About this house rental
Our town home has 4 sleeping areas (one very small & one in a common area ) & 3 full bathrooms and is completely ready to move in and relax! We have everything that one would need: sheets, towels, dishes, etc. It is our vacation home so it is stocked for us and our guests.
-We have A/C, dishwasher, coffee pot, & full kitchen
-Molasses Reef Marina is located in our complex.
-Our complex is great for families with children of all ages.
Some of the benefits of being in a condo community are that you are not STUCK together all the time. There is so much space to spread out. We have a large chicki complete with lights and ceiling fans, many families have dinner there or play cards etc.
We have a children’s playground, tennis courts, 2 swimming pools, salt water swimming lagoon that goes up and down with the tide, a beach (which is rare in the Keys), a jetty that everyone meets at sunset to watch the sun set, and the Marina. Plus we are right off molasses reef so it is great fishing.
Our property has a security camera, located lagoon side, on the patio.
Please note- rate is for 6 people, an additional fee of $200 per person, up to 11 people total.

Great property but it's a bit tight to be advertised for sleeping 11.

Our group had a wonderful stay. Everything easy to find and labeled. Camille was easy to reach and kept in contact during our time in Key Largo.

Disappointed that there was no microwave. We could never get the dishwasher to work. We had eight adults and teenagers which was just right for the space. Luckily, not everyone that planned to come could make it--then we would have been too crowded. Great springboard for all the Florida Keys had to offer. Blocks away tom a dolphin rescue. Spent a travel day to go to Key West. Snokling, boat tours, and really good restauruants with 10-15 miles of unit.

The complex was nice, especially the point! The condo came up short. Metal beds were useless due to noise. missed a microwave. There was no grill, as mentioned, or grill utensil. Dirty floors, our feet were black, we had to clean out bathroom shower drains in 2 showers, so they would drain. Behind bed and sofas were filthy. Vacuum cleaner lasted 30 seconds. The pool chairs were very limited and what was there, half were broken. There were no directions for stove top. Did not care what their other tenants did. If I’m paying for cleaning why should I have to spend a day cleaning and drying towels? There was a video camera on 2nd floor porch, we were not notified about, invasion of privacy.

Camille was great to work with and provided a clean, beautiful place to stay located minutes from Pennekamp park and other great spots in the Keys.

Nice, clean place and communication with Camille was great. Cool private neighborhood with pools and lagoon. Lagoon even had a plethora of fish along the rock walls. Only downside is we thought 4 BRs but only 3 and coffeemaker didn't work so walked 10 minutes for Starbucks or awesome Cuban Cafe next to it. Other than that, we'll be back!!

The townhome was in a great location in Key Largo with some great restaurants, Starbucks and Publix close by It is close to one of the pools as well . The jetty area is beautiful at sunset. It has beach area not one to really swim in (you can) but that I believe is typical around the Keys. Camille responded quickly to any questions that we had. She does have a list of things to do when you check out but I did not find unreasonable. The furniture she wants moved in is very light and it took maybe a minute. She does ask you wash the towels but we took showers the night before so no issues from me on that and my guess is if you don’t get a couple washed she would understand. She does have two or three breakable things and we had a 2 year old so the first thing we did was to put them up. Again no big deal and we have done that at other places. The place was very clean but not sure cleaning service had done a great job of mopping the floors our feet got dirty (not addressed with owner forgot too but not a big deal ). She has tried to have a lot of stuff in her home for guest to use which is super nice. Couple of things for future guest to note. A lot of people in the community have golf carts And/or bikes. We did not feel we needed them and not sure how/if you can rent but maybe something you can ask the owner . The other time. Is One of the bedrooms is the downstairs living area and has a pullout sofa and chair. It is a nice big room but does have the main door going to outside so depending on age of kids staying in that room could be an issues. We only had one person sleep in the room and she said the pullout was comfortable. Also there are two separate air conditioners for downstairs which is really nice. Overall it was a very nice stay!

We loved Camille's condo at P-5 in Kawana. Very clean, and the location near the pool, pavillion and grill was super.

We were coming to the area for a conference and our resort had overbooked. We found ourselves looking for a place to stay. We feel so lucky to have been able to find this amazing townhouse. Camille was fantastic and easy to communicate with. The townhouse is roomy and beautiful. It’s also very organized and she supplies everything. We feel lucky to have had the resort over book us! No complaints here.

This was our first stay in a vacation home rental. The check in process and communication with the owner was smooth and friendly; all our questions were answered promptly. The property was clean and fully stocked with towels, blankets, pillows, and a kitchen with everything you would need (with the exception of a microwave). It was in a great location close to restaurants and activities, in a private, secure Yacht Club, with a short walk to a peninsula beach area with great views of the sunset. This was a great home for our family of 5 adults, each having their own separate areas of the house, and a bathroom on each level. We loved it and would highly recommend.

Check in process was fine. What we didn't know is that we were expected to bring all balcony furniture in on both levels and bring back out when leaving. You are allowed one kitchen trash bag for 5 days and are expected to buy more to "replenish". 1/3 roll of paper towels in kitchen, again replenish, no anti bacterial soap at any of the bathrooms or kitchen. Bring your own. Wash beach towels and replace in appropriate baskets before leaving. When using her cleaning supplies (if you find any) replace with earth friendly products. Not our job... Be careful bringing luggage in to not hit her walls, only use parchment paper on baking sheets, past guests don't clean her pans well and she doesn't want to have to replace them.. Towels provided looked and smelled like they came from a high school locker room. Your check out time is 10am, if you think you want to shower in the morning get up extra early bc you have to wash, dry and put towels away in cabinet. Unfortunately, we had to leave at 6:30 am so we didn't have time to shower. Do not , do not use sunscreen in the house. She does not want it tracked in the house and don't sit on the white leather couch (past guest did and she said ruined it)... The cleaninless of the floor was disgusting. Within 2 hours of being there the bottom of my daughters feet (age 27) were black. I sent pic to Camille...Floors have not been mopped in months. Not good considering we had a 4 yo and 1 1/2 yo with us. You will receive a 3 page typed list of the do's and don'ts. Don't forget to turn water off in the unit when leaving.. Her list states "she has your security deposit to cover things used inappropriately and damaged but does not want to use it". Well...we didn't damage or use anything inappropriate, so when asked (I requested via text 3 times, no response).. Still no response. Demand a breakdown of the fees if you choose to move forward in renting. Our stay was for Thanksgiving 2021 and I would say it def was not how we wanted the holiday to be. BTW anyone that came in behind us I did leave you one trash bag and 1 roll of paper towels.

Nice location and development.
However, actual price per day is almost 50% higher than listing price per day. So many different charges.

Eight adult members of our family stayed here between Christmas and New Year's. The multi-level layout worked well for us. While it is three/four bedroom and three bathroom, none of the bathrooms are en suite. Working without a microwave was also an adjustment! The pools were not crowded, and the tennis courts were nice for games of pickleball. Camille texted me a couple of times during the week to make sure things were going well, and she was quick to respond when we had questions. Two restaurants are within walking distances, which was fine for our family. If you had little kids, the walk might a little nerve-wracking, as there are few sidewalks in the area. For us, though, it was just fine.

We absolutely loved staying at this property and would choose it again if we came to this area. The owner was very good about giving us the information we needed to enjoy the area. The multi-level townhome made our family feel like we were together yet could spread out and enjoy space apart too. Very tastefully decorated and up to date, also.
