Wonderful, charming hotel in the middle of the old town. The people working there are very friendly and helpful.
If you choose the big room you get a lovely balcony towards the garden.
The extra luxury is the spa which is built nicely as a roman bath.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Turin. We really enjoyed the clean spa, although both jacuzzis had luke-warm (and not hot) water. We were very happy with our unique two-floor room on the 5th floor, with a little staircase, very comfortable king size bed, and a nice balcony overlooking an interior court and with a nice view. The hotel staff was very professional, and helpful in Italian, Englsh, and French. The only thing we found a bit difficult is the parking, as the parkng the hotel recommends is located a couple blocks away from the hotel, which makes the check-in less smooth than desired, especially after a long drive. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Wonderful charming hotel in central Turin. Easy walking from all the major sites and near the Egyptian museum. The staff is friendly, helpful, and speak English (which was very much appreciated). They have a pool and spa which is a rare find in a Torino hotel. The breakfast is included in the price, comes with a wide variety of options, and served in a charming Old World style dining room with attached patio for outdoor dining. They have an expansive reasonably priced bar that is open in the evenings where the staff is very helpful.
We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Turin.

Hotel Victoria is a beautiful hotel, excellent service and breakfast. It is situated in a little courtyard off the road and has a beautiful courtyard in the centre of hotel adjoining the beakfast area. We were there in August and were very disappointed to find the pool spa was closed for maintenance. They informed us the had notified Hotels.com but the message was not passed on to us. So if you are looking forward to a swim as I was, please check with Hotel. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

It was traditionally decorated which I enjoyed the old world characters. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and dining area was decorated tastefully. They did put a lot of efforts to keep the traditional value from the serving plates, cups, individual tea pots to a quaint outdoor seating area with a small fountain. Hope to stay there again when the spa area is fully renovated.

This hotel needs some serious upgrade. Everything looks like it came fron Victorian era and was never upgraded. Chairs, sofas look warn out and dirty. Service was below average( front desk). Carpets in the room are so worn out and dirty. Dust everywhere from excessive tapestries, carpets, old decorative pillows. I will never stay there again! And breakfast awful.

We loved the spa which we only used once in the 4 day stay as you have to prebook a 2hr slot. They do have treatments available also. The lobby area was beautiful like english licing room with open fire although gas but nice to sit around in an evening for a nice cocktail from the bar available there. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are ok, bathroom bit tired and at night was very noisy in the street outside. We were on the 2nd floor. Seemed like road cleaning going on at 11.30pm. The wifi in the hotel was virtually non-existent unless you were in the lobby so the staff said as they had wifi issues but when they started isnt clear as all our stay it didnt work in our room. If wifi isnt important to you then its a very nice hotel and the breakfast pastries were amazing in their beautiful dining room.

It's definitely a cosmopolitan hotel; I heard at least 5 different languages spoken among the guests while we were there. Turin itself is beautiful and this hotel is a wonderful place to stay if you like a classic place filled with antiques. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. But, there were good and some not-so-good things.
The good:
The common areas are charming. The garden is beautiful and so is the outdoor patio with lots of cozy seating.
What really makes this place worth it is the spa and the breakfast. The spa staff was above and beyond helpful.
The staff in general were very professional, friendly, and welcoming. They speak multiple languages very well and it was helpful when I could switch from Italian to English as I'm still in the beginner stages of speaking Italian.
The not-so-good:
The heat was turned all the way up and it was suffocating in our suite. I had to sleep with the balcony doors open and woke up to mosquito bites. In addition, I requested the option to reserve online and pay in person and that request was not honored. It significantly complicated my situation and I was not pleased at all.
It would have been nice to find staff during the breakfast hours to request something other than drip coffee and tea. The staff was nowhere to be seen and they did not make themselves visible while we were dining (around 7:40 am).
Some things are a bit dated and could use some refurbishing (like the ancient elevator).
