This is a beautiful home with tall sealings, lots of glass windows bringing in natural light into the house. It's located in a forest neighborhood close to the highway and Mt. Hood area which makes it easily accessible to explore nature.
Main concern throughout our stay was cleanliness of the property both inside & outside. The dishwasher & themostat did not work as advertised. Bar stools are broken in various areas then fixed up with tape which is a fall risk. The local property management team was not available to resolve the issues as we were notified by the main proprty management office customer service rep over the phone and via text message.

There was no hot water, and my family had to take cold showers with short bursts of hot water. We called customer support and was told we would be contacted and the maintenance person would arrive asap. No one came and no call back. We received a email after check out to say that they hope our stay was enjoyable despite cold showers. the hot tub was dirty, my body is covered in a rash after I sat in that tub. the back sliding door did not lock and had a piece of wood. The bar stools foot rest were broken and taped together. The kitchen had the very bare minimum. I’m not happy with our experience here and the money spent was not worth it . And there is no washer or dryer for use.

The home was amazing! It was very well equipped with toiletries, bedding, kitchen appliances, and other household needs. The home is very comfortable and beautiful. Very clean space and it has a big driveway. The home was perfect for the 6 of us who went. We did not use the jacuzzi due to cold weather but the water was very warm and clean since the jacuzzi is covered. It was also near Mt. Hood where we spent a lot of time, so it was very convenient. We would totally stay here again in the future and I would definitely recommend the place.

The Sandy ski chalet was a satisfactory replacement for the cabin we had actually booked.

Lovely home! Great sleeping arrangements. Wonderful great room! Limited kitchen utensils/pots/pans.
Door to laundry room locked! I’ve never had a VRBO without a washer/dryer…5 days of teens with wet ski clothes became a problem.
Busy weekend so house was not ready when expected. Would rent again if laundry was accessible!!

Great family hangout. We have stayed at several cabins in this area every Christmas, this was the best one so far. It’s very beautiful. The shower is amazing. The beds are very comfortable. Each bed has a down comforter to keep you warm. There’s tons of space to hang out. WiFi is fast and easy to access. All the Netflix and YouTube tv is easy to go. This was great for us and was able to watch all our football games without having to login with our accounts. Hot tub, need I say more. Modern cabin if you’re familiar with Technology. We loved it.

Great home. We enjoyed our stay, until the last day when the electricity was shut off. It’s expected for this area, but this home is not prepared to handle it. No flashlights. No snow shovels, etc. We requested a shovel and were told someone will call us back. Still waiting. We left a few things behind as we couldn’t see much without lights and they would not respond on how to retrieve.

I loved the house but there were a few things that need attention.

Cozy, spacious, stylish! This house was great for our ski/snow adventure vacation. The beds were divine. Living area and kitchen had all we needed. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We got notification early that day that our rental was ready. When we arrived, there was a giant packaged couch blocking the hallway into the kitchen. The dishwasher wasn’t unloaded and there was brown liquid coming off dishes. The garbage outside was completely full. The bedding upstairs had dirt stains on it. The kitchen lacked much of anything. There is no toaster and was no wine opener. Not worth our money - pretty house, but not taken care of. There was a giant hole in the upstairs bedroom and stains all over the carpet. When we reached out to Vacasa they said they’d notify local property management and we heard nothing after that.
