe a lot. Hotel’s outside area is all green and beautiful. I really liked the little fountain right before the hotel entrance. Everything looked ideally taken care of. The hotel has its own parking area, which is a big plus if you have a car. The hotel building looked old & historic. I liked how the lobby was decorated. My check-in was fast and easy. Every single front desk person was nice and friendly. I got a room on a second floor. My room was big. It looked simple and its design was basic, but I felt comfortable there. I really loved the big windows which filled the entire wall. My room had a lot of day light, which I enjoyed. The bed was not really comfortable, to be honest, but it was not a big deal for me. I wish the TV were bigger. The air conditioner did not work very well, it was hard to cool down the room for some reason. By the way, the air conditioning system at the hotel in general seemed old. I also wish the closet was bigger. There was not much space there to hang clothes. The positive thing I can mention was the big bathroom which was remodeled and looked very nice. I liked the big shower stall. Unfortunately, the bathroom amenities were of a bad quality and smelled just okay. Wi-Fi was working pretty fast during all of my stay.
The biggest issue for me was the hotel’s location. Just note that its location is tricky.

Good location and perfect garden but no dinner or lunch opcion at hotel. Easy parking .

Stunning grounds abutting the river park. We were upgraded to a larger room with a park view by the friendly receptionist. The saff we encountered were all friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them on our way in and out of the hotel. Bikes are available to borrow to ride along the river path into town. The hotel is a 50 min walk into the centre along the river Po. Tram 15 takes you straight into Turin. You can buy a day pass at the Tabacchaio for 4 euros which is valid for bus, tram and metro the whole day so staying further out isnt an issue. Breakfast is fabulous, with an abundance of wonderful fresh fruit and the staff wiil make excellent coffee on request. A perfect place to escape the heat of the city. We hope to return.

We loved the huge comfortable room, the breakfast was good, there were restaurants and shopping nearby, and a lot of hike and bike trails right outside of the gate.

Beautiful property in a park like setting with gorgeous gardens and on the banks of River Po. Great location. Large room and bathroom (Room 13). Great breakfast with hot and cold options - a lot of healthy stuff too, fresh fruit, juices, cereals Friendly helpful staff. Dinner was horrible - cold pasta, uncreative menu, and inattentive staff. We would not recommend dinner at the hotel, we were tired after the long tourist day so we ate in - never again.

Hotel is close to the river and has paths to walk along the river. It is in the park and provides a refreshing green space in the busy city. The breakfasts are good and the breakfast staff are very accommodating. I wish the hotel had an in room brochure listing hotel services like the fitness room and walking paths, as well as some local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Always nice with greens and view of the Superga at the mountain top. The front desk lady could have been nicer with willingness to help.

Overall a very good trip, and the Hotel is in a quiet scenic setting on the outskirts of Turin. The frequently running #15 tram is just across the road which takes you too the heart of the city and is quite cheap too.

Enjoyed surrounding area. Beautiful hotel but hard to find right entrance.

Hotel is located in a nice park on the Po river. You must have a car to travel to this hotel. Rooms are large and well maintained. Bathrooms are very clean. They have also bicycles available for the guests.

We enjoyed a four night stay at this very well situated modern hotel on the bank of the river Po.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the rooms were immaculate. As was the adequately furnished Gym.
The hotel is 20 minutes by tram or bus from the city centre, 15 minutes on a bicycle (free to hire from the hotel) and walkable in around 40 minutes along the River Po. We did all three.
Food at the hotel is limited in the evening to room service (that might be seasonal) but there are some very good and varied restaurants within a 10 minute walk.
So all the benefits of being able to access the city without the noise or hassle of a City Centre hotel.
Recommended.

Very nice looking gym if you're that way inclined. Very fast internet. Really top notch room. Restaurant is quick / cheap, breakfast is 1st class. Only downside is it's big and on 2 floors .. take a golf cart.

The hotel and staff do not understand "service" , the issue we had was that when we arrived on the Friday afternoon we had laundry to be done as per the instructions in the hotel guide we put all clothes in the laundry bag and contacted reception and advised them of the laundry and was told that it would be collected by house keeping.
Saturday we went out all day and did not get back until late , Sunday we were to depart and travel to Bern in Switzerland , at breakfast the reception person came to us and advised that the laundry had not been collected until late on Saturday and was not ready- still being washed and would only be a few hours , this was at 9am , this was diserpointing as we had a long way to travel, we contacted them again at 11.30 and was still not finished we requested the clothes to be given to us so we could start our drive , we received the clothes wet and folded and looked like they had been ironed while wet %#*&%, the hotel still wanted to charge us the laundry service fee which i refused and did not pay , I found this quite rude on there behalf , they have a lot to learn about service .
