tap need addressing in the bathroom, it leaked when turned on from the wall

Great location to shops and bars, good size room, very comfortable bed. Bathroom is quite small but nice walk in shower. The only downside to the bathroom, the toilet was too close to the wall so your leg was touching the toilet roll holder.
Breakfast nice. Overall great hotel & late checkout

Had 2 rooms for me and my mum, sister and aunty. It was a first time hotel experience for my sister and aunty. Car park around the corner and only £10 for 24hrs. Unlimited coffees and hot chocolates at reception. Restaurant in the hotel which we did not use. Excellent location next to a shopping centre. Staff were amazing asked for extra towels and a glass with ice and nothing was too much for them.

Gorgeous hotel, bedroom is lovely & bed comfy, bathroom small but has everything needed & really clean

We were given a single room(pictured on their own website )with a topper that was too big for the bed. There was approximately 30 cm space to the bottom and one side of the bed. There was only one cup in the bedroom which was chipped. One set of towels. Pretty shambolic for Ibis styles who we have stayed at regularly and enjoyed.

Booked a 2 night stay partly due to attending a concert at the nearby First Direct Arena. The price of the room was almost double for the night of the concert even though we booked nearly 12 months prior to our stay. The room itself was small but very clean and comfortable. Cannot comment on the breakfast nor the adjacent Indian Restaurant. Reception staff were efficient, polite and friendly. Would be happy to stay here again.

City centre hotel & it’s in ideal location. Very clean & staff were friendly and accommodating. We did not eat in the restaurant but it looked busy whenever we looked. Would recommend this hotel particularly if you are staying in Leeds for a weekend

Very convenient for attending a show at the arena. Nice quiet comfortable room. Close to nearby restaurants and bars.
Would use here again.

I was not allowed to drop off my bags at the hotel at midday even though I had a reservation for that evening.
This meant I had to spend money elsewhere to store.
Not acceptable

Hotel is above the service area for a shopping centre so you can hear delivery Lorry’s reversing into loading bays through out the night

Loved this hotel’s central location and vibe. The room was comfortable and quiet. Would love to stay here again.

Room was lovely and comfortable with a yorkshire theme. The only gripe i have is, although more an observation, The bathroom was very cramped, so much so, that sitting on the toilet the sink was almost digging in to you. I didnt see it necessary to have a back box on the sink which added a good 15 cm to the length of it. We had breakfast included which gave a nice choice although of hot and cold. I would have preferred to have an option of fried egg, as only scrambled was available, and unfortunately it was only just warm.
This is not a complaint, just an observation as we did have a lovely stay.

Phone in the room didn't work. Heating in the bathroom didn't work. The team didn't do anything to get something repaired. Breakfast - especially the croissants and pain au raisin are terrible.

Enjoyed our stay and very close to the Arena. Breakfast was good and the staff were very polite and helpful. Would stay in the hotel in the future.

The lady who checked us in was very rude and withdrawn, hardly spoke to us and couldnt wait to get rid of us. The room itself looked good at first but then we noticed how dirty the bathroom was, could do with a deep clean. The air conditioning was horrendous and the windows did not open. We asked for a fan but they did not have any, they said they would make the room cooler but it never happened. As my wife is suffering from chronic illness and perimenopause, we had to buy a fan for the second night, thank goodness for Argos!! Not the best experience at a relatively new hotel.

Great location and value in Leeds! People were corteous and accomodating. Attached restaurant offers good value for breakfast. Nearby markets cover any necessities.

Good location for gigs at Arena, also adjacent to countless shops for booze and food etc. Quirky French decor meets Yorkshire patois...

Great one night stay but was very impressed with free tea and coffee in lobby and very clean, modern and well presented. Excellent value for money and delicious breakfast the next morning in a lovely dining area. Would definitely recommend and stay there again as it was close to centre and eateries.

Really great hotel room was lovely breakfast was good staff were excellent free coffee machine with syrups was a lovely touch only gripe was that the sink in room 502 was blocked but we did report it to receptionist when leaving thank you very much

It was for the Heart gig at the First Direct Arena that was cancelled. The room was non refundable but the hotel refused to cancel room or even switch the date. Very inflexible considering we had a good reason to cancel. Premier Inn next door have a policy that they allow cancellations for cancelled gigs so very suprised at their attitude. Next time and every time for a gig it’s Premier Inn. Considering their main income is through gigs at First Direct you would think they would be more accommodating. Obviously not it seems. Poor show.

Check in proved a bit tricky as despite having booked 2 days before the hotel had no record of my booking!
Thankfully they were able to process and provide the room I wanted.
The room was great and despite being on the first floor of a busy street was really quiet. Bed was hard but pretty comfortable and shower was great. I would really recommend this for anyone looking for a cheap business hotel in central Leeds as only 15 mins from the station

The smell of cleaning fluid in the room was a little overpowering. But I admit to being a little more sensitive to strong smells than most people.

Hotel good overall but huge queue to check in which was particularly slow.

Convenient to the Arena. One of the ladies wasn’t welcoming. Not warm

Great location but disappointed with some details in the room: empty shower gel dispenser in the shower, cleaning could have been better and disturbed by the cleaning lady in the morning.

Had an issue with the shower drain in my room and was moved immediately to a new room. The receptionists were lovely and super helpful. Bed wasnt that comfortable, a bit hard for me but there were lots of pillows, it was very clean and had tea, coffee, soaps etc and lots of plug sockets around the room. They also have a complimentary coffee machine in reception which was very appreciated!

A really good location, across the road from the arena so it's great if you're seeing a gig there. 5mins walk to the major shopping areas Victoria Quarter and Trinity. My go to place to stay in Leeds.

Hotel was decent enough and rooms were modern and a nice size. The hotel lobby was nice as well with a lovely Indian restaurant attached.
The only downsides were that the toilet flush button was broken in our room (still could be used so not a massive issue) and the pillows were awful far too soft and no support so struggled to get a good night sleep and necks ached a bit the next day.
1.0 / 5.0
Bathroom is too small with a bad layout, meaning you are cramped on the toilet. House keeping also knocked on our door twice before we checked out, even though it was before 12-00. The hotel is in a good location though
