We absolutely loved this hotel. Check in was efficient and desk staff were friendly, personable and helpful. The room was clean, loved having a couch in the room. The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. We loved the location as we were able to walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops and also walk up to the University of Nebraska campus. Hotel is very close to the Pinnacle arena. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. My only disappointment was that they don't have a hot tub.

Great location!! We really enjoyed our stay and the room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk was helpful when we had questions. There were lots of great dining and shopping options within walking distance, and parking was convenient.

This hotel slaps. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and nice (night shift). Graveyard shift homegirl and morning shift dude not so much. Clean hotel with solid breakfast though!

I am 68 years old, I have stayed in many hotels in my life. The shower in my room is the worst I have EVER had. The water flow if ridiculously low, and the streams are like needles.

Really nice, clean and quiet hotel in the Haymarket district. King room was great with a large seating area. Everything was clean and comfortable. Shower could use some non-slip strips on the floor. Nice breakfast, a few hot items. Tons of restaurants/bars within walking distance. Great place to stay for Husker sports and Lincoln SaltDogs.

Beds not very comfortable, pillows were too soft.. water was leaking from somewhere and the carpet was wet in one area of the room.. coffee provided in the room was situated in a way as to be hidden from plain sight.. didn’t even see it.. till after I went to lobby for coffee. Shower didn’t have a lot of water pressure but lots of hot water. Staff friendly and helpful, parking cost extra, over all, clean, convenient location, friendly staff but not worth the money paid.. I travel a lot.. and have paid less money for way nicer accommodations.

The hotel was light and spacious. Our room temp was awesomely cold during a hot July summer. We had wonderful shopping and restaurants right outside our door. The night life was hopping but only on Friday and Saturday nights and only until 11:00. We liked the option to forego the room cleaning. It was easy to obtain extra towels at the front desk.

Great location. Our son slept on the pull out couch in the room and while we know not to expect much..it was terrible! Every time he rolled over everyone woke up as it was so loud!!

Great location and parking garage ($12 a day) I was just staying here for one night to watch my daughter in a play at the TADA theater. Bed was not the softest so didn't sleep the greatest but staff were kind. They could up their breakfast game. Would stay again.

I would stay at this hotel again. It’s located in the downtown area of Lincoln. Close to shops & restaurants. The hotel staff are friendly. There’s breakfast in the morning.

It was average room and price - check in staff, one was great and the other was rude. I was happy I did not get her. Very disappointed in selection of menu options from the restaurant. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing as well. I have stayed at the Hyatt place in other states, and never had any issues, as they were amazing which is why I chose them for this stay.

We received great customer service from Josh when we checked in. We had an issue with booking one of our rooms through expedia and Josh quickly resolved the issue for us. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the large selection of delicious choices at the breakfast that was included. We also liked that the area has several good restaurants and activities that were within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Lincoln.

We had a great stay. Breakfast was ok. Room walls are thin and loud people were easy ti hear. Staff was excellent. Glass sloding doors to the bathrooms need to be replaced with real doors. You can hear everything. No privacy. Overall, it was still a good place to stay. Dont order the pizza from the kitchen. It was so nasty. Lol

Our stay at the Hyatt was overall a nice experience. The staff that checked us in was kind, informative, and helpful. Our room was just ok and would benefit from some upgrades. The luggage rack and ironing board were broken but were replaced by the staff asap. The complimentary breakfast was nice to have, but nothing amazing. They do have a nice happy hour special on beer and wine. The parking is affordable and located next door to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location with lots of walkable restaurants, shops, and attractions.

This was a kayover on our way to Colorado. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and quiet. The area the hotel is located is cute and offers many dining options available by foot. Parking is offered- but is a separate charge. Although conveniently located and you have in and out parking privileges it’s quite pricey for one night(62 bucks).
