Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre. C’est dommage.

Amazing location, quick drive to many hiking trails/areas. The staff were very welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable. REAALLLYYY loves that there are plenty of restaurants and little shops around the hotel.

I loved that I got a Mountain View. The property was right off of the interstate and located in a nice area. There are private-ish smoking areas if you know where to look don’t be shy to ask the staff are great.
It was some kind of moth season and I was not a fan of them fluttering about. but they are moths just direct them with lights lol keep your room cool. I did not like that the Tun in my room did not drain rm 527

the view from my room. the martini at the bar was very good and so was the service.
The rooms are very dated and small. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, they painted over wallpaper, I could see all the brush strokes on the bathroom door. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money. Also, $17 a day to park in the parking garage. Which they think is a deal. The garage is odd on how to get to the entrance of the hotel. Ticket validation has to be done each time you leave but you have to validate the ticket at the front desk. This machine needs to be closer to the garage. This hotel is old, dated, expensive, no discounts or offers if I wanted to eat at their restaurants. A lot nicer places to stay in that area. Will not stay again.

The location was incredible!!! Within easy walking distance to everything downtown, as well as a great Mountain View.
It did seem a bit dated in parts, but not bad.

The surrounding area and parking situation.

Great location and view
We didn't have hot water and had to be down graded to another room.

convenient, clean and classy

Having hot water to take a bubble bath would have been great or even a shower

I paid $240 for a king room, and this was smaller than the rest of the hotels which are cheaper and better room. the restroom fan does not work, the shower bath was plugged. this was totally different compared to the booking.com descriptions. I'm considering changing hotel booking applications after this.

A working remote for the TV. We told the front desk and they sent engineering to the room to change the batteries and we were told it still wouldn't work as the remote was broken. No one offered to show us how to use the TV without the remote. Frustrating. Also climbed in bed to find a big rip in the bottom sheet. Not very impressive.

Location, hotel is lovely

Tons of restaurants and bars around the area in walking distance.
$30 for parking. It was supposed to be $17, but when we left, the machine said $30. Never left after I parked my car.

History
restaurants lacked employees.
breakfast buffet was expensive and limited for $18.95 per person. no toast, no bagels or yogurt. not worth the price.
You check in at front of hotel then have to drive around hotel to garage and really have to pay attention for the garage entrance to hotel. Confusing.

The hotel and staff. Very beautiful and the staff was very helpful.
The room location. When I booked the room I selected a room with the city view. I arrived and was given a room with the Mountain View and the room was attached to the elevator. The noise of the elevator and the people getting on and off was disappointing, but after working 7 days straight I was to exhausted to try and complain about it. Everything else in the room and hotel was nice.
