About this house rental
The ground floor has a complete one-bedroom with queen bed, one-bath apartment with a kitchenette and the convenience of a microwave, small refrigerator, bar sink, Keurig coffe maker and the sitting area has a sleeper sofa. The bath on this level has a tub/shower, sink and toilet. Close the internal door for privacy or leave open to provide inside access to the upper floors.
The main living level is on the second floor and has a spacious cooks kitchen with a Mr Coffee coffee maker, a dining table with seating for 6, open floor plan to living room and a screened balcony with large table and matching chairs with seating for 4. A guest bedroom with two twin beds, TV and a third full bathroom are also on this level.
3rd floor provides: Master Bedroom#1 that has king bed, TV and includes a sitting area. The ensuite bath has a jaccuzi tub, his and her sinks, a large shower and the toilet + bidet. Master Bedroom#2 has a queen bed, TV and also has an ensuite bath with a one-step down shower, sink and toilet.
NOTE: 4-7 day stay requirement varies by time of year. No arrivals on Christmas day.

Leisure facilities fulfill all the requirements of a tropical resort and include the luxury lagoon pool with matching zero-entries on each end, poolside grills and outdoor showers, a clubhouse pool, garden hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts, shaded picnic areas and a 43-slip deep-water marina. Additional charges apply for dockage. Unlike other marinas...Mariner's Club Resort marina will accommodate jet skis and boats as well as yachts up to 60 feet in length.
